【摘要】：工作坊不僅關(guān)乎學(xué)習(xí),而且是一種體驗,這種體驗可以為學(xué)生打開一扇窗,通過這扇窗,學(xué)生對自我內(nèi)心認(rèn)知逐漸清晰,而這種深層次的自我認(rèn)知是生涯發(fā)展規(guī)劃的重要前提。江蘇省江陰市第一中學(xué)在開展學(xué)生生涯規(guī)劃指導(dǎo)課題中,遵循自愿、雙向選擇的原則,推出了形式多樣、內(nèi)容廣泛的工作坊。
[Abstract]:The workshop is not only about learning, but also an experience. This kind of experience can open a window for students. Through this window, the inner cognition of students becomes clear gradually, and this kind of deep self-cognition is the important premise of career development planning. The first middle school in Jiangyin city of Jiangsu province, following the principle of voluntary and two-way choice, has launched a workshop with various forms and a wide range of contents in the course of carrying out the guiding subject of students' career planning.
