漢中市漢臺(tái)區(qū)農(nóng)村初中歷史教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查與研究

【摘要】:隨著中學(xué)教育改革的不斷深入,加強(qiáng)農(nóng)村基礎(chǔ)教育已經(jīng)成為促進(jìn)教育公平的關(guān)鍵舉措。因此,全面的了解農(nóng)村中學(xué)教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀已成為制定具有較強(qiáng)針對(duì)性政策的重要前提。本文在該背景下,針對(duì)漢臺(tái)區(qū)農(nóng)村初中歷史教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀,采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法和訪談法的方式進(jìn)行研究,從教師和學(xué)生兩個(gè)方面設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)研問(wèn)卷,并結(jié)合訪談等方式,對(duì)漢中市漢臺(tái)區(qū)農(nóng)村歷史教學(xué)狀況進(jìn)行資料收集,進(jìn)而對(duì)所回收問(wèn)卷進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析查找現(xiàn)狀問(wèn)題。從歷史教學(xué)重視程度、教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)情況、課堂教學(xué)情況等方面對(duì)漢中市漢臺(tái)區(qū)農(nóng)村初中歷史教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明:漢臺(tái)區(qū)農(nóng)村歷史教學(xué)中存在的主要問(wèn)題有:(1)在教育體制方面,主要存在農(nóng)村歷史教學(xué)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施不完備、教師工資待遇不高等問(wèn)題;(2)在農(nóng)村歷史教學(xué)過(guò)程方面,主要存在教學(xué)模式缺乏創(chuàng)新、教學(xué)手段落后、教學(xué)方法單一、課堂教學(xué)缺乏探索與實(shí)踐以及教師專(zhuān)業(yè)成長(zhǎng)性不足等問(wèn)題;(3)在學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)方面,主要存在著學(xué)生對(duì)歷史課認(rèn)識(shí)不夠、學(xué)習(xí)方法單一、興趣不濃厚等問(wèn)題。導(dǎo)致漢臺(tái)區(qū)農(nóng)村歷史教學(xué)中存在較大問(wèn)題的主要原因有:(1)當(dāng)前二元化教育體制導(dǎo)致教育資源分配不均衡;(2)農(nóng)村地區(qū)教育投入不足;(3)學(xué)生自身的基礎(chǔ)比較差以及學(xué)校本身對(duì)歷史學(xué)科不夠重視等影響因素。針對(duì)目前現(xiàn)狀提出應(yīng)對(duì)措施策略有:(1)強(qiáng)調(diào)在政府層面上,應(yīng)該積極發(fā)揮政府職能,優(yōu)化資源配置,培養(yǎng)新型農(nóng)村教育碩士,改革教育管理體制提高教師薪酬待遇;(2)在學(xué)校層面上,應(yīng)該改善學(xué)校歷史教學(xué)條件,完善學(xué)校對(duì)歷史教師的考核,按時(shí)足量完成歷史課程教學(xué)計(jì)劃;(3)在教師自身層面上,應(yīng)該優(yōu)化教學(xué)方法,提高教學(xué)效果;加強(qiáng)教師專(zhuān)業(yè)培訓(xùn),提高自身修養(yǎng)等措施。通過(guò)本文的研究,不僅全面地了解到了漢臺(tái)區(qū)農(nóng)村初中歷史教學(xué)的現(xiàn)狀,同時(shí)為合理的制定出針對(duì)性的完善措施提供了科學(xué)的對(duì)策與建議,對(duì)于提升漢中市農(nóng)村地區(qū)初中歷史教學(xué)質(zhì)量提供了借鑒意義和參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of middle school education reform, strengthening rural basic education has become a key measure to promote education equity. Therefore, a comprehensive understanding of the current situation of rural middle school teaching has become an important prerequisite for formulating strong targeted policies. Under this background, aiming at the present situation of history teaching in rural junior middle school in Hantai District, this paper adopts the method of questionnaire and interview, designs the questionnaire from two aspects of teachers and students, and combines with interview and so on. This paper collects the data of the history teaching in Hantai District of Hanzhong City, and then makes a systematic analysis and search for the present situation of the collected questionnaire. This paper analyzes the present situation of history teaching in Hantai District of Hanzhong City from the following aspects: the importance of history teaching, the construction of teachers, the situation of students' study and the situation of classroom teaching. The results show that the main problems in rural history teaching in Hantai District are: (1) in the aspect of education system, the main problems are that the rural history teaching infrastructure is not complete, the salary of teachers is not high, and so on) in the process of rural history teaching, There are many problems such as lack of innovation in teaching mode, backward teaching methods, single teaching methods, lack of exploration and practice in classroom teaching and insufficient professional growth of teachers. The study method is single, the interest is not strong and so on question. The main reasons leading to the big problems in the history teaching in the rural areas of Hantai are: 1) the current dual education system leads to the imbalance of the distribution of educational resources 2) the lack of educational investment in rural areas and 3) the poor foundation of students themselves and their study The school itself does not pay enough attention to the subject of history and other influencing factors. In view of the present situation, some countermeasures have been put forward: (1) emphasizing that at the level of the government, we should actively give full play to the functions of the government, optimize the allocation of resources, and train a new type of master's degree in rural education. On the school level, we should improve the school history teaching conditions, perfect the school's examination of history teachers, and complete the history curriculum teaching plan in full quantity on time) on the level of teachers themselves, we should reform the educational management system and raise the teachers' salary. We should optimize the teaching method and improve the teaching effect, strengthen the teachers' professional training, improve their own cultivation and so on. Through the research of this paper, we not only fully understand the current situation of history teaching in rural junior middle schools in Hantai district, but also provide scientific countermeasures and suggestions for the reasonable formulation of targeted and perfect measures. It provides reference significance and reference value for improving the quality of history teaching in rural areas of Hanzhong City.
