影響河南省體操高考生考前訓(xùn)練效果的因素及對策研究

【摘要】:近些年隨著教育改革的不斷深化,河南省體操高考也隨之發(fā)生變化,本研究通過對河南省體操高考生考前訓(xùn)練效果的影響因素進(jìn)行分析,并提出相應(yīng)的對策,為教練員指導(dǎo)體操高考生在運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練的實(shí)踐工作中提供一定的理論參考,為學(xué)生在以后的大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)中打下良好的基礎(chǔ),從而提高體育教育后備人才的整體質(zhì)量。本文主要采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、專家調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法以及邏輯分析法,以影響河南省體操高考生考前訓(xùn)練效果的因素為研究對象,并選取了河南省濮陽市9所中學(xué)報(bào)考體操專項(xiàng)考試的學(xué)生以及帶領(lǐng)體操高考生訓(xùn)練的教師為調(diào)查對象,對河南省普通高級中學(xué)體操高考教練員和學(xué)生的現(xiàn)狀、學(xué)校及家長情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析。通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn),目前影響河南省體操高考生考前訓(xùn)練效果的因素有:(1)教練員因素。河南省體操高考教練員年齡結(jié)構(gòu)分布一般化,85.2%的教練員擁有本科以上學(xué)歷,教練員帶隊(duì)訓(xùn)練年限基本呈正態(tài)分布,教練員自身專業(yè)素質(zhì)水平有待加強(qiáng)。(2)考生因素。河南省體操高考生男生占總數(shù)的74.9%,大部分考生為了考上大學(xué)而報(bào)考參加訓(xùn)練的,其身體素質(zhì)水平較差。(3)學(xué)校及家長因素。河南省高中學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對于體操高考生訓(xùn)練有一定的重視;訓(xùn)練場地基本能滿足需要,但是訓(xùn)練器材與考試專用器材有很大差距,遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不能滿足考生的需要;家長對考生的重視程度一般。(4)訓(xùn)練方面的因素。教練員在制定訓(xùn)練計(jì)劃方面還有待提高;大部分教練員能夠很好地理解訓(xùn)練內(nèi)容,并且對于其方法手段能夠做出合理的安排;在運(yùn)動(dòng)素質(zhì)的訓(xùn)練方面,教練員得心應(yīng)手,但是在體操專項(xiàng)的訓(xùn)練中對專項(xiàng)身體素質(zhì)的訓(xùn)練和藝術(shù)表現(xiàn)力訓(xùn)練的認(rèn)識還有些欠缺,有待改善;對于考生心理方面,有待加強(qiáng);教練員對考生運(yùn)動(dòng)后的恢復(fù)重視程度不高,采用自然恢復(fù)的比例為48.2%,應(yīng)加以重視;在運(yùn)動(dòng)過程中,考生發(fā)生損傷的概率為66.3%,其中發(fā)生肌肉拉傷和腰部損傷的概率最高。對于目前影響河南省體操高考生訓(xùn)練因素的現(xiàn)狀,提出以下對策:(1)透徹理解考試內(nèi)容及評分標(biāo)準(zhǔn),準(zhǔn)確把握訓(xùn)練方向(2)提高教練員業(yè)務(wù)水平,增加理論與實(shí)踐學(xué)習(xí)能力(3)增加考生提前參加訓(xùn)練的積極性,為良好的運(yùn)動(dòng)素質(zhì)打下基礎(chǔ)(4)提高學(xué)校重視程度,增加訓(xùn)練器材,改善家長支持態(tài)度(5)督促教練員制定多種訓(xùn)練計(jì)劃(6)豐富訓(xùn)練方法,適時(shí)調(diào)整訓(xùn)練負(fù)荷(7)加強(qiáng)心理素質(zhì)的訓(xùn)練,提高考試穩(wěn)定性(8)降低運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷發(fā)生率
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the deepening of educational reform, the college entrance examination of gymnastics in Henan Province has also changed. This study analyzes the factors affecting the effect of the pre-examination training of the students in Henan Province, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. It provides a certain theoretical reference for the coaches to guide the gymnastic college entrance examination students in the practical work of sports training, so as to lay a good foundation for the students in the future university study, and thus improve the overall quality of the reserve talents in physical education. This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert investigation, mathematical statistics and logic analysis, taking the factors that affect the effect of the pre-examination training of gymnastic students in Henan Province as the object of study. And selected 9 middle schools in Puyang City, Henan Province, as well as the students who applied for the special examination of gymnastics and the teachers who led the training of the college entrance examination students, and made a survey of the current situation of coaches and students of the college entrance examination of gymnastics in Henan ordinary senior middle schools. Schools and parents were investigated and analyzed. Through the research, it is found that the factors that affect the effect of the pre-examination training of gymnastic students in Henan Province are: 1) coaches. The distribution of age structure of coaches in Henan gymnastic college entrance examination is general. 85.2% of coaches have bachelor degree or above, the training years of coaches leading teams are basically normal distribution, and the professional quality level of coaches needs to be strengthened. 2) examinee factors. Male students in Henan gymnastic college entrance examination accounted for 74.9% of the total. Most of the examinees applied for training in order to enter the university and their physical fitness level was poor. The leaders of Henan senior high school have attached great importance to the training of gymnastic college entrance examination students; the training site can basically meet the needs, but the training equipment is far from meeting the needs of the examinees because of the gap between the training equipment and the special equipment for the examination. Parents pay attention to candidates in general. 4) training factors. Most coaches can understand the training content very well, and can make reasonable arrangements for their methods and means. In the aspect of sports quality training, the coaches can do well. However, in the special gymnastics training, there are still some deficiencies in the understanding of the special physical fitness training and artistic expressiveness training, which need to be improved; the psychological aspects of the candidates need to be strengthened; the coaches pay little attention to the recovery of candidates after the exercise. The proportion of natural recovery is 48.2, which should be paid attention to. In the exercise process, the probability of injury is 66.3, among which the probability of muscle strain and waist injury is the highest. For the present situation of influencing the training factors of college entrance examination students in Henan Province, this paper puts forward the following countermeasures: 1) thoroughly understand the examination contents and scoring standards, and 2) accurately grasp the training direction) improve the professional level of coaches. Increase the theoretical and practical learning ability 3) increase the enthusiasm of the examinee to participate in the training ahead of time, lay the foundation for good sports quality 4) improve the school to attach importance to, increase the training equipment, Improve parent support attitude 5) urge coaches to formulate various training plans (6) enrich training methods, adjust training load at the right time (7) strengthen the training of psychological quality, improve the stability of examination and (8) reduce the incidence of sports injury
