鹽城市中學(xué)生課外補(bǔ)習(xí)問題研究

【摘要】:目前,在我國很多城市都可以看到中學(xué)生在下午放學(xué)后以及在節(jié)假日期間,仍然背著書包去參加課外補(bǔ)習(xí),這種現(xiàn)象大家早就習(xí)以為常,關(guān)于課外補(bǔ)習(xí)話題的談?wù)撘矠榧议L與家長之間、家長與學(xué)生之間搭建了一個交流的紐帶。然而,政府教育部門一直強(qiáng)調(diào)要給基礎(chǔ)教育階段的學(xué)生“減負(fù)”,規(guī)定在校學(xué)習(xí)時間,控制家庭作業(yè)量,就在這樣一個政策背景下,課外補(bǔ)習(xí)現(xiàn)象非但沒有緩解,反而大有市場,并有愈演愈烈的發(fā)展傾向,這其中的種種原因,是每一個基礎(chǔ)教育工作者所需要思考的問題,但目前國內(nèi)學(xué)者對此類課題的關(guān)注度并不高,相關(guān)的實(shí)證研究更在少數(shù)。對于此種研究現(xiàn)狀,本文則選定江蘇省鹽城市作為數(shù)據(jù)調(diào)查對象,對本市中學(xué)生的課外補(bǔ)習(xí)問題進(jìn)行探究,通過借鑒已有的相關(guān)研究成果和對鹽城市部分中學(xué)教師、中學(xué)生以及學(xué)生家長的抽樣問卷調(diào)查和訪談結(jié)果,進(jìn)而分析鹽城市中學(xué)生課外補(bǔ)習(xí)的現(xiàn)狀。從問卷的抽樣調(diào)查結(jié)果來看,本市有一半以上的學(xué)生目前正在參加課外補(bǔ)習(xí),補(bǔ)習(xí)現(xiàn)象非常普遍,其中初一年級參加課外補(bǔ)習(xí)的學(xué)生為總?cè)藬?shù)的85%,初二為75.4%,初三為31.9%,高一為53.8%,高二為37.7%,高三為13.2%,補(bǔ)習(xí)科目以數(shù)學(xué)、英語為主,分別占比81.2%、73.3%。主要補(bǔ)習(xí)方式是參加課外補(bǔ)習(xí)機(jī)構(gòu),占總補(bǔ)習(xí)人數(shù)的43.6%。對于補(bǔ)習(xí)效果的滿意度調(diào)查顯示,有69.34%的學(xué)生認(rèn)為課外補(bǔ)習(xí)對自己的成績有所提高。針對這一調(diào)查結(jié)果,本文客觀地從正反兩面闡述了課外補(bǔ)習(xí)的積極影響和消極影響。進(jìn)而分析造成這些影響的原因,大致包括升學(xué)考試制度、教育資源配置、家長的教育水平及觀念、學(xué)校教師的教學(xué)質(zhì)量等幾個方面。在最后,則從教育行政部門、學(xué)校管理者以及培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)管理者三個角度分別提出相對應(yīng)的建議與對策,旨在規(guī)范本市課外補(bǔ)習(xí)市場的發(fā)展,使其與學(xué)校教育能夠和諧共處。
[Abstract]:At present, in many cities in our country, we can see that middle school students still carry their schoolbags to take part in extracurricular tutoring after school in the afternoon and during holidays. The topic of extracurricular tutoring also provides a link between parents and students. However, the government education department has always stressed the need to "reduce the burden" on the students in the basic education stage, stipulate the study time at school, and control the amount of work done by the family. Under such a policy background, the phenomenon of extracurricular remedial study has not been alleviated. On the contrary, there is a large market, and there is a growing tendency to develop. Among these reasons, every basic education worker needs to think about the problem. However, at present, domestic scholars are not paying high attention to this kind of topic. Relevant empirical research is more in the minority. For this kind of research present situation, this article selects the Jiangsu Province salt city as the data investigation object, carries on the inquiry to this city middle school student's extracurricular tutoring problem, through drawing lessons from the existing related research result and to the Yancheng part middle school teacher, The sampling questionnaire and interview results of middle school students and their parents were carried out to analyze the present situation of extracurricular tutoring in Yancheng. According to the results of a sample survey of questionnaires, more than half of the students in this city are currently taking part in extracurricular tutoring, and the phenomenon of tutoring is very common. Among them, the number of students attending extracurricular tutoring in grade one is 85, the second grade is 75.4, the third is 31.990, the first is 53.8, the second is 37.7, and the third is 13.2.The main subjects are mathematics and English, which account for 73.33.3. The main way of tutoring is to participate in extracurricular tutorial institutions, accounting for 43.6% of the total number of tutorial students. A survey on the satisfaction of tutoring results showed that 69.34% of the students thought that extracurricular tutoring improved their scores. In view of the investigation results, this paper objectively expounds the positive and negative effects of extracurricular tutoring from both positive and negative aspects. Then the causes of these influences are analyzed, including the system of entrance examination, the allocation of educational resources, the educational level and concept of parents, the teaching quality of school teachers and so on. In the end, the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures are put forward from three angles of educational administration, school administrators and managers of training institutions, in order to standardize the development of extracurricular tutoring market in this city so that it can coexist harmoniously with school education.
