思想品德教師課堂教學(xué)反思研究

【摘要】:教學(xué)反思是教師對(duì)自身的教學(xué)實(shí)踐進(jìn)行審視、批判和思索的活動(dòng)。在新一輪課程改革的倡始下,教學(xué)反思的重要性已經(jīng)得到教育界和學(xué)術(shù)界的廣泛關(guān)注和普遍認(rèn)可。思想品德課作為一門以學(xué)生道德發(fā)展為根本目的的德育課程,被時(shí)代賦予更高的要求。思想品德教師只有不斷對(duì)自身的教育理念、知識(shí)系統(tǒng)、教學(xué)方法、教學(xué)效果等進(jìn)行批判性思考,才能不斷提高自身的反思能力,實(shí)現(xiàn)自身的專業(yè)化發(fā)展。課堂教學(xué)反思對(duì)思想品德課教師有著重要的意義。首先,有助于實(shí)現(xiàn)思想品德教師的專業(yè)化發(fā)展。其次,有助于提高思想品德課課堂教學(xué)的實(shí)效性。再次,有助于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的批判精神和創(chuàng)新精神。首先,第一部分確立了選題的依據(jù)和意義,并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外教學(xué)反思相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了整理和綜述,在此基礎(chǔ)上確立了本研究的立足點(diǎn),并選定了研究思路和方法。其次,在第一部分的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)反思、教學(xué)反思、思想品德課堂教學(xué)反思的內(nèi)涵做了界定,并分析了思想品德課堂教學(xué)反思的特點(diǎn)、內(nèi)容和方法。第三部分主要呈現(xiàn)初任思想品德教師、成熟型思想品德教師、專家型思想品德教師一節(jié)課的課堂教學(xué)反思案例。第四部分主要通過對(duì)不同層次思想品德教師一節(jié)課課堂教學(xué)反思案例進(jìn)行比較分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)不同層次思想品德教師在反思的關(guān)注點(diǎn)、反思的理論基礎(chǔ)以及反思的方法上都存在差異。第五部分主要提出今后思想品德課堂教學(xué)反思需要注意的事項(xiàng)。首先,思想品德教師對(duì)課堂教學(xué)反思重要性的認(rèn)識(shí)需要不斷提高。其次,教學(xué)反思內(nèi)容的深度以及廣度需要不斷拓展。再次,思想品德教師課堂教學(xué)反思的方法需要根據(jù)教師所處的層次靈活運(yùn)用。課堂教學(xué)反思是思想品德教師實(shí)現(xiàn)自身專業(yè)化發(fā)展、提高課堂教學(xué)實(shí)效性以及學(xué)生批判性思維與創(chuàng)新動(dòng)力培養(yǎng)的關(guān)鍵性因素和有效途徑。因此,思想品德教師要高度重視教學(xué)反思對(duì)自身發(fā)展及其學(xué)生發(fā)展的重要意義。
[Abstract]:Teaching reflection is a kind of activity for teachers to examine, criticize and think about their own teaching practice. In the new round of curriculum reform, the importance of teaching reflection has been widely concerned and generally recognized by the educational and academic circles. As a moral education course with the students' moral development as its basic purpose, the ideological and moral course has been given higher requirements by the times. Only by constantly critical thinking about their own educational ideas, knowledge systems, teaching methods and teaching effects, can ideological and moral teachers continuously improve their reflective ability and realize their own professional development. The reflection of classroom teaching is of great significance to the teachers of ideological and moral education. First of all, help to achieve the professional development of ideological and moral teachers. Secondly, it helps to improve the effectiveness of ideological and moral class teaching. Thirdly, it is helpful to cultivate the students' spirit of criticism and innovation. First of all, the first part establishes the basis and significance of the topic, and summarizes the relevant literature on teaching reflection at home and abroad. On this basis, it establishes the foothold of this study, and selects the research ideas and methods. Secondly, on the basis of the first part, it defines the connotation of reflection, teaching reflection and ideological and moral character classroom teaching reflection, and analyzes the characteristics, contents and methods of ideological and moral character classroom teaching reflection. The third part mainly presents the case of classroom teaching introspection of new moral teachers, mature moral teachers and expert moral teachers. The fourth part mainly through the different levels of ideological and moral teachers a class of classroom teaching reflection case analysis, found that different levels of ideological and moral teachers in the reflection of the focus. There are differences in the theoretical basis and methods of reflection. The fifth part mainly puts forward the matters needing attention in the reflection of ideological and moral teaching in the future. First of all, ideological and moral teachers need to improve their understanding of the importance of classroom teaching reflection. Secondly, the depth and breadth of teaching reflection need to be continuously expanded. Thirdly, the methods of reflection in classroom teaching of ideological and moral teachers need to be used flexibly according to their level. Classroom teaching reflection is the key factor and effective way for ideological and moral teachers to realize their own professional development, to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching and to cultivate students' critical thinking and innovative motivation. Therefore, ideological and moral teachers should attach great importance to the importance of teaching reflection on their own development and students' development.
