高中思想政治課教師專業(yè)化發(fā)展亟待解決的問題探析

【摘要】:高中思想政治課承擔(dān)著特殊的德育任務(wù),這樣復(fù)雜而又艱難的任務(wù)需要專業(yè)的人員來完成。目前從學(xué)科性質(zhì)、專業(yè)化發(fā)展都要求推動高中思想政治課教師專業(yè)化發(fā)展,但是觀察社會生活發(fā)現(xiàn),高中思想政治課教師專業(yè)化發(fā)展存在突出問題,如高中思想政治課教師準入制度問題、高中思想政治課教師專業(yè)化發(fā)展缺乏保障、教師專業(yè)化發(fā)展狀況難以適應(yīng)高中思想政治課發(fā)展的要求、高中思想政治課教師繼續(xù)教育培訓(xùn)不足、交流機會少且指導(dǎo)不夠?qū)嶋H等。本應(yīng)該形成嚴格且完善的準入制度,但是目前我國高中思想政治課教師準入制度不完善;高中思想政治課教師應(yīng)該擁有合理的經(jīng)濟地位和社會地位,但現(xiàn)實生活中高中思想政治課教師經(jīng)濟地位偏低且國家經(jīng)費投入不足;本應(yīng)形成積極主動地自我發(fā)展意識和能力并且具有較高的科研素質(zhì),但是現(xiàn)實情況卻是專業(yè)化意識不強、專業(yè)化知識不足、專業(yè)化能力薄弱、高中思想政治課教師整體科研素質(zhì)有待加強;本應(yīng)形成完善的校本培訓(xùn),但是目前我國職后培訓(xùn)存在不足且指導(dǎo)缺乏時效性。因此必須采取相應(yīng)的措施推動高中思想政治課教師的專業(yè)化發(fā)展。這些措施包括:更新教師的觀念、堅持反思性教學(xué)、堅持科研促進教學(xué)、加強在職培訓(xùn)等。從多方面體系化推動高中思想政治課教師的專業(yè)化發(fā)展,本人認為其中非常重要的一點是堅持以科研促學(xué)習(xí),因為教育思想素質(zhì)的提升是教師教學(xué)能力提高的前提,因此教育科研活動是提高教師理論素質(zhì)、優(yōu)化教師教育思想的重要措施。
[Abstract]:The high school ideological and political course undertakes the special moral education task, such complex and difficult task needs the specialized personnel to complete. At present, from the nature of the subject and the development of specialization, it is necessary to promote the professional development of high school ideological and political teachers. However, by observing social life, it is found that there are outstanding problems in the professional development of high school ideological and political teachers. Such as the problem of the admission system of high school ideological and political teachers, the lack of guarantee for the professional development of high school ideological and political teachers, and the difficulty of teachers' professional development in meeting the requirements of the development of high school ideological and political courses. High school ideological and political teachers continue to education and training, communication opportunities and lack of practical guidance. A strict and perfect admission system should have been formed, but at present the admission system for high school ideological and political teachers in our country is not perfect; the high school ideological and political teachers should have a reasonable economic and social status. However, in real life, the high school ideological and political teachers have a low economic status and insufficient national funds; they should form a positive self-development consciousness and ability and have a higher scientific research quality, but the reality is that the professional consciousness is not strong. Lack of specialized knowledge, weak specialized ability, the overall scientific research quality of high school ideological and political teachers need to be strengthened; should form a perfect school-based training, but at present there are deficiencies in post-vocational training and lack of timeliness of guidance in our country. Therefore, we must take corresponding measures to promote the professional development of high school ideological and political teachers. These measures include: renewing teachers' ideas, insisting on reflective teaching, persisting in scientific research and promoting teaching, strengthening on-the-job training, etc. In order to promote the professional development of high school ideological and political teachers in many ways, I think that one of the most important is to promote learning through scientific research, because the improvement of educational ideological quality is the premise of teachers' teaching ability. Therefore, educational scientific research is an important measure to improve teachers' theoretical quality and optimize teachers' educational thought.
