【摘要】：隨著基礎教育改革的不斷深化,國家對中小學發(fā)展提出了更高的要求。中小學校長作為學校的教育者、管理者、領導者,自身各方面的素質和能力對學校的發(fā)展至關重要。青海省是多民族聚集的高原省份,基礎教育具有鮮明的民族性和地域性,因此,為進一步推進青海省中小學教育的發(fā)展,青海省中小學校長面臨著更嚴峻的挑戰(zhàn)。青海省中小學校長培訓為提高校長的素質和能力提供了良好的學習平臺,為校長應對挑戰(zhàn),抓住發(fā)展機遇打下了良好的基礎。培訓課程作為校長培訓的核心內容,其實效性備受人們關注。本文以人力資本理論、羅杰斯學習理論、人本主義課程理論為理論基礎,以青海省X培訓中心的參訓校長、培訓教師、培訓管理者為研究對象,運用文獻研究法、比較研究法、問卷調查發(fā)、訪談發(fā)和觀察法,確立青海省中小學校長培訓課程實效性的衡量維度和影響因素,調研青海省中小學校長培訓課程實效性的現狀。從效能、效率、參與三個衡量維度整理分析調研資料,發(fā)現如下問題:參訓校長不了解課程目標,且缺失個人培訓目標;雖然課程內容覆蓋面廣,但與培訓需求相符度不高;網絡培訓課程學習效果不佳,且缺乏實地考察學習;校長注重學習投入,忽視學習產出,導致學習效率不高;校長參與培訓的積極性較高,但在課堂上與培訓教師的互動交流較少。為進一步提高青海省中小學校長培訓課程實效性,研究結合英國中小學校長培訓對青海省校長培訓課程的啟示和青海省的發(fā)展現狀,從課程目標、課程內容、課程實施、課程評價四個影響因素方面提出了如下改進路徑:科學評估課程需求;開設“知情合一”的培訓課程;打造一支專業(yè)的培訓教師團隊;采用靈活多樣的課程實施方式;加大網絡培訓監(jiān)督力度并建立實地考察基地;采用CIPP課程評價模式。此外,還分別詳細闡述了制定課程目標、課程內容、課程實施、課程評價的原則,并從校長是成人學習者的角度,分析了校長的學習特點,提出了促進校長有效學習的四個步驟。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the reform of basic education, the state has put forward higher requirements for the development of primary and secondary schools. As educators, managers, leaders and their own qualities and abilities, primary and secondary school principals are of great importance to the development of the school. Qinghai Province is a highland province with many nationalities, and basic education has a distinct national and regional character. Therefore, in order to further promote the development of primary and secondary education in Qinghai Province, the principals of primary and secondary schools in Qinghai Province are faced with more severe challenges. The training of principals in primary and secondary schools in Qinghai Province provides a good learning platform for improving the quality and ability of principals and lays a good foundation for principals to meet the challenges and seize the opportunities for development. As the core content of the principal training, the effectiveness of the training course has attracted people's attention. Based on the theory of human capital, Rogers' learning theory and humanism curriculum theory, this paper takes the principals, teachers and managers of the X training Center in Qinghai Province as the research object, and applies the literature research method and the comparative research method. Through questionnaire, interview and observation, this paper establishes the dimension and influencing factors of the effectiveness of primary and secondary school principals' training courses in Qinghai province, and investigates the actual status of the curriculum effectiveness of primary and secondary school principals' training courses in Qinghai province. From the three dimensions of efficiency, efficiency and participation in the analysis and analysis of the survey data, the following problems are found: the principal of the training does not understand the curriculum objectives and lacks the individual training goals, although the content of the courses covers a wide range, the degree of conformity with the training needs is not high; The learning effect of online training course is not good, and lack of on-the-spot study; the principal pays attention to the study input, neglects the learning output, causes the learning efficiency is not high; the principal participates in the training enthusiasm is high, But there is little interaction with the teacher in class. In order to further improve the effectiveness of primary and secondary school principals' training courses in Qinghai Province, this paper studies the enlightenment of British primary and secondary school principals' training courses to Qinghai principals' training courses and the present situation of Qinghai Province's development, from the curriculum objectives, curriculum contents and curriculum implementation. The four influencing factors of curriculum evaluation are as follows: scientific assessment of curriculum needs; opening of a "knowledge in one" training course; building a professional team of training teachers; adopting flexible and diverse methods of curriculum implementation; Strengthen the network training supervision and establish the field investigation base; adopt CIPP course evaluation model. In addition, the principles of making curriculum objectives, curriculum contents, curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation are elaborated in detail, and the characteristics of principal learning are analyzed from the point of view that the principal is an adult learner. Four steps to promote the principal's effective learning are put forward.
