【摘要】:新一輪基礎教育課程改革的實施,對歷史教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展提出了更高的要求,教師的專業(yè)化程度與水平是影響課程改革成敗的關(guān)鍵因素。歷史教師的專業(yè)化發(fā)展對提高歷史學科的教學水平起著至關(guān)重要的作用。由于種種因素的限制,農(nóng)村青年歷史教師的專業(yè)成長呈現(xiàn)了一種較為緩慢的狀態(tài),在很大程度上影響了教育改革的步伐。探究農(nóng)村青年歷史教師專業(yè)成長的途徑,加快他們的專業(yè)發(fā)展,是一個具有現(xiàn)實意義的課題。本文通過查閱文獻,案例訪談等方法。在探究農(nóng)村青年歷史教師專業(yè)成長途徑上給出了針對性的建議,具有較強的操作性,對他們的專業(yè)成長具有一定的借鑒意義。本文共分為三章。第一章,緒論。本章著重介紹選題的原因、意義和研究綜述、研究方法和課題的創(chuàng)新。第二章,農(nóng)村青年歷史教師專業(yè)成長的現(xiàn)狀及問題。本章主要在前人研究教師專業(yè)發(fā)展階段理論的基礎上,界定了幾個概念,并從專業(yè)成長的現(xiàn)狀和問題兩個方面對農(nóng)村青年歷史教師進行了分析。第三章,農(nóng)村青年歷史教師專業(yè)成長的途徑,本章從四個方面細致的闡述了較為符合農(nóng)村青年歷史教師專業(yè)成長的途徑,提出了有效策略,操作性較強。
[Abstract]:The implementation of the new round of basic education curriculum reform has put forward higher requirements for the professional development of history teachers. The degree and level of teachers' specialization are the key factors influencing the success or failure of curriculum reform. The professional development of history teachers plays an important role in improving the teaching level of history subjects. Due to the limitation of various factors, the professional growth of rural young history teachers presents a relatively slow state, which to a large extent affects the pace of educational reform. It is of practical significance to explore the ways of professional growth of young history teachers in rural areas and speed up their professional development. In this paper, literature review, case interviews and other methods. In exploring the professional growth path of young history teachers in rural areas, this paper gives some specific suggestions, has a strong operability, and has a certain reference significance for their professional growth. This paper is divided into three chapters. Chapter one, introduction. This chapter focuses on the reasons, significance and research review, research methods and innovation of the topic. The second chapter, the rural youth history teacher professional growth present situation and the question. On the basis of the previous research on the theory of teacher professional development stage, this chapter defines several concepts, and analyzes the rural young history teachers from the current situation and problems of professional growth. The third chapter, the way of professional growth of rural young history teachers, this chapter from four aspects elaborated the professional growth of rural young history teachers, put forward effective strategies, more operational.
