“導(dǎo)學(xué)案—翻轉(zhuǎn)”教學(xué)模式構(gòu)建及其實踐研究

【摘要】:隨著新媒體時代與物聯(lián)網(wǎng)時代的到來,信息技術(shù)得到了飛速的發(fā)展,科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展必然促進教學(xué)方式的變革,這使得傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)受到前所未有的沖擊與挑戰(zhàn),教育改革勢在必行。我國本土導(dǎo)學(xué)案的出現(xiàn)將我國的基礎(chǔ)教育改革推向高潮,而翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂的出現(xiàn)成為了我國教育改革中重要的轉(zhuǎn)折點。導(dǎo)學(xué)案與翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂都主張對學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)能力的培養(yǎng),實現(xiàn)個性化學(xué)習(xí),使學(xué)生樂學(xué)、好學(xué),促進學(xué)生高階能力的發(fā)展。通過對導(dǎo)學(xué)案及翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂相關(guān)文獻的研究,提出“導(dǎo)學(xué)案——翻轉(zhuǎn)”教學(xué)模式。本研究以建構(gòu)主義、人本主義、多元智能等理論為支撐,首先采用文獻研究法對導(dǎo)學(xué)案與翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)模式的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行梳理,總結(jié)兩種教學(xué)模式的理論基礎(chǔ)及教學(xué)目的,發(fā)現(xiàn)兩種教學(xué)模式有著天生的契合點,建立了“導(dǎo)學(xué)案——翻轉(zhuǎn)”教學(xué)模式。然后將“導(dǎo)學(xué)案——翻轉(zhuǎn)”教學(xué)模式應(yīng)用到實際教學(xué)中,對其進行實踐研究來檢驗它的有效性及可行性。利用訪談法及問卷分析法對研究結(jié)果進行分析,結(jié)果表明該教學(xué)模式有助于學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)能力的培養(yǎng),有助于學(xué)生創(chuàng)新思維的發(fā)展及協(xié)作精神的養(yǎng)成,使學(xué)生得到全面發(fā)展,使得素質(zhì)教育不再是空談。同時該教學(xué)模式有助于教師專業(yè)發(fā)展,使教師教學(xué)方式呈現(xiàn)多元化,提高了教師教學(xué)的積極性,豐富了教師的教學(xué)理念,為教師打造高效課堂提供了方法!皩(dǎo)學(xué)案——翻轉(zhuǎn)”課堂教學(xué)模式將整個教學(xué)過程分為課前與課中兩個模塊,課前包括教師對教學(xué)的一些準備工作及學(xué)生預(yù)習(xí)兩個部分,課中包含提出問題、創(chuàng)設(shè)情境、小組自主學(xué)習(xí)、小組合作、成果展示、反饋評價、集中問題、精講釋義及形成性評價等環(huán)節(jié)。期望為基礎(chǔ)教育改革提供一種新的視角,及為日后導(dǎo)學(xué)案與翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂的研究提供一些借鑒及參考價值。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the new media era and the Internet of things era, information technology has been rapidly developed, the development of science and technology will inevitably promote the reform of teaching methods, which makes the traditional teaching under unprecedented impact and challenge. Education reform is imperative. The emergence of homegrown teaching case has pushed the reform of basic education to the climax, and the appearance of flipping classroom has become an important turning point in the educational reform of our country. Both of them advocate the cultivation of students' autonomous learning ability, realize individualized learning, make students happy to learn, and promote the development of students' higher ability. Based on the study of the guiding case and the related literature in the flipping classroom, this paper puts forward the teaching mode of "guiding case-flipping". Based on the theories of constructivism, humanism, multiple intelligences and so on, this research firstly combs the current situation of the development of the guiding case and the flipping classroom teaching mode by using the literature research method, and summarizes the theoretical basis and teaching purpose of the two teaching models. It is found that the two teaching models have a natural point of convergence, and the teaching mode of "guiding the Learning Plan-flipping" is established. Then, the teaching mode of "guide case-flipping" is applied to practical teaching to test its validity and feasibility. The results show that this teaching model is helpful to the cultivation of students' autonomous learning ability, to the development of students' creative thinking and to the cultivation of cooperative spirit, and to the all-round development of students. So that quality education is no longer empty talk. At the same time, this teaching mode is helpful to teachers' professional development, makes teachers' teaching methods present diversity, improves teachers' enthusiasm in teaching, enriches teachers' teaching ideas, and provides a method for teachers to create efficient classrooms. The whole teaching process is divided into two modules before class and in class. Before class, there are two parts: teachers' preparation for teaching and students' preparation, and the class includes asking questions and creating situations. Group self-learning, group cooperation, performance presentation, feedback evaluation, concentration of questions, intensive interpretation and formative evaluation. It is expected to provide a new perspective for the reform of basic education, and provide some reference value for the future study of the teaching plan and the flipping classroom.
