上海市普通高中學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)狀況研究

【摘要】:學(xué)習(xí)在高中生的學(xué)校生活中占據(jù)重要地位,高中生學(xué)習(xí)狀況研究能夠反映學(xué)生的身心健康發(fā)展程度,揭示學(xué)校教育教學(xué)的成效及存在的問題。在當(dāng)前高考制度改革的背景下,高中學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)狀況更值得關(guān)注和研究。本研究在文獻(xiàn)分析和訪談等基礎(chǔ)上,將學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)狀況界定為學(xué)習(xí)狀態(tài)、學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)部動機(jī)、學(xué)習(xí)外部動機(jī)、學(xué)習(xí)自主性、師生關(guān)系、生生關(guān)系、未來規(guī)劃和學(xué)校認(rèn)同等八個維度,并分別細(xì)化為具體問題,由此形成調(diào)查問題。問卷調(diào)查通過上海市教育調(diào)查隊(duì)的定制網(wǎng)絡(luò)展開,在2015年6月對全市普通高中的高一學(xué)生(即2014年9月入學(xué)的學(xué)生,以下簡稱"2014級高一")進(jìn)行了在線調(diào)查;在2016年6月對全市普通高中的高一學(xué)生(即2015年9月入學(xué)的高一學(xué)生,以下簡稱"2015級高一")和高二學(xué)生(即已經(jīng)升入高二的2014級高一學(xué)生,以下簡稱"2014級高二")進(jìn)行在線調(diào)查。綜合前后兩次調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)的分析,本文提出以下研究結(jié)果:1、2014級、2015級兩屆高一學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)狀況整體表現(xiàn)良好,但各維度間存在較明顯差異。在八個維度上,生生關(guān)系表現(xiàn)最好,其余依次為未來規(guī)劃、師生關(guān)系、學(xué)校認(rèn)同、學(xué)習(xí)自主性、學(xué)習(xí)外部動機(jī)、學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)部動機(jī)和學(xué)習(xí)狀態(tài)。數(shù)據(jù)顯示,有近百分之三十的學(xué)生對未來高中生活不怎么期待,精神狀態(tài)不佳;學(xué)習(xí)動機(jī)尤其是內(nèi)部動機(jī)有待提升;學(xué)習(xí)自主性仍然存在改進(jìn)的空間。2、2014級高二學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)狀況上的表現(xiàn)比高一學(xué)生差。2014級高二除了在師生關(guān)系上,其余七個維度上均排名最后。2015級高一在學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)部動機(jī)、師生關(guān)系、生生關(guān)系、未來規(guī)劃和學(xué)校認(rèn)同上得分均最高,超過了 2014級高一學(xué)生;而2014級高一在學(xué)習(xí)狀態(tài)、學(xué)習(xí)外部動機(jī)、學(xué)習(xí)自主性三個維度上的得分最高,超過了 2015級高一。3、男生與女生的表現(xiàn)有差異,但最好與最差的維度上是相同的,都是在"生生關(guān)系"上表現(xiàn)最好,在"學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)部動機(jī)"上表現(xiàn)最差。男生在學(xué)習(xí)狀態(tài)、學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)部動機(jī)、學(xué)習(xí)自主性三個維度上,表現(xiàn)優(yōu)于女生;女生在學(xué)習(xí)的外部動機(jī)、師生關(guān)系、生生關(guān)系、未來規(guī)劃和學(xué)校認(rèn)同等五個維度上的表現(xiàn)優(yōu)于男生。4、市實(shí)驗(yàn)性示范性高中、區(qū)實(shí)驗(yàn)性示范性高中和普通高中三種不同層次學(xué)校在表現(xiàn)最好維度與最差維度上是相同的,均是生生關(guān)系表現(xiàn)最好,學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)部動機(jī)表現(xiàn)最差。但三種層次學(xué)校學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)狀況上的表現(xiàn)存在明顯的差別,整體表現(xiàn)由好到差依次為市實(shí)驗(yàn)性示范性高中、區(qū)實(shí)驗(yàn)性示范性高中和普通高中。只有在外部動機(jī)一項(xiàng)上,區(qū)實(shí)驗(yàn)性示范性高中得分最高,下來為普通高中和市實(shí)驗(yàn)性示范性高中。5、公辦學(xué)校與中外合作辦學(xué)的學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)狀況表現(xiàn)要好于民辦學(xué)校。公辦學(xué)校的學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)外部動機(jī)、師生關(guān)系、生生關(guān)系上表現(xiàn)最好;中外合作辦學(xué)的學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)狀態(tài)、學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)部動機(jī)、學(xué)習(xí)自主性和學(xué)校認(rèn)同上表現(xiàn)最好;而民辦學(xué)校除了師生關(guān)系和未來規(guī)劃兩個維度居中外,其余六個維度上的表現(xiàn)均最差。本研究認(rèn)為,需要從政府和學(xué)校兩個層面高度重視當(dāng)前高中學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)狀況,并采取相應(yīng)的措施予以改進(jìn)。政府需要推動建立改進(jìn)高中生學(xué)習(xí)狀況的政府、社會、學(xué)校和家庭"四位一體"的合作機(jī)制,共同努力參與改進(jìn)和提升學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)狀況。同時,政府還需要研究建立不同背景下高中學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)狀況的測量量表,形成常模,為不同學(xué)校提供診斷方案,注重推進(jìn)每一所學(xué)校的發(fā)展,促進(jìn)每一位學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展。學(xué)校則要科學(xué)地應(yīng)對新高考要求,切實(shí)減輕高中學(xué)生過重壓力,及時把握和診斷學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)狀況,因校制宜地開展教與學(xué)管理,不斷提高學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)狀況。與此同時,還需要結(jié)合自身辦學(xué)特色,有針對性地加強(qiáng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)指導(dǎo)和生涯規(guī)劃指導(dǎo),使學(xué)生更為清晰地了解和定位自身的學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo),改進(jìn)學(xué)習(xí)狀況。
