初中生作息時間問題的對策研究

【摘要】:時間是客觀存在的,且對每個人來說都很寶貴,尤其是對于正處在生理發(fā)育期和心理轉(zhuǎn)折期的初中生,怎樣合理安排和利用作息時間,怎樣有效地進(jìn)行時間管理,從而提高自己的學(xué)習(xí)效率和身心健康是相當(dāng)必要的。目前,學(xué)生課業(yè)負(fù)擔(dān)重,學(xué)校的課時安排緊湊,大部分學(xué)生無法合理安排和利用作息時間,導(dǎo)致夜間睡眠時間的短缺,學(xué)生在第二天上課時無法集中注意力、學(xué)習(xí)效率降低,甚至還出現(xiàn)上課睡覺的不良學(xué)習(xí)行為,這一現(xiàn)象的出現(xiàn)與現(xiàn)行的學(xué)校教育管理體制有直接的關(guān)系。所以,調(diào)控學(xué)校的作息時間和學(xué)生的個人時間管理能力是相當(dāng)必要的。但是基于前人對時間管理的研究大多數(shù)都集中在企業(yè)和行政管理領(lǐng)域中,而對于教育方面的時間管理研究相對較少,且對學(xué)生作息時間的研究大多集中在理論層面。基于此,本文主要通過文獻(xiàn)法、問卷調(diào)查法、訪談?wù){(diào)查法,對478名初中生作息時間問題進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,嘗試討論初中生作息時間產(chǎn)生了哪些問題,分析成因,并提出相應(yīng)的建議。這不僅有利用于學(xué)生的身心發(fā)展,也有利于完善學(xué)校的日常管理,具有一定的研究意義和現(xiàn)實意義。通過討論和分析,本研究得出如下結(jié)論:(1)學(xué)校作息時間安排不夠合理,不符合初中生身心發(fā)展需要,主要表現(xiàn)在學(xué)生早出晚歸、在校學(xué)習(xí)時間長、作業(yè)時間長、睡眠不充足等;(2)初中生能認(rèn)識到時間管理的重要性,并能從可控時間中體驗到積極情緒,但對目前的作息時間滿意度偏低,希望得到改善;(3)初中生占有的可控作息時間本身較少,且被學(xué)校、教師、家長不同程度地占有,具體表現(xiàn)有:學(xué)生在校的不可控時間占有量較高,內(nèi)容較為單調(diào),主要就是課堂學(xué)習(xí)活動;教師嚴(yán)重占據(jù)了學(xué)生的大部分可控作息時間;家長經(jīng)常在學(xué)生的可控作息時間里安排各種補(bǔ)課班或輔導(dǎo)班;(4)初中生作息時間管理傾向水平一般。提出相應(yīng)建議:(1)學(xué)校要實行人本管理,正確對待教師評價機(jī)制,增強(qiáng)對學(xué)生作息時間的科學(xué)管理、指導(dǎo)和關(guān)注。(2)教師要多與學(xué)生溝通交流,轉(zhuǎn)變"以成績?yōu)閷?dǎo)向"的教學(xué)觀念,形成"以學(xué)生為中心"的教育模式,不占用學(xué)生的可控作息時間,尊重學(xué)生自我成長的需要。(3)家長要摒棄自我意志的強(qiáng)加,樹立正確的教育觀念,科學(xué)地、適度地、有效地指導(dǎo)和監(jiān)督孩子的課余時間管理。(4)學(xué)生要認(rèn)真對待在校課堂學(xué)習(xí)時間,保證學(xué)習(xí)效率,合理規(guī)劃和利用可控作息時間,培養(yǎng)自身興趣,學(xué)會借助多種渠道提高時間管理能力。
[Abstract]:Time exists objectively, and it is very valuable to everyone, especially for junior high school students who are in the period of physiological development and psychological transition, how to arrange and make use of the time and how to manage it effectively. In order to improve their learning efficiency and physical and mental health is quite necessary. At present, students have a heavy workload and a tight schedule of school hours. Most students are unable to arrange and make use of their rest time reasonably. As a result, they are short of sleep at night, and students are unable to concentrate on their classes the next day, and their learning efficiency is reduced. There is even bad learning behavior in class and sleep, which is directly related to the current school education management system. Therefore, it is necessary to regulate the school time and students' personal time management ability. However, most of the previous researches on time management are concentrated in the field of enterprise and administration, while the research on time management in education is relatively few, and the research on the time of students is mostly focused on the theoretical level. Based on this, this article mainly through the literature method, questionnaire survey method, interview investigation method, carries on the questionnaire survey to 478 junior high school students' rest time question, tries to discuss what the junior high school student's rest time has produced, analyzes the cause of formation. And put forward the corresponding suggestions. This not only makes use of the students' physical and mental development, but also helps to perfect the daily management of the school, which has certain research significance and practical significance. Through discussion and analysis, this study draws the following conclusions: (1) the school schedule is not reasonable and does not meet the needs of junior high school students' physical and mental development. It is mainly manifested in the early appearance and late return of students, the long study time in school and the long working time. Junior high school students can realize the importance of time management and can experience positive emotions from controllable time, but their satisfaction with the rest time is low. The junior high school students have less controllable rest time and are occupied by schools, teachers and parents to varying degrees. The concrete manifestations are: the students have a higher amount of uncontrollable time in school, and the content is more monotonous. It is mainly classroom learning activities; teachers seriously occupy most of the controllable rest time of students; parents often arrange various supplementary classes or tutoring classes in the controlled rest time of students. The author puts forward some corresponding suggestions: (1) the school should carry out human-oriented management, treat teachers' evaluation mechanism correctly, strengthen the scientific management of students' daily time, guide and pay close attention to students' communication and exchange, and change the teaching concept of "performance-oriented". To form a "student-centered" education model, which does not occupy the students' controllable rest and time, and respects the needs of students' self-growth, parents should abandon the imposition of their own will, establish a correct educational concept, and scientifically and moderately, Effective guidance and supervision of children's after-school time management. (4) students should take the classroom study time seriously, ensure the learning efficiency, reasonably plan and use the controllable rest time, and cultivate their own interest. Learn to use a variety of channels to improve the ability of time management.
