青島市農(nóng)村中小學(xué)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、問(wèn)題及對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:隨著教育改革不斷深化,提高教育質(zhì)量成為新時(shí)期教育發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略主題。農(nóng)村中小學(xué)教育質(zhì)量受到的關(guān)注度日益提高,而提高農(nóng)村中小學(xué)教育質(zhì)量關(guān)鍵是促進(jìn)農(nóng)村中小學(xué)教師專業(yè)的發(fā)展,進(jìn)而提高農(nóng)村教師隊(duì)伍的整體素質(zhì)。本研究通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)檢索了解中國(guó)農(nóng)村教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀及問(wèn)題。在此基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和訪談的形式,對(duì)青島市農(nóng)村教師專業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查。研究從教育理想信念、專業(yè)知識(shí)、專業(yè)能力三個(gè)方面了解青島市農(nóng)村中小學(xué)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,并從性別、學(xué)段、年齡結(jié)構(gòu)、學(xué)歷層次和職稱五個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了差異分析,最后從教育系統(tǒng)方面、學(xué)校層面以及教師個(gè)人層面三個(gè)維度提出了相應(yīng)的建議:相關(guān)部門要加大對(duì)農(nóng)村教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的經(jīng)費(fèi)和師資力量的補(bǔ)充,為農(nóng)村教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展創(chuàng)造良好的外部條件。學(xué)校方面要不斷完善管理和評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制,營(yíng)造濃厚的專業(yè)發(fā)展氛圍。農(nóng)村教師要轉(zhuǎn)變觀念、發(fā)揮自身的主觀能動(dòng)性,提高自身專業(yè)發(fā)展水平。期待本研究能夠?yàn)榍鄭u地區(qū)政府部門的決策提供借鑒,為青島地區(qū)的農(nóng)村中小學(xué)教師正確認(rèn)識(shí)自我,提高自身專業(yè)發(fā)展水平提供建議。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of educational reform, improving the quality of education has become the strategic theme of educational development in the new period. The quality of primary and secondary education in rural areas is getting more and more attention, and the key to improve the quality of primary and secondary education in rural areas is to promote the professional development of teachers in rural primary and secondary schools, and then to improve the overall quality of teachers in rural areas. Through literature retrieval, the present situation and problems of rural teachers' professional development in China are studied. On the basis of this, the present situation of rural teachers' professional development in Qingdao is investigated by questionnaire and interview. The present situation of teachers' professional development in rural primary and secondary schools in Qingdao is understood from three aspects of educational ideal and belief, professional knowledge and professional ability, and the differences are analyzed from five aspects: gender, school stage, age structure, educational level and professional title. Finally, from the aspects of the education system, the school level and the teachers' personal level, the corresponding suggestions are put forward: the relevant departments should increase the funding for rural teachers' professional development and supplement the teachers' strength. To create good external conditions for the professional development of rural teachers. Schools should constantly improve the management and evaluation mechanism to create a strong professional development atmosphere. Rural teachers should change their ideas, give play to their subjective initiative and improve their professional development level. It is expected that this study can be used for reference in the decision-making of government departments in Qingdao area, and provide suggestions for teachers in rural primary and secondary schools in Qingdao to correctly understand themselves and improve their professional development level.
