【摘要】：學(xué)生作為教育的主要對象,老師對學(xué)生的一言一行都應(yīng)該足夠重視,給予學(xué)生合適的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境對于學(xué)生的各個方面的發(fā)展都有至關(guān)重要的作用。而現(xiàn)實中由于受到各個方面的影響,如何合理的安排學(xué)生的座位,如何使學(xué)生在一種良好的環(huán)境下進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)已經(jīng)成為老師管理的一項重要的工作。而小組教學(xué)法法目前已經(jīng)是老師使用的一種教學(xué)方法,本文針對小組教學(xué)法在教學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)與管理中存在的一些優(yōu)點與缺點進(jìn)行合理分析,并對小組教學(xué)法在教學(xué)中存在的一些問題提出一些對策,使老師更能深刻的了解小組教學(xué)法,為以后老師的管理工作和老師的教師工作打下良好的基礎(chǔ),使老師能合理高效的運作小組教學(xué)法,提高全班學(xué)生各個方面的素質(zhì)。論文主要包含以下四部分部分:第一部分主要介紹了本課題的研究背景、研究意義、國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀以及本文的重難點、創(chuàng)新點和研究所使用的研究方法,具體闡述了了小組教學(xué)法的的理論依據(jù)。小組教學(xué)法在我國還沒有普遍使用,由于受現(xiàn)實因素和空間因素的一些影響,小組教學(xué)法的使用受到了一些阻礙,本文詳細(xì)的研究了小組教學(xué)法在國內(nèi)外研究的現(xiàn)狀和研究背景,為本文的研究打下基礎(chǔ)。第二部分具體闡述了小組教學(xué)法的內(nèi)涵以及運用的基本原則。小組教學(xué)法運用的基本原則有面向全體學(xué)生,提高學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)效率和優(yōu)化班級整體素質(zhì)。學(xué)生受到的教育是平等的,老師應(yīng)該平等的對待每一位學(xué)生,這是學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的基本權(quán)利。其次,中學(xué)階段學(xué)生的主要任務(wù)是學(xué)習(xí),所以對小組教學(xué)法的研究最主要的是提高學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)效率。最后班級是一個團(tuán)體,只有班級整體素質(zhì)提升,學(xué)生才能在各個方面得到提升。第三部分闡述了小組教學(xué)法法在思想品德教學(xué)中運用的現(xiàn)狀,并且科學(xué)的指出了小組教學(xué)法運用的優(yōu)點以及問題。小組教學(xué)法的優(yōu)點主要包括對整個課堂效果的影響、對整個學(xué)生團(tuán)隊的影響和對班級管理的影響。小組教學(xué)法的缺陷有老師隨意安排、老師課堂控制能力難把握、學(xué)生責(zé)任性兩極分化以及教室空間小。第四部分詳細(xì)的指出了運用小組教學(xué)法的一些對策,包括老師要從全方面考慮安排座位、小組作業(yè)角色一定安排到位、學(xué)生輪流當(dāng)組長、設(shè)置組間評比和小組道德之間的評比等。評比的目的是為了讓小組更加的完善,讓學(xué)生認(rèn)識到自己存在哪些方面的不足,學(xué)習(xí)其他同學(xué)的優(yōu)點,取長補(bǔ)短,在老師和其他同學(xué)的監(jiān)督下一步步成長。設(shè)置評比使小組教學(xué)法在以后運用當(dāng)中越來越完善。本文具體的闡述了小組教學(xué)法的優(yōu)點與缺點,并針對其缺點提出了具體的對策,希望為以后老師運用或研究小組教學(xué)法提供理論與現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:As the main object of education, teachers should pay enough attention to the students' words and deeds, and giving them a proper learning environment is of great importance to the development of all aspects of the students. However, due to the influence of various aspects in reality, how to arrange students' seats reasonably and how to make students study in a good environment has become an important task of teacher management. The group teaching method is a teaching method used by teachers at present. This paper makes a reasonable analysis of some advantages and disadvantages of group teaching method in teaching learning and management. It also puts forward some countermeasures to the problems existing in the teaching of group teaching, so that teachers can understand the group teaching method more deeply, and lay a good foundation for the management of teachers and teachers' work in the future. So that teachers can reasonably and efficiently operate group teaching method, improve the quality of all aspects of the class. The thesis includes four parts as follows: the first part mainly introduces the research background, research significance, domestic and foreign situation, the important and difficult points of this paper, the innovation points and the research methods used in the research. The theoretical basis of group teaching method is expounded in detail. The group teaching method has not been widely used in our country. Because of the influence of realistic factors and space factors, the use of group teaching method has been hindered. The present situation and research background of group teaching method at home and abroad are studied in detail in this paper, which lays a foundation for this study. The second part elaborates the connotation of group teaching method and the basic principles of its application. The basic principles of applying group teaching method are facing all students, improving students' learning efficiency and optimizing the overall quality of the class. Students receive equal education, teachers should treat every student equally, this is the basic right of students to learn. Secondly, the main task of the middle school students is to learn, so the most important research on the group teaching method is to improve the students' learning efficiency. Finally, the class is a group, only when the overall quality of the class is improved, students can be promoted in all aspects. The third part expounds the present situation of the application of the group teaching method in the ideological and moral teaching, and scientifically points out the advantages and problems of the group teaching method. The advantages of group teaching mainly include the influence on the whole class effect, the influence on the whole student team and the influence on the class management. The defects of group teaching include teachers' random arrangement, teachers' ability of classroom control, polarization of students' responsibility and small classroom space. The fourth part points out some countermeasures of using group teaching method in detail, including the teacher should consider arranging seats from all aspects, the role of group work must be arranged in place, and the students take turns as group leaders. Set up the evaluation between groups and group ethics and so on. The purpose of evaluation is to make the group more perfect, to make students realize their shortcomings, to learn the advantages of other students, to learn from each other, and to grow step by step under the supervision of teachers and other students. Setting up evaluation makes group teaching method more and more perfect in the future. This paper expounds the advantages and disadvantages of the group teaching method, and puts forward some concrete countermeasures in view of its shortcomings, hoping to provide theoretical and practical significance for the teachers to use or study the group teaching method in the future.
