【摘要】：武術(shù)是我國優(yōu)秀的文化遺產(chǎn),注重內(nèi)外兼修,追求人與自然和諧統(tǒng)一,是中華民族偉大智慧的結(jié)晶。武德教育是武術(shù)在幾千年的實(shí)踐和發(fā)展中,習(xí)武者不斷的從優(yōu)秀的中國傳統(tǒng)文化中吸取營養(yǎng)和智慧,逐漸形成的道德準(zhǔn)則,是中華民族道德的重要組成部分,是我們寶貴的精神財(cái)富。在中學(xué)武術(shù)教學(xué)中提倡武德教育,既能讓學(xué)生更深的了解武術(shù)文化,還可以培養(yǎng)學(xué)生堅(jiān)強(qiáng)的意志品質(zhì)和強(qiáng)烈的民族自豪感,有利于武術(shù)更好的傳承和發(fā)展。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、邏輯分析法等方法對西安市中學(xué)武術(shù)教學(xué)中武德的傳承內(nèi)容進(jìn)行研究,分析認(rèn)為武德教育是中學(xué)武術(shù)教學(xué)中不可或缺的重要內(nèi)容,其傳承內(nèi)容的選擇應(yīng)該符合當(dāng)代中國社會主義核心價(jià)值觀,符合我國公民道德的基本要求,符合當(dāng)代學(xué)校德育的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo),傳承的主要內(nèi)容應(yīng)圍繞“仁”、“義”、“禮”、“信”、“勇”等幾個方面。并得出以下主要結(jié)論:1.西安市大部分中學(xué)武術(shù)教學(xué)只停留在技術(shù)教學(xué)的層面,很少涉及武德的內(nèi)容,抱拳禮的動作和禮儀規(guī)范都講解不清楚,無法落實(shí),武德的開展情況不樂觀。2.西安市大部分中學(xué)缺乏專業(yè)的武術(shù)老師,大部分武術(shù)課老師是由一般體育教師擔(dān)任,外聘武術(shù)老師和武術(shù)專業(yè)老師很少。3.西安市中學(xué)武術(shù)教學(xué)中實(shí)施武德的影響因素有:教材和教學(xué)大綱的忽視,缺乏專業(yè)的武術(shù)老師,學(xué)生對武德缺乏興趣,武德知識的宣傳不足,學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的不重視,社會環(huán)境的影響等。4.西安市中學(xué)武術(shù)課中武德的教學(xué)內(nèi)容應(yīng)圍繞仁、義、禮、信、勇等幾個主要方面進(jìn)行開展,有利于學(xué)生更好的學(xué)習(xí)武德,有利于人文素質(zhì)的提高。5.為更好的實(shí)施西安市中學(xué)武德教育,應(yīng)重視將武德教育列入教學(xué)內(nèi)容;在武術(shù)教學(xué)中進(jìn)行武德教育;提高武術(shù)教師自身的武德修養(yǎng);提高學(xué)生對武德的學(xué)習(xí)興趣;利用競賽等活動進(jìn)行武德教育;加強(qiáng)武術(shù)和武德知識的宣傳;學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)加強(qiáng)對武德的重視程度;增加社區(qū)指導(dǎo)員和創(chuàng)建社會武術(shù)文化氛圍等。
[Abstract]:Wushu is an outstanding cultural heritage of our country. It is the crystallization of the great wisdom of the Chinese nation. Wushu moral education is a moral standard which is gradually formed by martial arts practitioners in the thousands of years of practice and development. It is an important part of the Chinese nation's morality. Is our precious spiritual wealth. In the middle school martial arts teaching advocates the martial arts moral education, can not only let the student understand the martial arts culture more deeply, but also can train the student strong will quality and the strong national pride, is advantageous to the martial arts better inheritance and the development. In this paper, the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logic analysis are used to study the inheritance of martial arts in middle school Wushu teaching in Xi'an. It is believed that the Wushu education is an indispensable and important part of Wushu teaching in middle schools, and the selection of its inheritance content should conform to the core values of contemporary Chinese socialism and meet the basic requirements of citizen morality in our country. In line with the cultivation goal of contemporary school moral education, the main contents of inheritance should be centered on such aspects as "benevolence", "righteousness", "propriety", "letter", "courage" and so on. And draw the following main conclusions: 1. Most middle school martial arts teaching in Xi'an only stays on the level of technical teaching, rarely involving the content of martial arts, the movement and etiquette norms of boxing ceremony are not clear, unable to implement, the development of martial arts is not optimistic. 2. Most middle schools in Xi'an lack of professional martial arts teachers, most of the martial arts teachers are the general physical education teachers, the external martial arts teachers and martial arts professional teachers are few. 3. The influencing factors of implementing Wushu in middle school Wushu in Xi'an are: neglect of teaching materials and syllabus, lack of professional Wushu teachers, lack of interest of students in Wushu, lack of propaganda of Wushu knowledge, and neglect of school leaders. Social impact of the environment, etc. The teaching content of martial arts in Xi'an middle school should focus on benevolence, righteousness, propriety, trust, courage and so on, which is helpful for students to study Wushu better and to improve humanistic quality. In order to better carry out the Wushu education in Xi'an City, we should attach importance to the inclusion of Wushu education in the teaching content, carry out Wushu moral education in Wushu teaching, improve Wushu teachers' self-cultivation of Wushu morality, enhance students' interest in learning Wushu morality. Using competitions and other activities to carry out martial arts education; strengthen the propaganda of martial arts and martial arts knowledge; school leaders to strengthen the importance of martial arts; increase community instructors and create social martial arts cultural atmosphere.
