【摘要】：教育的本質(zhì)在于使人獲得幸福,賞識(shí)學(xué)生和使學(xué)生獲得賞識(shí)都能使學(xué)生獲得幸福的體驗(yàn),實(shí)現(xiàn)幸福成長(zhǎng)�；A(chǔ)教育改革的發(fā)展要求教師在教學(xué)過(guò)程中不但要重視學(xué)生的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)和基本技能,更要關(guān)注學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)情感態(tài)度的發(fā)展。學(xué)生作為課堂教學(xué)的主體,他們學(xué)習(xí)情感態(tài)度的發(fā)展直接關(guān)系到教學(xué)效果,這就需要教師及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)、發(fā)掘他們發(fā)展過(guò)程中的閃光點(diǎn),激勵(lì)他們實(shí)現(xiàn)人生的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。賞識(shí)教育由來(lái)已久,有其豐厚的歷史積淀,為當(dāng)下的賞識(shí)教育研究和實(shí)踐提供了豐富理論指導(dǎo);賞識(shí)教育的學(xué)科化研究存在不足,在實(shí)踐上存在一些誤區(qū);本文分析初中思想品德課賞識(shí)教育的現(xiàn)狀及問(wèn)題成因,提出初中思想品德課賞識(shí)教育的實(shí)施策略。初中思想品德課賞識(shí)教育的運(yùn)用研究分為六部分:第一部分,介紹本論文研究背景及意義,國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于賞識(shí)教育的研究現(xiàn)狀,研究的內(nèi)容與方法、創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)和不足;第二部分,界定相關(guān)概念,明確初中思想品德課賞識(shí)教育的含義及其特點(diǎn),了解賞識(shí)教育的理論依據(jù),提出初中思想品德課實(shí)施賞識(shí)教育的必要性和可行性;第三部分,通過(guò)訪談、調(diào)查問(wèn)卷等形式了解初中思想品德課實(shí)施賞識(shí)教育的教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀;第四部分,從應(yīng)試教育的嚴(yán)重制約、學(xué)生因素的影響、教師行為等三個(gè)方面進(jìn)一步分析賞識(shí)教育在教學(xué)實(shí)踐中存在的問(wèn)題及其原因分析;第五部分,嘗試從賞識(shí)意識(shí)、賞識(shí)視角、賞識(shí)方式、賞識(shí)主體和賞識(shí)尺度等五個(gè)方面分析初中思想品德課實(shí)施賞識(shí)教育的建構(gòu)策略。第六部分,賞識(shí)教育案例,是初中思想品德課實(shí)施賞識(shí)教育的實(shí)踐體現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The essence of education is to make people happy. Both appreciating students and making students appreciate can make students get happy experience and realize happy growth. The development of basic education reform requires teachers to pay attention not only to students' basic knowledge and skills, but also to the development of students' emotional attitude in the process of teaching. As the main body of classroom teaching, the development of students' learning emotional attitude is directly related to the teaching effect, which requires teachers to discover in time, explore the bright spots in their development process, and encourage them to realize the sustainable development of their life. Appreciation education has a long history, has its rich historical accumulation, has provided rich theoretical guidance for the present appreciation education research and practice, has the insufficiency in the discipline research of the appreciation education, has some misunderstandings in the practice; This paper analyzes the present situation and causes of the appreciation education in the junior middle school ideological and moral course, and puts forward the implementing strategies of the appreciation education in the ideological and moral course of the junior high school. The research on the application of appreciation education in junior high school is divided into six parts: the first part introduces the research background and significance of this paper, the current research situation of appreciation education at home and abroad, the contents and methods of the research, the innovation points and shortcomings; the second part, Defining relevant concepts, defining the meaning and characteristics of appreciation education in junior high school ideological and moral education, understanding the theoretical basis of appreciation education, and putting forward the necessity and feasibility of implementing appreciation education in junior high school ideological and moral education; the third part, through interviews, The fourth part, from the serious restriction of examination-oriented education and the influence of students' factors, The problems and causes of appreciation education in teaching practice are further analyzed from three aspects: the fifth part, try to appreciate the consciousness, the angle of view, the way of appreciation, the fifth part, from the appreciation consciousness, the appreciation angle of view, the appreciation way, This paper analyzes the construction strategy of implementing appreciation education in junior middle school ideological and moral education from five aspects: the subject of appreciation and the scale of appreciation. The sixth part, the case of appreciation education, is the practice of implementing appreciation education in junior high school ideological and moral education.
