【摘要】：自夸美紐斯創(chuàng)立班級授課制以來,教師在學生的在班級管理,課堂教學,學習評價方面扮演著無以比擬的角色。近三十年來,對于教師的研究已經(jīng)從外顯的教學行為發(fā)展到內隱的教學信念上。教學信念是教師對于教學的一種內在的世界觀,是對語法認識,師生角色等因素所持有的觀點。高中階段的語法學習是中國大背景下的一個尤其重要的學習階段,為學生系統(tǒng)學習打下基礎。因此本文旨在研究高中英語教師在語法教學層面上,教學信念與教學行為的相關性。有關教學信念和教學行為的研究,對教師調整教學信念,改進教學行為,提高實際教學效果有實際的指導意義。本文旨在研究以下問題：1)高中英語教師語法教學信念如何?2)高中英語教師語法教學行為如何?3)高中英語教師語法教學信念與教學行為是否一致,如果不一致,是什么因素導致的?通過問卷,訪談以及課堂觀察,作者對定州第二中學的九位英語教師進行調查。問卷部分包括五個維度。訪談部分為了更細微的了解教師語法教學信念。作者進行課堂觀察旨在調查教師語法教學行為的現(xiàn)狀。研究結果表明,高中英語教師語法教學信念與語法教學行為的關系不一致,其信念高于行為。總結如下：1)雖然高中英語教師接觸了新教學方法,但運用到課堂教學存在困難,一些教師仍然沿用傳統(tǒng)教法。2)教學信念與教學行為受性別,年齡,學歷,培訓經(jīng)歷影響。3)由于教師教學反思不夠,且迫于高考壓力,教師處于迷茫狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:Since Comenius founded the class teaching system, teachers have played an unparalleled role in class management, classroom teaching and learning evaluation. In the past 30 years, the research on teachers has developed from explicit teaching behavior to implicit teaching beliefs. Teaching belief is a kind of inherent world outlook of teachers for teaching, it is the view of grammar cognition, teachers and students' roles and so on. Grammar learning in senior middle school is a very important learning stage in Chinese background, which lays the foundation for students' systematic learning. The purpose of this paper is to study the relationship between teaching beliefs and teaching behaviors in grammar teaching of senior high school English teachers. The research on teaching belief and teaching behavior has practical guiding significance for teachers to adjust teaching belief, improve teaching behavior and improve practical teaching effect. The purpose of this paper is to study the following question: 1) how to believe in grammar teaching in senior high school English teachers? (3) whether or not high school English teachers' beliefs in grammar teaching are consistent with their teaching behaviors, and if not, whether they are not consistent with each other. What is the cause? By questionnaire, interview and classroom observation, the author investigated nine English teachers in Dingzhou No.2 Middle School. The questionnaire includes five dimensions. The interview part is aimed at understanding teachers' grammar teaching beliefs in a more subtle way. The purpose of classroom observation is to investigate the present situation of teachers' grammar teaching behavior. The results show that the relationship between grammar teaching beliefs and grammar teaching behaviors of senior high school English teachers is inconsistent, and their beliefs are higher than behavior. The conclusion is as follows: 1) although high school English teachers have come into contact with the new teaching methods, there are difficulties in applying them to classroom teaching. Some teachers still follow the traditional teaching method. 2) the teaching beliefs and teaching behaviors are subject to gender, age, and education. Because the teacher's teaching reflection is not enough, and under the pressure of college entrance examination, the teacher is in a confused state.
