【摘要】：自2009年推廣至今,校園足球已在全國范圍內(nèi)走過了7年的光陰。期間經(jīng)過各部門的通力合作取得了一定的成效,但由于種種原因致使校園足球活動推進并不順暢并未達(dá)到預(yù)期效果。其中很大一部分因素取決于指導(dǎo)員這一校園足球活動的主導(dǎo)群體。校園足球指導(dǎo)員作為校園足球活動的推動人、掌控者,其水平能力的高低直接影響了校園足球活動的開展。目前,寧波市校園足球指導(dǎo)員無論是數(shù)量上還是質(zhì)量上都難以滿足校園足球活動的發(fā)展需求,著重培養(yǎng)大批量優(yōu)秀的校園足球指導(dǎo)員是寧波市校園足球發(fā)展的重中之重。本文針對寧波市校園足球指導(dǎo)員人才匱乏這一校園足球活動發(fā)展道路上的絆腳石,著重探討了如何提升校園足球指導(dǎo)員素養(yǎng)、開展校園足球指導(dǎo)員培訓(xùn)、加強校園足球指導(dǎo)員制度管理、等一系列問題。運用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法,訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法、邏輯分析法等科研手段并遵循體育科學(xué)研究方法相關(guān)理論,經(jīng)反復(fù)斟酌論證,總結(jié)出如下結(jié)論:1、在寧波市,校園足球指導(dǎo)員培訓(xùn)工作相對競賽組織、文化推廣來說重視度偏低,缺乏專門性的管理組織機構(gòu)。正是缺少專門的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)組織核心導(dǎo)致寧波市校園足球指導(dǎo)員活動不能有計劃系統(tǒng)性的展開。2、此外,由于寧波市混亂和不嚴(yán)格的指導(dǎo)員資格審查和注冊制度,在一定程度上給予了一部分指導(dǎo)員得過且過不思進取的消極心態(tài)。無證上崗的過度放縱嚴(yán)重影響了校園足球指導(dǎo)員參與培訓(xùn)學(xué)習(xí)的積極性,給指導(dǎo)員自身素質(zhì)的提升制造了障礙。3、同樣,由于寧波市校園足球活動重心對于競賽和文化推廣的過度偏移,導(dǎo)致寧波市校園足球指導(dǎo)員培訓(xùn)工作相對于其他校園足球活動,財政支持力度較小。正是由于培訓(xùn)經(jīng)費匱乏導(dǎo)致培訓(xùn)所需較高質(zhì)量的硬軟件設(shè)施難以得到滿足。無論是培訓(xùn)講師還是受訓(xùn)學(xué)員由于受制于經(jīng)濟壓力嚴(yán)重削弱了他們的積極性。財政投入的不足很大程度上影響了指導(dǎo)員培訓(xùn)工作。4、與此同時,寧波市校園足球指導(dǎo)員培訓(xùn)體系存在培訓(xùn)講師嚴(yán)重短缺,導(dǎo)致指導(dǎo)員培訓(xùn)工作只能大批量寬泛進行,不能使每個學(xué)員深層次的學(xué)習(xí),培訓(xùn)效果大打折扣。5、另外,由于培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容過于針對足球訓(xùn)練比賽這一專業(yè)競技性問題,導(dǎo)致其偏離校園足球特有的,諸如育人育德、快樂足球的相關(guān)理念。而且沒有統(tǒng)一的針對性教材對于受訓(xùn)學(xué)員和培訓(xùn)講師來說他們的教學(xué)工作受到了很大限制。6、而由于缺乏固定的的教學(xué)培訓(xùn)大綱,導(dǎo)致培訓(xùn)工作不夠系統(tǒng)每次培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容變動較大,使學(xué)員很難系統(tǒng)學(xué)習(xí)相關(guān)知識。這給培訓(xùn)工作造成了一定困難影響了培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量。7、針對上述問題,本研究寄希望通過加大財政投入、建立領(lǐng)導(dǎo)組織機構(gòu)、嚴(yán)格指導(dǎo)員資格審查注冊制度、提升講師質(zhì)量、編訂指導(dǎo)員培訓(xùn)教材、統(tǒng)一指導(dǎo)員培訓(xùn)大綱、加強校園足球指導(dǎo)員繼續(xù)教育、等措施真正完善校園足球指導(dǎo)員培訓(xùn)體系,從根本上解決校園足球指導(dǎo)員培養(yǎng)這一現(xiàn)實問題。本文渴望構(gòu)建健康有序的寧波市校園足球指導(dǎo)員培訓(xùn)體系,為寧波市乃至全國校園足球的發(fā)展提供幫助。
[Abstract]:Since 2009, the campus football has gone through 7 years in the country. During the period after the cooperation of all departments have made some achievements, but due to various reasons, the campus football activities does not advance smoothly did not achieve the desired results. One of the leading group for a large part of the factors depends on the instructor the campus football activities. The campus football instructors as people, promoting the campus football activities control, the level of ability has a direct impact on the campus football activities. At present, the Ningbo City Campus football instructors both the development needs of the campus football activities are difficult to meet the quantity and quality, focus on the cultivation of large quantities of excellent campus football instructor is heavy in the development of football on campus in Ningbo. According to the Ningbo City Campus football instructors lack of talent the campus football development A stumbling block on the road, discusses how to improve the campus football instructor quality, carry out the campus football instructor training, to strengthen the campus football instructor management system, a series of problems. By using the method of literature, questionnaire survey method, interview method, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and other research methods and follow the related theory of sports science research methods after repeated demonstration, summed up the following conclusions: 1, in the city of Ningbo, the campus football instructor training relative competition organization attaches great importance to the promotion of culture is low, the lack of specialized management organization. It is lack of leadership organization dedicated to the core of the Ningbo campus football activities lead instructor cannot have.2, planning system the Ningbo City, in addition, due to confusion and lack of strict instructor qualification examination and registration system, to a certain extent, given a part of instructors do not muddle along Thinking ahead of negative mentality. Excessive indulgence of undocumented seriously affected the enthusiasm of the campus football instructors involved in training and learning, to enhance the quality of instructors create obstacles.3, similarly, the campus football activities in Ningbo City Center for migration over competition and the promotion of culture, leading to the Ningbo campus football instructor training work relative to the other the campus football activities, financial support is small. It is because of training funds led to the lack of training required for high quality hardware and software facilities. It is difficult to satisfy the trainer or trainee students due to the economic pressures severely weakened their enthusiasm. Lack of financial investment has great influence on Instructor training work.4. At the same time, Ningbo City Campus football instructor training system has a serious shortage of training instructor, instructor training work only to A larger quantity of broad, can make every student learn deep, greatly reduced the effect of.5 training, in addition, the training content is too in the football training of the professional sports, cause it to deviate from the campus football special, such as the education of moral education, the related concept of happy football. And there is no unified textbook for for trainees and trainers for their teaching work has been greatly restricted.6, but due to the lack of teaching and training outline of a fixed lead training system is not enough of each training content changes, it is difficult to make the students learn the relevant knowledge. This system for training work has caused some difficulties affecting the quality of training.7, aiming at the above problems in this study, hope that through increasing financial investment, a leadership organization, strict examination instructor qualification registration system, enhance the quality of lecturers, planning guidance Staff training materials, unified instructor training program, strengthen the campus football instructor continuing education, and other measures to truly improve the campus football instructor training system to solve the realistic problem of the campus football instructor training fundamentally. The desire to build a healthy and orderly Ningbo City Campus football instructor training system, to provide help for the development of Ningbo city and the national campus football.
