【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化的加快和縣城的不斷擴(kuò)大化,越來(lái)越多的學(xué)生進(jìn)入到城鎮(zhèn)中讀書,寄宿制學(xué)校便成為了很多家長(zhǎng)和學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)和生活的最佳選擇。而寄宿制學(xué)校的學(xué)生管理以及宿舍管理則成為了我國(guó)教育改革事業(yè)中一個(gè)重要的問(wèn)題。然而,學(xué)生從小學(xué)升上初中的過(guò)程中將不斷面臨著學(xué)習(xí)方面、教育方面和生活等各方面的改變。其中,寄宿在學(xué)校中的學(xué)生比其他的孩子需要面臨的學(xué)校問(wèn)題更加突出。本文通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于宿舍管理方面的相關(guān)資料和文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行調(diào)研,同時(shí)利用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的方式,對(duì)Y中學(xué)的老師和學(xué)生進(jìn)行考察,針對(duì)學(xué)校所存在的管理上的問(wèn)題,結(jié)合現(xiàn)有的宿舍管理理論和教育思想,提出具有針對(duì)性、有效性的建議和策略。同時(shí),也為教師同行研究寄宿制初中生在宿舍中的生活形態(tài)和管理情況提供一些有參考價(jià)值的依據(jù)。第一部分緒論主要分析選擇初中寄宿制學(xué)校學(xué)生宿舍管理問(wèn)題研究的緣由、研究目的和意義,重點(diǎn)突出了國(guó)家政策和地方法規(guī)文件,對(duì)農(nóng)村寄宿制學(xué)校建設(shè)方面的扶持以及國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)寄宿制學(xué)校管理問(wèn)題的研究成果。第二部分主要闡述了現(xiàn)階段初中宿舍管理中涉及到的宿舍制度管理、宿舍人員管理、宿舍文化管理方面的內(nèi)容,同時(shí)結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外研究中用到的需求層次理論、目標(biāo)層次理論、人本管理理論和學(xué)生自主管理理論,總結(jié)初中教育階段中正確的宿舍管理模式起到引導(dǎo)學(xué)生健康成長(zhǎng)、制約學(xué)生壞習(xí)慣的形成作用,更重要的是宿舍管理能潛移默化的培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的獨(dú)立性。第三部分根據(jù)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷、學(xué)生宿舍活動(dòng)的觀察和學(xué)生案例分析等方法,對(duì)Y中學(xué)的學(xué)生進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,主要內(nèi)容包含初中學(xué)生管理所存在的問(wèn)題,宿舍管理制度,人員管理情況,宿舍文化管理幾個(gè)方面。調(diào)查的結(jié)果顯示:Y中學(xué)的學(xué)生們雖然在學(xué)校的宿舍管理體制下得到了學(xué)習(xí)的機(jī)會(huì),但是依然存在著一定問(wèn)題�；诖�,第四部分和第五部分主要對(duì)所存在問(wèn)題進(jìn)行歸因分析并提出解決宿舍管理問(wèn)題的建議和策略,主要包含五部分內(nèi)容:第一,明確管理目標(biāo),健全管理制度;第二,嚴(yán)格選拔宿管,適時(shí)定期培訓(xùn);第三,強(qiáng)化教師責(zé)任,提高教育意識(shí);第四,加強(qiáng)學(xué)生教育,強(qiáng)化自我管理;第五,提高家長(zhǎng)認(rèn)識(shí),緊密家校聯(lián)系。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization and the continuous expansion of the county town, more and more students enter the town to study, boarding schools have become the best choice for many parents and students to learn and live. Student management and dormitory management in boarding schools have become an important issue in educational reform in China. However, students will continue to face changes in learning, education and life. Among them, boarding students in school than other children have to face more serious school problems. This article through the domestic and foreign regarding the dormitory management aspect related information and the literature carries on the investigation, simultaneously uses the questionnaire method, carries on the inspection to the Y middle school teacher and the student, in view of the school existence management question, Combined with the existing dormitory management theory and educational ideas, this paper puts forward some pertinent and effective suggestions and strategies. At the same time, it also provides some valuable reference for teachers to study the living form and management of boarding junior middle school students in the dormitory. The first part of the introduction mainly analyzes the reason, purpose and significance of the study on the management of student dormitory in junior middle school boarding schools, with emphasis on the national policies and local laws and regulations. The support to the construction of rural boarding schools and the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the management of boarding schools. The second part mainly expounds the contents of dormitory system management, dormitory personnel management and dormitory culture management in the present junior middle school dormitory management. At the same time, it combines the theory of demand level and the goal level theory used in domestic and foreign research. Humanistic management theory and student self-management theory, summing up the correct dormitory management model in the junior middle school education stage to guide the healthy growth of students, restricting the formation of bad habits of students. More importantly, dormitory management can imperceptibly cultivate the independence of students. The third part according to the questionnaire, student dormitory activity observation and student case analysis method, carries on the investigation research to the Y middle school student, the main content includes the junior middle school student management existence question, the dormitory management system, Personnel management, dormitory culture management of several aspects. The results of the survey show that although the students in the school have been given the opportunity to study under the dormitory management system, there are still some problems. Based on this, the fourth and fifth parts mainly analyze the existing problems and put forward suggestions and strategies to solve the dormitory management problems, mainly including five parts: first, clear management objectives, improve the management system; second, Strict selection of residential management, timely and regular training; third, strengthen the responsibility of teachers, improve education awareness; fourth, strengthen student education, strengthen self-management; fifthly, improve parents' understanding, close contact between home and school.
