新課改背景下中學(xué)政治課教師素質(zhì)優(yōu)化探析

【摘要】:教育問(wèn)題歷來(lái)備受矚目,教育是立國(guó)之本,民族興旺的標(biāo)記,其根本價(jià)值在于為國(guó)家培養(yǎng)各個(gè)領(lǐng)域的人才,為社會(huì)創(chuàng)造科學(xué)知識(shí)和物質(zhì)財(cái)富,從而推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng),促進(jìn)民族進(jìn)步和人類發(fā)展。教師在教育中扮演著至關(guān)重要的角色,不僅對(duì)教育的發(fā)展起著決定性的作用,更是關(guān)系到一個(gè)國(guó)家的前途和命運(yùn)。然而,優(yōu)質(zhì)的教育需要優(yōu)秀的教師來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn),教師素質(zhì)對(duì)教育水平高低產(chǎn)生直接的影響,這就要求教師要不斷提升自我素質(zhì),從而順應(yīng)時(shí)代發(fā)展,對(duì)整個(gè)教育過(guò)程起到推動(dòng)進(jìn)步的作用。為了更好的推進(jìn)21世紀(jì)素質(zhì)教育,我國(guó)教育部多次根據(jù)國(guó)情實(shí)際實(shí)行了教育改革。2001年,我國(guó)實(shí)行了新一輪課程改革,對(duì)教師提出了更高的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和要求,教師在教學(xué)中要充分體現(xiàn)教師的主導(dǎo)作用以及學(xué)生的主體地位。教師素質(zhì)優(yōu)化的探析,對(duì)于解決新課改實(shí)施過(guò)程中遇到的實(shí)際問(wèn)題,保證新課改的順利實(shí)行,提高教育質(zhì)量有著必要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文作者將自己的專業(yè)知識(shí)以及在學(xué)校實(shí)習(xí)教學(xué)的經(jīng)歷結(jié)合在一起,將教學(xué)理論與教育實(shí)踐相結(jié)合。通過(guò)查閱文獻(xiàn),對(duì)一線中學(xué)政治教師進(jìn)行訪談等方法,從中學(xué)政治課的教學(xué)實(shí)際出發(fā),結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有的關(guān)于教師素質(zhì)優(yōu)化的相關(guān)研究資料,論述了中學(xué)政治教師素質(zhì)的相關(guān)概念和新時(shí)期的政治課教師應(yīng)具備的素質(zhì)。在充分理解中學(xué)政治教師的地位、作用以及正確把握新課程改革對(duì)中學(xué)政治教師提出的訴求的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了目前我國(guó)政治教師素質(zhì)的現(xiàn)狀、存在問(wèn)題及成因,并提出關(guān)于教師素質(zhì)優(yōu)化應(yīng)該從兩個(gè)層面把握。從宏觀層面來(lái)分析,國(guó)家、社會(huì)、學(xué)校三者應(yīng)為教師素質(zhì)優(yōu)化提供相關(guān)的支持與幫助。從微觀層面分析,教師素質(zhì)優(yōu)化同時(shí)也是教師自我完善的一個(gè)過(guò)程,教師應(yīng)該結(jié)合自己的切身實(shí)際,不斷地進(jìn)行自我完善和自我發(fā)展,從而達(dá)到自身的進(jìn)步。通過(guò)這兩個(gè)層面的整體把握,本文創(chuàng)造性的從教師職業(yè)素質(zhì)的角度出發(fā)進(jìn)行研究,詳細(xì)的闡述了作為一名政治教師的必備品質(zhì),并為教師素質(zhì)的優(yōu)化以及職業(yè)的發(fā)展提出了自己的一些淺薄見(jiàn)解,力求能為中學(xué)思想政治課程改革提供可參考的意見(jiàn)。本篇論文共分為五個(gè)部分:第一部分為引言,主要對(duì)選題的背景、研究意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀以及寫(xiě)作思路與研究方法作了說(shuō)明。第二部分是對(duì)新課改下中學(xué)政治教師素質(zhì)的相關(guān)概念界定,主要包括教師素質(zhì)即一般教師需具備的素質(zhì)有哪些,以及作為一名中學(xué)思想政治教師學(xué)科要求下需要具備哪些特殊的素質(zhì)等。第三部分主要分析了新課改的核心理念及對(duì)中學(xué)政治教師提出的新要求。通過(guò)分析說(shuō)明了中學(xué)政治教師素質(zhì)優(yōu)化的必要性。第四部分對(duì)目前中學(xué)政治教師存在的問(wèn)題及成因進(jìn)行了研究。第五部分是針對(duì)第四部分提出的現(xiàn)存問(wèn)題,從國(guó)家、社會(huì)、學(xué)校、教師個(gè)人這四個(gè)層面出發(fā),做出了如何優(yōu)化教師素質(zhì)的相關(guān)策略。
[Abstract]:Education has always been the focus of attention. Education is the foundation of the nation and the symbol of national prosperity. Its fundamental value lies in the training of talents in various fields for the country and the creation of scientific knowledge and material wealth for the society, thus promoting economic growth. To promote national progress and human development. Teachers play a vital role in education, not only play a decisive role in the development of education, but also related to the future and destiny of a country. However, high quality education needs excellent teachers to realize, the quality of teachers has a direct impact on the level of education, which requires teachers to constantly improve their own quality, so as to conform to the development of the times. Play a role in promoting progress in the whole process of education. In order to better promote quality education in the 21st century, the Ministry of Education has carried out educational reform many times according to the actual conditions of the country. In 2001, China implemented a