在高中生物學(xué)教學(xué)中滲透健康教育的研究

【摘要】:教育必須“以人為本”,必須把學(xué)生的健康放在重要位置,在此基礎(chǔ)上才可以進(jìn)行其他方面的教育和培養(yǎng)。目前,我們還沒能擺脫應(yīng)試教育帶給我們的影響,中學(xué)生仍然面臨著繁重的作業(yè)以及考試、升學(xué)等壓力,甚至還有其它上不完的輔導(dǎo)班。在如此高強(qiáng)度的學(xué)習(xí)訓(xùn)練下,學(xué);蚣议L對(duì)學(xué)生的健康關(guān)愛和健康教育卻是極為缺乏。本文經(jīng)過收集分析大量相關(guān)資料,以及深入中學(xué)實(shí)際調(diào)查研究,從高中生物課程的角度探討了在中學(xué)生物課中滲透健康教育的必要性以及可能的實(shí)施途徑。隨著社會(huì)發(fā)展與人們思想認(rèn)識(shí)的進(jìn)步,健康概念的范圍越來越大,生理、心理、社會(huì)適應(yīng)性、道德、生態(tài)環(huán)境等都已納入其中。目前,我國中學(xué)沒有開設(shè)專門的健康教育課程,很多學(xué)校把學(xué)生的健康教育問題幾乎全部拋給了家長,而許多家長則又把學(xué)生的健康教育全部寄托于學(xué)校;诖爽F(xiàn)狀,探索在學(xué)科教學(xué)中滲透健康教育就具有了非常重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。生物科學(xué)以生命現(xiàn)象和生命活動(dòng)規(guī)律為研究對(duì)象,與人的健康和健康教育的關(guān)系尤為密切,因此,在生物學(xué)教學(xué)中滲透健康教育更為必要,也更為可行。本論文通過問卷調(diào)查法和訪談法分別對(duì)本市的高中二年級(jí)部分學(xué)生和多名教師開展了關(guān)于健康教育的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查。通過分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)一半以上的高中生對(duì)健康概念的理解不全面;很多學(xué)生在飲食習(xí)慣、營養(yǎng)搭配、疾病預(yù)防、青春期心理調(diào)適等方面存在問題;部分學(xué)生的健康意識(shí)比較薄弱,環(huán)保意識(shí)欠缺。通過訪談,還了解到雖然教師能夠主動(dòng)關(guān)心學(xué)生,并發(fā)現(xiàn)存在于其中的健康問題,但是健康教育的效果并不理想,也沒能引起學(xué)生的高度重視。而對(duì)于健康教育的態(tài)度,教師和學(xué)生則表示出了一致性,都認(rèn)可在生物學(xué)課堂中滲透健康教育的設(shè)想。鑒于教師和學(xué)生的認(rèn)可與期望,本文從課程內(nèi)容與我國當(dāng)前形勢(shì)與政策的要求兩方面分析了在生物學(xué)課程中滲透健康教育的必要性與合理性。然后以人教版高中生物必修教材為例歸納出了其中可進(jìn)行健康教育的多個(gè)切入點(diǎn),同時(shí)從導(dǎo)學(xué)案、教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)等方面闡述了幾種實(shí)施途徑,并針對(duì)具體章節(jié)進(jìn)行了案例設(shè)計(jì)與分析。最后,為更有針對(duì)性地開展健康教育,提出了幾點(diǎn)注意事項(xiàng)。
[Abstract]:Education must be "people-oriented", and the health of students must be placed in an important position. Only on this basis can other aspects of education and training be carried out. At present, we have not been able to get rid of the impact of examination-oriented education, middle school students are still facing heavy homework and pressure, such as exams, entrance studies, and even other tutoring classes. In such a high intensity of learning and training, the school or parents of the students' health care and health education is extremely lacking. Through collecting and analyzing a large number of relevant data, as well as the actual investigation and research in middle schools, this paper probes into the necessity and possible implementation ways of infiltrating health education in biology course of middle school from the perspective of biology curriculum in senior high school. With the development of society and the progress of people's understanding, the scope of the concept of health has been more and more extensive, such as physiology, psychology, social adaptability, morality, ecological environment and so on. At present, there are no special health education courses in middle schools in our country. Many schools throw the students' health education problems to their parents, and many parents place their students' health education in the schools. Based on this situation, it is of great practical significance to explore the infiltration of health education in subject teaching. The biological science takes the life phenomenon and the life activity law as the research object, and has a close relation with the human health and health education, therefore, it is more necessary and feasible to infiltrate the health education in the biology teaching. The present situation of health education was investigated by questionnaires and interviews among some senior middle school students and teachers in this city. Through analysis, it is found that more than half of the high school students do not have a comprehensive understanding of the concept of health; many students have problems in eating habits, nutrition matching, disease prevention, adolescent psychological adjustment, etc. Lack of environmental awareness. Through interviews, we also know that although teachers can actively care about students and find health problems in them, the effect of health education is not ideal, nor does it attract students' attention. For the attitude of health education, teachers and students show consistency and agree with the idea of infiltrating health education in biology classroom. In view of the recognition and expectation of teachers and students, this paper analyzes the necessity and rationality of infiltrating health education in biology curriculum from the aspects of curriculum content and the requirement of current situation and policy in our country. Then, taking the compulsory teaching material of biology in senior high school as an example, this paper sums up several cut-in points for health education, and expounds several ways of implementation from the aspects of teaching plan, teaching evaluation, etc. And carried on the case design and the analysis to the specific chapter. Finally, in order to carry out health education more pertinently, some points for attention are put forward.
