MF教學(xué)模式在中職數(shù)學(xué)課程中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著信息化教學(xué)的開(kāi)展,各個(gè)階段的教學(xué)都在進(jìn)行著與自身相適應(yīng)的改革。創(chuàng)新教學(xué)模式是進(jìn)行教學(xué)改革的重要組成成分,也是為適應(yīng)新時(shí)代下人才培養(yǎng)注重素質(zhì)教育的全面發(fā)展的必然要求。構(gòu)建一種新型教學(xué)模式來(lái)提升學(xué)生的自主學(xué)習(xí)能力、協(xié)作學(xué)習(xí)能力、創(chuàng)新能力、動(dòng)手實(shí)踐能力、語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力顯得尤為重要。作為當(dāng)下比較流行的兩種信息化教學(xué)產(chǎn)物,MOOC與翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂在解決教學(xué)資源不均衡、教學(xué)方法過(guò)于單一等方面提供了思路與方向。本研究在新課程改革教育目標(biāo)的指導(dǎo)下,將翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂(Flipped Classroom)與大規(guī)模開(kāi)放在線課程(MOOCs)進(jìn)行有機(jī)的本土化融合,提出中職MF教學(xué)模式,并應(yīng)用于中職數(shù)學(xué)課程,具體內(nèi)容包含以下幾個(gè)方面:第一,對(duì)MF教學(xué)模式應(yīng)用的背景、《中職數(shù)學(xué)》課程特點(diǎn)、《中職數(shù)學(xué)》教學(xué)特點(diǎn)、中職學(xué)校學(xué)生特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析,得出在中職數(shù)學(xué)課程中利用MF教學(xué)模式的必要性;第二,依據(jù)新課程理論、學(xué)習(xí)金字塔理論、后現(xiàn)代主義教學(xué)觀、建構(gòu)主義學(xué)習(xí)理論和最近發(fā)展區(qū)理論,結(jié)合MOOC與翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂的特點(diǎn),進(jìn)行MF教學(xué)模式的設(shè)計(jì);第三,依據(jù)MF教學(xué)模式的設(shè)計(jì),進(jìn)行課前自主學(xué)習(xí)、課中討論學(xué)習(xí),課后拓展練習(xí)的教學(xué);第四,對(duì)教學(xué)產(chǎn)生的實(shí)際效果進(jìn)行多維評(píng)價(jià),總結(jié)MF教學(xué)模式在實(shí)際教學(xué)中的教學(xué)效果,為教育研究者及一線教師提供理論和實(shí)踐依據(jù)。通過(guò)MF教學(xué)模式在中職數(shù)學(xué)課程中的應(yīng)用研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)該教學(xué)模式能夠使得教師在有限的教學(xué)時(shí)間內(nèi)靈活并且高質(zhì)量完成教學(xué)任務(wù),能夠有效的提高學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的積極性、學(xué)業(yè)成績(jī)、語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力、創(chuàng)新能力等。
[Abstract]:With the development of information-based teaching, the teaching of each stage is carrying on the reform that adapts to itself. Innovative teaching mode is an important component of teaching reform, and is also an inevitable requirement for the all-round development of quality education in order to meet the needs of talent training in the new era. It is very important to construct a new teaching model to improve students' autonomous learning ability, cooperative learning ability, innovation ability, hands-on practice ability and language expression ability. As the two popular products of information teaching, MOOC and flip classroom provide ideas and directions in solving the imbalance of teaching resources and the singularity of teaching methods. Under the guidance of the educational goal of the new curriculum reform, this study combines the flipped classroom room with the large-scale open online course MOOCs, and puts forward the MF teaching mode of the secondary vocational school, and applies it to the mathematics curriculum of the secondary vocational school. The concrete contents include the following aspects: first, the background of the application of MF teaching mode, the characteristics of mathematics in secondary vocational school, the teaching characteristics of mathematics in secondary vocational school, and the characteristics of students in secondary vocational school are analyzed. Second, according to the new curriculum theory, learning pyramid theory, post-modernism teaching view, constructivism learning theory and the theory of the proximal development area. Combined with the characteristics of MOOC and flip classroom, the design of MF teaching mode; third, according to the design of MF teaching mode, we study independently before class, discuss learning in class, expand practice teaching after class; fourth, The multi-dimensional evaluation of the actual effect of teaching is carried out, and the teaching effect of MF teaching mode in practical teaching is summarized, which provides theoretical and practical basis for educational researchers and first-line teachers. Through the application research of MF teaching mode in mathematics course of secondary vocational school, it is found that this teaching mode can make teachers complete teaching tasks flexibly and high-quality in limited teaching time, and can effectively improve students' enthusiasm in learning. Academic achievement, language expression ability, innovation ability, etc.
