新課程改革后中學(xué)歷史教師角色轉(zhuǎn)變現(xiàn)狀研究

【摘要】:在知識經(jīng)濟和信息社會不斷發(fā)展的過程中,人才的競爭尤為激烈,而人才的培養(yǎng)靠教育,正是在這樣的大背景下,國家開始了新一輪基礎(chǔ)教育課程改革(新課改)。對于歷史課程改革需要歷史教師樹立全新的教學(xué)理念,改變落后的教學(xué)方式,學(xué)習(xí)現(xiàn)代化的教學(xué)技能,轉(zhuǎn)變傳統(tǒng)的教師角色,以保證新課改的順利進行,為國家和社會培育更多綜合型高素質(zhì)人才。隨著新課改的推行,教師隊伍積極地進行著角色轉(zhuǎn)變以迎合當今素質(zhì)教育的要求,但仍有部分教師在角色轉(zhuǎn)變中存在問題,為此,針對新課改后中學(xué)歷史教師的角色轉(zhuǎn)變現(xiàn)狀進行了研究。本文分別從三個部分進行論述,第一部分:論述了當前中學(xué)歷史教師需要進行角色轉(zhuǎn)變的原因及新課改后中學(xué)歷史教師所應(yīng)充當角色的一般定位。關(guān)于歷史教師角色轉(zhuǎn)變的原因,分別從新課改對歷史教師提出的要求和歷史教師自身專業(yè)化發(fā)展的要求來闡述,可知歷史教師進行角色轉(zhuǎn)變是這兩方面因素共同作用的結(jié)果。關(guān)于新課改后中學(xué)歷史教師角色的新面貌,指出中學(xué)歷史教師應(yīng)是歷史教學(xué)的參與者與合作者、學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)歷史的組織者與促進者、歷史課程資源的開發(fā)者、歷史教學(xué)活動的研究者、現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)的利用者;第二部分:以問卷調(diào)查結(jié)合實地調(diào)查的形式進行研究,通過對問卷進行統(tǒng)計與分析,闡述了歷史教師在角色轉(zhuǎn)變過程中依然存在著傳統(tǒng)課堂教學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)沒有根本改變、現(xiàn)代化教學(xué)技能缺失、師生之間的交流合作缺乏等問題,并分析了制約歷史教師角色轉(zhuǎn)變的具體因素,包括教師性別、年齡、教齡、學(xué)歷及學(xué)校環(huán)境、管理制度、評價體制、應(yīng)試教育等,為以后的相關(guān)研究提供參考和借鑒;第三部分:針對發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題和已分析的制約因素,從歷史教師自身及外部環(huán)境兩方面給出具體的解決措施,為歷史教師角色轉(zhuǎn)變的順利進行提供指導(dǎo)。本課題的研究成果有助于指導(dǎo)中學(xué)歷史教師在新課改的要求下加快完成角色轉(zhuǎn)變,對新形勢下歷史教師的隊伍建設(shè)和人才的培養(yǎng)具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:In the process of continuous development of knowledge economy and information society, the competition of talents is particularly fierce, and the cultivation of talents depends on education. It is under this background that the country has begun a new round of basic education curriculum reform (new curriculum reform). History curriculum reform requires history teachers to set up new teaching concepts, change backward teaching methods, learn modern teaching skills, change traditional teacher roles, and ensure the smooth progress of the new curriculum reform. Cultivate more comprehensive and high-quality talents for the country and society. With the implementation of the new curriculum reform, teachers are actively changing their roles to meet the needs of quality education today. However, there are still some teachers who have problems in the transformation of their roles. This paper studies the status quo of middle school history teachers' role change after the new curriculum reform. The first part discusses the reasons why the middle school history teachers need to change their roles and the general position of the middle school history teachers' role after the new curriculum reform. On the reason of the change of history teacher's role, this paper expounds the demand of the new curriculum reform to the history teacher and the request of history teacher's own professional development, and it can be seen that the role change of history teacher is the result of these two factors. With regard to the new role of history teachers in middle schools after the new curriculum reform, it is pointed out that history teachers in middle schools should be participants and collaborators in history teaching, organizers and promoters of students' learning history, and developers of history curriculum resources. The researcher of history teaching activities, the user of modern information technology; the second part: the form of questionnaire survey combined with field investigation, through the questionnaire statistics and analysis, This paper expounds that there are still some problems such as the traditional classroom teaching structure is not fundamentally changed, the modern teaching skills are lacking, the communication and cooperation between teachers and students are lacking, and so on. It also analyzes the specific factors that restrict the change of history teacher's role, including teacher's gender, age, teaching age, academic background and school environment, management system, evaluation system, exam-oriented education and so on. The third part: aiming at the problems found and the restrictive factors that have been analyzed, the concrete solutions are given from the aspects of the history teachers themselves and the external environment to provide guidance for the smooth transformation of the history teachers' role. The research results of this subject are helpful to guide the history teachers in middle school to complete the role transformation under the new curriculum reform, and it is of great significance to the construction of history teachers and the cultivation of talents under the new situation.
