山東省八地市農(nóng)村中小學體育活動現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:我國是一個農(nóng)業(yè)為主的國家,農(nóng)村人口占全國人口的71%,在實現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興中國夢的過程中,農(nóng)村的發(fā)展是重中之重。由國家統(tǒng)計局了解到,山東省2015年常住人口為9847萬,其中城鎮(zhèn)人口5614萬,鄉(xiāng)村人口4233萬,農(nóng)村的發(fā)展仍是薄弱環(huán)節(jié)。在體育強國戰(zhàn)略的大背景下,農(nóng)村體育事業(yè)的發(fā)展成為社會主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)最為重要的任務(wù)之一,也成為和諧社會構(gòu)建的必要條件。青少年是祖國的未來,是國家持續(xù)發(fā)展的人力支撐和人才儲備,因此農(nóng)村中小學生體育的發(fā)展應(yīng)該進一步重視起來。本研究通過文獻資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、邏輯分析法等科研方法,對山東省部分農(nóng)村中小學生這一群體的體育活動現(xiàn)狀進行深層次的調(diào)查研究,旨在改善日益減弱的農(nóng)村中小學體質(zhì),為國家制定相應(yīng)政策提供理論依據(jù)。研究結(jié)果表明:1教育部門、學校、家庭對農(nóng)村中小學生參與體育的態(tài)度較好,但這三個方面在相互加成取得合力上仍有極大的改進空間;2.體育設(shè)施的配置無法保證當代中小學生運動鍛煉的迫切需求;3.體育指導(dǎo)員較之前在數(shù)量上已有所增加,但指導(dǎo)水平還應(yīng)提高;4.體育經(jīng)費投入不足,難以保障農(nóng)村中小學參加體育活動的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ);5.體育教學領(lǐng)域具備了較為健全的規(guī)章制度,能夠基本滿足農(nóng)村中小學對學習體育知識的需求;6.農(nóng)村中小學自身體育意識不斷增強,但參與的主動性、積極性、持久性都不夠;通過以上的研究結(jié)果,山東省農(nóng)村中小學體育活動的對策主要包括:1構(gòu)建教育部門、學校、家庭“三維互聯(lián)體系”,逐步形成針對農(nóng)村中小學體育發(fā)展的合力。2完善體育場地設(shè)施建設(shè),提供必要的物質(zhì)保障。3加強體育指導(dǎo)員隊伍建設(shè),確保針對性指導(dǎo)的水平。4加大體育發(fā)展的投入力度,拓寬經(jīng)費來源。5保證體育教學效果,規(guī)范并豐富體育教學形式。6營造體育氛圍,鼓勵農(nóng)村中小學生參加體育運動。7因地制宜,挖掘地方資源,創(chuàng)新體育活動形式。
[Abstract]:Our country is an agriculture-oriented country, the rural population accounts for 71% of the national population. In the process of realizing the great rejuvenation of Chinese Dream of the Chinese nation, the rural development is the most important. According to the National Bureau of Statistics, Shandong Province has a resident population of 98.47 million in 2015, of which 56.14 million live in towns and 42.33 million in rural areas, and the development of rural areas is still a weak link. Against the background of the strategy of strong sports power, the development of rural sports has become the most important part of the construction of the new socialist countryside, Ren Wuzhi, and the necessary condition for the construction of a harmonious society. Young people are the future of the motherland and the manpower support and talent reserve of the country's sustainable development, so the development of the rural primary and middle school students' sports should be paid more attention to. Through the methods of literature, questionnaire, logic analysis and other scientific research methods, the present situation of sports activities of some primary and middle school students in rural areas of Shandong Province is investigated and studied deeply. The aim is to improve the weakening constitution of rural primary and middle schools and provide theoretical basis for the government to formulate corresponding policies. The results show that the education department, school and family have a better attitude towards the participation of rural primary and middle school students in physical education, but there is still much room for improvement in the three aspects. The allocation of sports facilities can not guarantee the urgent need of contemporary primary and middle school students to exercise. The number of sports instructors has increased, but the guiding level should be raised by 4. 4%. Sports funds are not enough to ensure that rural primary and secondary schools participate in sports activities on the material basis of 5. 5%. Physical education teaching has a relatively sound rules and regulations, can basically meet the needs of rural primary and secondary schools to learn sports knowledge. The awareness of physical education in rural primary and secondary schools is constantly increasing, but the initiative, enthusiasm and persistence of participation are not enough. Through the above research results, the countermeasures of sports activities in rural primary and secondary schools in Shandong Province mainly include the construction of education departments and schools at the level of 1: 1. The family "three-dimensional interconnected system" has gradually formed the resultant force .2 for the development of sports in rural primary and secondary schools to perfect the construction of sports venues and facilities, and to provide necessary material support to strengthen the building of sports instructors. To ensure the level of targeted guidance, to increase the input of sports development, to broaden the source of funds, to ensure the teaching effect of physical education, to standardize and enrich the form of physical education, and to create a sports atmosphere. To encourage rural primary and middle school students to participate in sports .7 measures according to local conditions, tap local resources, and innovate the form of sports activities.
