榜樣教育在初中思想品德課中的運(yùn)用研究

【摘要】:初中思想品德課在立德樹(shù)人方面起著至關(guān)重要的作用,一堂好的思想品德課如春風(fēng)化雨潤(rùn)物無(wú)聲,能夠讓學(xué)生在無(wú)形中提升品德修養(yǎng)。榜樣教育是思想政治教育中常用的一種行之有效的教育方式,它以榜樣為載體,將優(yōu)秀的思想道德品質(zhì)具體化、形象化,學(xué)生在榜樣精神的引領(lǐng)下不斷提高自身品德修養(yǎng),塑造、完善人格。榜樣為學(xué)生思想品德發(fā)展提供精神動(dòng)力和道德滋養(yǎng),對(duì)學(xué)生的思想品德建設(shè)有重要作用,因此,研究榜樣教育在初中思想品德課中的運(yùn)用有重要意義。當(dāng)前,在我國(guó)初中思想品德課榜樣教育在教師和學(xué)校等多方努力下取得了一定成效,教材中、課堂教學(xué)、課外活動(dòng)中都滲透著榜樣教育內(nèi)容,但是,教材中榜樣教育內(nèi)容較少、教師榜樣教育形式單一、學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)榜樣積極性不高等問(wèn)題制約著榜樣教育功能的充分發(fā)揮。因此,如何在思想品德教學(xué)中科學(xué)運(yùn)用榜樣教育,提升學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)榜樣的積極性,讓榜樣成為有形的社會(huì)正能量,是廣大思想品德教師面臨的重要課題。本研究在深入研究榜樣和榜樣教育理論的基礎(chǔ)上,開(kāi)展初中思想品德課運(yùn)用榜樣教育的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查,了解當(dāng)前初中生接受榜樣教育的現(xiàn)實(shí)情況、對(duì)榜樣教育的認(rèn)可程度、對(duì)樹(shù)立身邊榜樣的態(tài)度,以及更樂(lè)于參與的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)榜樣教育形式等。同時(shí),以調(diào)查對(duì)象使用的人民版《思想品德》教材為例,對(duì)其中榜樣教育內(nèi)容進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)教材編寫(xiě)需要平衡穩(wěn)定性和變動(dòng)性,教師對(duì)榜樣教育的認(rèn)知陳舊,學(xué)生心理特性加大了榜樣教育的難度,社會(huì)不良環(huán)境影響榜樣教育效果等原因制約了思想品德課榜樣教育效果的發(fā)揮。為了榜樣教育在初中思想品德課中能有效展開(kāi),激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)榜樣的動(dòng)力,首先,教材編者要增強(qiáng)榜樣教育意識(shí),豐富和優(yōu)化教材中的榜樣教育素材。其次,教師要科學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)榜樣教育策略,注重學(xué)生的情感體驗(yàn),增加與學(xué)生的互動(dòng),幫助學(xué)生維持學(xué)習(xí)榜樣的動(dòng)力。然后,學(xué)校要充分拓展榜樣教育的內(nèi)容與形式,挖掘?qū)W生身邊的榜樣學(xué)習(xí)資源,讓學(xué)生在豐富多彩的活動(dòng)中感受榜樣的魅力、踐行學(xué)習(xí)榜樣的行為。此外,提升學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)榜樣的主動(dòng)性,包括自我教育能力和實(shí)踐能力,幫助學(xué)生把學(xué)習(xí)榜樣的行動(dòng)落到實(shí)處,做到知行合一。最重要的是,充分利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái),提高榜樣宣傳的實(shí)效性,挖掘新時(shí)期創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)榜樣,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新意識(shí);師生共同開(kāi)發(fā)利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源,利用QQ、微信、微博等自媒體將榜樣教育常態(tài)化、生活化;教師和學(xué)校利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)直播平臺(tái),拉近學(xué)生和榜樣的距離,讓學(xué)生有與榜樣直接交流的機(jī)會(huì),提升榜樣教育效果。
[Abstract]:Junior high school ideological and moral lesson in the establishment of moral education plays a vital role, a good ideological and moral lessons such as spring weathered silent, can let students in the invisible promotion of moral cultivation. Example education is a kind of effective education method commonly used in ideological and political education. It takes the example as the carrier to concretize and visualize the excellent ideological and moral quality, and students constantly improve their moral character cultivation under the guidance of the example spirit. Shape and perfect personality. Example provides spiritual power and moral nourishment for students' ideological and moral development, and plays an important role in the construction of students' ideological and moral character. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the application of example education in the ideological and moral course of junior high school. At present, under the efforts of teachers and schools, the example education of moral lesson in junior middle school in our country has made some achievements. The teaching material, classroom teaching and extracurricular activities are permeated with the content of example education, but the content of example education in the teaching material is less. The single form of teacher's role model education and the low enthusiasm of students' learning model restrict the full play of the function of example education. Therefore, how to use the role model education scientifically in the ideological and moral teaching, enhance the enthusiasm of the students to learn the example, let the example become the visible social positive energy, is the important subject that the vast number of ideological and moral teachers are faced with. On the basis of deeply studying the theory of example and model education, this study carries out an investigation into the application of role model education in the ideological and moral course of junior high school, so as to understand the actual situation of accepting the example education and the degree of approval of the example education in junior middle school students. Attitude towards setting up role models around, and more willing to participate in Internet role models and other forms of education. At the same time, taking the people's version of "thought and morality" textbook used by the investigation object as an example, the author analyzes the content of the example education, and finds that the compilation of the textbook needs to be balanced and stable, and the teacher's cognition of the example education is obsolete. The psychological characteristics of students increase the difficulty of example education, and the bad social environment affects the effect of example education. In order to develop the role model education effectively in the middle school ideological and moral course and stimulate the students to learn the model, firstly, the textbook editor should strengthen the example education consciousness, enrich and optimize the example education material in the teaching material. Secondly, teachers should scientifically design model education strategies, pay attention to students' emotional experience, increase interaction with students, and help students maintain the motivation of learning models. Then, the school should fully expand the content and form of the role model education, excavate the model learning resources around the students, let students feel the charm of the example in the rich and colorful activities, and practice the behavior of learning example. In addition, we should enhance students' initiative of learning example, including self-education ability and practical ability, and help students to carry out the action of learning example and achieve the integration of knowledge and action. The most important thing is to make full use of the network platform, to improve the effectiveness of the role model propaganda, to excavate the innovative and entrepreneurial example in the new period, to cultivate the students' innovative consciousness, to develop and utilize the network resources, to make use of QQand WeChat, Weibo and other self-media normalize the role model education, and make use of the webcast platform for teachers and schools to narrow the distance between students and role models, so that students have the opportunity to communicate directly with role models and improve the effect of role models education.
