【摘要】：淮安市位于江蘇省的中北部,江淮平原的東部,古淮河與京杭大運(yùn)河的交點(diǎn),江淮流域古文化的發(fā)源地之一。因?yàn)槭墙K北部重要中心城市,厚重的歷史文化和南京都市圈緊密圈層城市,讓淮安市的教育現(xiàn)狀越來(lái)越受人關(guān)注。2011年國(guó)家頒布實(shí)施《全日制義務(wù)教育音樂(lè)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》以后,市教育局對(duì)音樂(lè)教育方面也給了很大的關(guān)注。國(guó)家提出了對(duì)音樂(lè)教育更高的要求,淮安市各部門也積極配合,開(kāi)展了各項(xiàng)有助于淮安市初中音樂(lè)教育的工作,教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)組織的形式、教學(xué)的方法、教學(xué)的手段等方面的變化令人驚喜。課堂出現(xiàn)了師生互動(dòng)、平等參與、教師不在為主體的畫面。但與此同時(shí)也存在著一些諸如資金投入、教師專業(yè)素質(zhì)等方面的問(wèn)題,這些問(wèn)題嚴(yán)重阻礙了淮安市初中音樂(lè)教學(xué)的更高層次的發(fā)展,應(yīng)該引起我們的高度的重視。本文先從淮安市的地理位置、歷史文化、音樂(lè)教育發(fā)展情況出發(fā),對(duì)淮安市的17所中學(xué)進(jìn)行走訪問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,采用了抽樣調(diào)查法、問(wèn)卷法、談話法、統(tǒng)計(jì)與分析法、比較研究法等方法。對(duì)淮安市初中音樂(lè)教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)查與統(tǒng)計(jì),分別從初中生和音樂(lè)教師的角度,圍繞音樂(lè)教學(xué)做進(jìn)一步的探討分析。就調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示的相關(guān)問(wèn)題,提出針對(duì)性的解決方法,以便為實(shí)際應(yīng)用提供有效的參考意見(jiàn),主要體現(xiàn)在音樂(lè)教師、學(xué)校、課堂教學(xué)、開(kāi)發(fā)地方課程資源這四個(gè)方面,結(jié)合自己的調(diào)查和平時(shí)的積累,得出自己的心得與啟示。
[Abstract]:Huai'an City is located in the central and northern part of Jiangsu Province, east of the Jianghuai Plain, the intersection of the ancient Huaihe River and the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, and one of the birthplaces of the ancient culture in the Jianghuai River Basin. Because it is an important central city in the north of Jiangsu Province, and because of its heavy history and culture and the close circle of Nanjing metropolitan area, the present situation of education in Huai'an has attracted more and more attention. After the promulgation and implementation of the Music Curriculum Standard for Full-time compulsory Education by the state in 2011, The Municipal Bureau of Education has also paid great attention to music education. The state has put forward higher requirements for music education, and various departments in Huai'an have also actively cooperated in carrying out various work, teaching contents, forms of teaching organization and teaching methods that are conducive to music education in junior high schools in Huaian City. The changes in teaching methods are surprising. Classroom interaction, equal participation, teachers are not the main picture. But at the same time, there are some problems such as investment of funds and teachers' professional quality. These problems seriously hinder the development of music teaching in Huaian junior high school, which should be attached great importance to. Based on the development of Huaian city's geographical location, history and culture, music education, this paper makes a questionnaire survey on 17 middle schools in Huai'an city, and adopts sampling survey, questionnaire, conversation, statistics and analysis. Methods of comparative research. This paper makes an investigation and statistics on the present situation of music teaching in middle school in Huai'an city, and makes further discussion and analysis on music teaching from the angle of junior high school students and music teachers respectively. In view of the related problems revealed by the investigation results, the paper puts forward targeted solutions in order to provide effective reference for practical applications, mainly in the four aspects of music teachers, schools, classroom teaching, and the development of local curriculum resources. Combined with their own investigation and usual accumulation, get their own experience and inspiration.