[Abstract]:Learning plays an important role in the school life of high school students. The study of high school students' learning conditions can reflect the students' physical and mental health development, and reveal the effectiveness and problems of the school education. In the background of the reform of the college entrance examination system, the study status of high school students is worth paying attention and research. On the basis of interviews, the students' learning status is defined as learning state, learning internal motivation, learning external motivation, learning autonomy, teacher-student relationship, student relationship, future planning and school identification, etc. eight dimensions, and respectively detailed as specific problems, thus forming investigation questions. Questionnaire survey through the custom network of Shanghai education investigation team In June 2015, an online survey was carried out for high school students in general high school in the city (i.e., students enrolled in September 2014, hereinafter referred to as "2014 grade one"); in June 2016, a high school student of the general high school in the city (that is, one of the high school students in September 2015, hereinafter referred to as "2015 grade one") and the senior two students (that is, have been promoted to 2014 of the senior high school. The performance of grade 014 students in the learning situation is less than one of the higher students'.2014 grade two. In addition to the relationship between teachers and students, the other seven dimensions are ranked the last.2015 grade one in the study of internal motivation, teacher-student relationship, birth relationship, future planning and school identification, which are higher than the grade 2014 students, while class 2014 is higher in school. The three dimensions of learning autonomy, learning external motivation and learning autonomy have the highest score, exceeding the 2015 level.3. The performance of boys and girls is different, but it is best to be the same in the worst dimension. All are the best in the "life relationship" and the worst in the "learning internal machine". The boys are learning and learning internal motivation. On the three dimensions of learning autonomy, the performance is better than the female students; the female students' performance in the five dimensions, such as the external motivation of learning, the relationship between teachers and students, the relationship of students, the future planning and the school identity, is superior to the male.4, the city experimental demonstrative high school, the experimental demonstrative high school and the ordinary high school in three different levels. The difference dimension is the same, all the students have the best performance, and the internal motivation is the worst. However, there are obvious differences in the performance of the three levels of school students. The students' learning situation of the students in the public schools and the Chinese and foreign cooperative schools is better than the private schools. The students in the public schools have the best performance in the study of the external motivation, the relationship between teachers and students, and the relationship between students and students; the students in the Chinese and foreign cooperative schools are in the form of learning. State, learning internal motivation, learning autonomy and school identity the best performance, while private schools in addition to the relationship between teachers and students and future planning two dimensions, the other six dimensions of the performance is the worst. This study believes that the government and the school should pay high attention to the two levels of the current high school students' learning situation, and take corresponding measures. The government needs to promote the establishment of a cooperative mechanism of "four in one" of government, society, school and family to improve and improve students' learning situation in the government, society, schools and families to improve the learning situation of high school students. Meanwhile, the government needs to study the measurement scale of the learning situation of high school students in different backgrounds and form a norm for different schools. To provide a diagnostic scheme, pay attention to the development of every school and promote the overall development of every student. The school should scientifically deal with the new college entrance examination requirements, reduce the heavy pressure on high school students, grasp and diagnose the students' learning situation in time, carry out the teaching and learning management and improve the students' learning condition. It is also necessary to strengthen the students' learning guidance and career planning guidance according to their own characteristics, so that students can understand and orient their learning goals clearly and improve their learning conditions.
