愉快教學(xué)法在“中學(xué)時(shí)代”教學(xué)中的運(yùn)用研究

【摘要】:本文在查閱國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)愉快教學(xué)法資料的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)了自己的教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn),以“中學(xué)時(shí)代”一課為例,探討了怎樣運(yùn)用愉快教學(xué)法開(kāi)展七年級(jí)《道德與法治》課的教學(xué)。“教學(xué)有法,但無(wú)定法”,在《道德與法治》課的實(shí)踐中,從試講到實(shí)習(xí),從采用講授法到愉快教學(xué)法,我對(duì)這句話的理解越來(lái)越深刻。愉快教學(xué)法雖然是一種老方法,但它能顯著提高教學(xué)效果,因此受到古今中外許多教育界知名人士的推崇。在當(dāng)代《道德與法治》課的教學(xué)中,愉快教學(xué)法仍然是一種非常有效的教學(xué)方法。我在教學(xué)實(shí)習(xí)中,在實(shí)踐導(dǎo)師的指導(dǎo)下采用了這種方法開(kāi)展教學(xué),取得了良好的教學(xué)效果。在各類文獻(xiàn)中,雖然人們對(duì)愉快教學(xué)法的解釋有較大差別,但精神實(shí)質(zhì)是一致的,都主張以學(xué)生為本,在輕松融洽的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍中開(kāi)展教學(xué)活動(dòng),達(dá)到良好的教學(xué)效果。愉快教學(xué)法要求教師將愉快的情緒帶入課堂,使學(xué)生產(chǎn)生濃厚的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,變被動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)為主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí),以此實(shí)現(xiàn)教學(xué)目標(biāo)。愉快教學(xué)法不僅針對(duì)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí),而且針對(duì)教師的教學(xué),面向全體師生是其重要特征。實(shí)施愉快教學(xué)法,必須遵循啟發(fā)性、興趣性、理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際的原則。從學(xué)生的角度來(lái)看,不同的學(xué)生個(gè)體或群體具有不同的學(xué)習(xí)特點(diǎn)。教師在使用愉快教學(xué)法時(shí)必須根據(jù)學(xué)生的生理和心理特點(diǎn),因材施教、有的放矢地組織教學(xué)活動(dòng)。怎樣運(yùn)用愉快教學(xué)法組織課堂教學(xué)是本文研究的重點(diǎn)。我在觀摩和借鑒許多一線教師授課的基礎(chǔ)上,從備課、講課、布置作業(yè)等環(huán)節(jié)將愉快教學(xué)法應(yīng)用到“中學(xué)時(shí)代”一課的教學(xué)中。在這一完整的教學(xué)過(guò)程中力求處處滲透愉快教學(xué)法的理念。在實(shí)習(xí)過(guò)程中,我分別在不同班級(jí)使用了愉快教學(xué)法和單純的講授法,發(fā)現(xiàn)愉快教學(xué)法更受學(xué)生歡迎,具有明顯的優(yōu)勢(shì)。在教學(xué)反思中,我認(rèn)識(shí)到采用愉快教學(xué)法之所以能取得良好的教學(xué)效果,關(guān)鍵在于這一方法能更貼近學(xué)生、貼近生活、貼近實(shí)際,更符合學(xué)生的身心發(fā)展特點(diǎn),達(dá)到師生“雙愉”的境界。
[Abstract]:On the basis of consulting domestic and foreign information about pleasure teaching method, this paper sums up his own teaching experience, taking the lesson of "Middle School time" as an example, discusses how to use pleasant teaching method to carry out the teaching of "morality and Rule by Law" in Grade 7. "there are laws in teaching, but there is no law". In the practice of morality and Rule of Law, I have a deeper and deeper understanding of this sentence from trial to practice, from the use of teaching methods to pleasant teaching methods. Although the pleasant teaching method is an old method, it can improve the teaching effect significantly, so it is highly praised by many famous people in the field of education at all times and in all over the world. In the course of morality and Rule of Law, pleasure teaching method is still a very effective teaching method. In my teaching practice, I adopted this method to carry out teaching under the guidance of practical tutor, and got good teaching effect. In all kinds of literature, although there are great differences in the interpretation of the pleasant teaching method, the spiritual essence is the same. They all advocate student-oriented teaching activities in a relaxed and harmonious learning atmosphere, so as to achieve good teaching results. The pleasant teaching method requires teachers to bring pleasant emotions into the classroom to make students have a strong interest in learning and to change passive learning into active learning so as to achieve the teaching goal. The pleasant teaching method is not only for the students' study, but also for the teachers' teaching. To carry out the pleasant teaching method, we must follow the principles of inspiration, interest, theory and practice. From the perspective of students, different student individuals or groups have different learning characteristics. Teachers should teach students according to their students' physiological and psychological characteristics and organize teaching activities according to their aptitude. How to use pleasant teaching method to organize classroom teaching is the focus of this paper. On the basis of observing and drawing lessons from many front-line teachers, I apply the pleasant teaching method to the teaching of "middle school" from the aspects of preparing lessons, lecturing, arranging homework and so on. In this complete teaching process, we try our best to permeate the concept of pleasant teaching method everywhere. In the process of practice, I used the pleasant teaching method and the simple teaching method in different classes, and found that the pleasant teaching method was more popular with the students and had obvious advantages. In my reflection on teaching, I realized that the key to achieving good teaching results is that this method is closer to students, closer to life, closer to reality, and more in line with the characteristics of students' physical and mental development. To achieve the state of "double happiness" between teachers and students.