new round of curriculum reform, which put forward higher standards and requirements for teachers. Teachers should fully reflect the leading role of teachers and the main position of students in teaching. The analysis of teachers' quality optimization is of practical significance to solve the practical problems encountered in the implementation of the new curriculum reform, to ensure the smooth implementation of the new curriculum reform and to improve the quality of education. The author combines his own professional knowledge and teaching experience in school practice, and combines teaching theory with educational practice. Through consulting the literature, interviewing the political teachers in the first middle school, and starting from the teaching practice of the politics course in middle school, combining with the relevant research data of the teachers' quality optimization at home and abroad, This paper discusses the relevant concepts of the quality of political teachers in middle schools and the qualities of political teachers in the new period. On the basis of fully understanding the status and function of political teachers in middle schools and correctly grasping the demands of the new curriculum reform for political teachers in middle schools, this paper analyzes the present situation, problems and causes of the quality of political teachers in our country. And put forward that the teacher quality optimization should be grasped from two levels. From the macro-level analysis, the state, society and school should provide relevant support and help for teachers' quality optimization. From the microcosmic level, teachers' quality optimization is also a process of teachers' self-improvement. Teachers should constantly improve themselves and develop themselves according to their own actual conditions, so as to achieve their own progress. Through the overall grasp of these two levels, this paper creatively carries on the research from the angle of teachers' professional quality, and expounds in detail the essential qualities of being a political teacher. It also puts forward some superficial opinions for the optimization of teachers' quality and the development of their profession, and tries their best to provide some suggestions for the reform of ideological and political curriculum in middle schools. This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction, mainly to the background of the topic, research significance, domestic and foreign research status, as well as writing ideas and research methods. The second part is to define the relevant concepts of the political teachers' quality under the new curriculum reform, mainly including the teachers' qualities, that is, the qualities that the general teachers need to possess. And as a middle school ideological and political teacher subject requirements under the need to have what special qualities. The third part mainly analyzes the core idea of the new curriculum reform and the new request to the middle school political teachers. This paper illustrates the necessity of optimizing the quality of political teachers in middle schools. The fourth part studies the existing problems and causes of political teachers in middle schools. The fifth part aims at the extant problems raised in the fourth part, starting from the four levels of country, society, school and teacher's individual, makes the related strategy of how to optimize the teacher's quality.
