汶川縣中小學(xué)體育課教學(xué)情況的研究

【摘要】:應(yīng)四川省汶川縣教育局對(duì)“5.12”大地震災(zāi)后重建中小學(xué)體育課教學(xué)情況了解的要求,以汶川縣17所中小學(xué)體育課教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀為研究對(duì)象,采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、專家訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法的等研究方法對(duì)體育課教學(xué)情況、體育師資情況、場(chǎng)地器材情況、學(xué)生對(duì)體育課的認(rèn)識(shí)情況、實(shí)施相關(guān)文件情況、校本課程資源開(kāi)發(fā)及制約體育課發(fā)展因素的情況展開(kāi)多方面的調(diào)研分析;從理論的角度探尋汶川縣中小學(xué)體育課教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀及其遇到的實(shí)際問(wèn)題,為體育課教學(xué)的發(fā)展找出新途徑,提出新對(duì)策,以期為該地區(qū)中小學(xué)體育教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展提供實(shí)踐與理論上的幫助,為汶川縣災(zāi)后重建體育教學(xué)更快、更好的發(fā)展做出綿薄之力。調(diào)查結(jié)果表明:1、體育教師的數(shù)量和質(zhì)量基本可以滿足教學(xué)的需求;但是,工資待遇與其它學(xué)科教師在同工同酬方面相比之下還有一定的差距;體育教師的年齡結(jié)構(gòu)及男女比例嚴(yán)重失調(diào);中學(xué)部體育教師的學(xué)歷層次較低;體育教師外出參與出培訓(xùn)的機(jī)會(huì)少之又少,對(duì)現(xiàn)代化教學(xué)手段的掌握程度有待提高。2、體育課開(kāi)展情況較好,將籃球和田徑作為教學(xué)內(nèi)容的首選符合學(xué)生身心發(fā)展的特點(diǎn);但是,體育教師教學(xué)計(jì)劃的制定及教案的編寫(xiě)情況不容樂(lè)觀,同時(shí),體育教師知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)老化,上課組織方法枯燥單一,但是,體育課中教師幽默開(kāi)朗的性格深受學(xué)生們的喜愛(ài)與歡迎,并致以較高的評(píng)價(jià);3、體育場(chǎng)地器材基本滿足體育課教學(xué)的需求,但其多樣性在滿足豐富多彩的課外體育活動(dòng)中還有一定的問(wèn)題;體育經(jīng)費(fèi)短缺,尤其對(duì)場(chǎng)地維修力度不高;4、不論是對(duì)體育教師還是對(duì)學(xué)生的評(píng)價(jià)存在很強(qiáng)的主觀隨意性,有部分學(xué)生希望體育課的評(píng)價(jià)方式不僅僅是體質(zhì)測(cè)試的成績(jī)和平時(shí)成績(jī)還應(yīng)有學(xué)習(xí)的進(jìn)步幅度以及技術(shù)動(dòng)作的評(píng)定;但也有部分學(xué)生持有滿意的態(tài)度;體質(zhì)測(cè)試工作如期開(kāi)展并按時(shí)上傳數(shù)據(jù),但測(cè)試工具使用時(shí)間較長(zhǎng)對(duì)測(cè)試結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性有一定的影響;6、汶川縣具備了校本課程資源的開(kāi)發(fā)及開(kāi)展傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目的先天條件,但是由于資金、教師個(gè)人能力問(wèn)題成為主要的制約因素。最后,學(xué)生運(yùn)動(dòng)能力差及學(xué)生上課人數(shù)多成為影響汶川縣中小學(xué)體育課教學(xué)的主要因素。
[Abstract]:In response to the request of Wenchuan County Education Bureau of Sichuan Province to understand the situation of physical education teaching in primary and secondary schools after the "5.12" earthquake, the present situation of physical education teaching in 17 primary and secondary schools in Wenchuan County was taken as the research object, the method of literature and data was adopted, and the method of questionnaire investigation was adopted. The Research methods of expert interview, Mathematical Statistics and other Research methods on physical Education Teaching, physical Education Teachers, Field and equipment, students' understanding of physical Education, implementation of related documents, The development of school-based curriculum resources and the factors restricting the development of physical education are investigated and analyzed in many aspects, and the present situation of physical education teaching in primary and secondary schools in Wenchuan County and its practical problems are explored from the theoretical point of view. In order to provide practical and theoretical help for the development of physical education in primary and secondary schools in this area and to rebuild physical education after the disaster in Wenchuan County, the author puts forward some new ways and countermeasures for the development of physical education. Better development makes a modest contribution. The results show that the quantity and quality of PE teachers can basically meet the needs of teaching, but there is still a certain gap between salary and other subjects teachers in equal pay for equal work. The age structure of PE teachers and the ratio of male and female are seriously unbalanced; the educational level of PE teachers in middle schools is low; the opportunities for PE teachers to go out to participate in training are very few. The mastering degree of modern teaching means needs to be improved. 2. Physical education is carried out well. Taking basketball and track and field as the first choice of teaching content accords with the characteristics of students' physical and mental development. At the same time, the knowledge structure of PE teachers is aging, and the method of organizing classes is boring and simple. However, the humorous and cheerful character of PE teachers is loved and welcomed by the students. The sports field and equipment basically meet the needs of physical education teaching, but its diversity still has some problems in meeting the rich and colorful extracurricular sports activities, and the sports funds are short. In particular, there is a strong subjective arbitrariness in the evaluation of physical education teachers and students. Some students hope that the evaluation way of PE class is not only the result of physical test and the evaluation of technical action, but also the satisfactory attitude of some students. Physical fitness test is carried out on schedule and uploads data on time, but the long time of using test tools has certain influence on the accuracy of test results. Wenchuan County has the inherent conditions for the development of school-based curriculum resources and the development of traditional projects. However, due to funds, the teacher's personal ability has become a major constraint. Finally, the poor sports ability of students and the number of students attending classes are the main factors affecting physical education teaching in primary and secondary schools in Wenchuan County.
