【摘要】：上海市作為全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)最早開(kāi)展中考體育加試的地區(qū),至今已有30多年。自初中畢業(yè)升學(xué)體育考試推行以來(lái),對(duì)全面貫徹黨的教育方針、加強(qiáng)學(xué)校體育工作、提高體育教學(xué)和體育活動(dòng)的質(zhì)量、增強(qiáng)學(xué)生體質(zhì)、引導(dǎo)學(xué)生養(yǎng)成自覺(jué)參與體育鍛煉的行為習(xí)慣,同時(shí)對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)和反饋學(xué)生鍛煉效果都發(fā)揮了重要的作用。上海市初中畢業(yè)升學(xué)體育考試方案自推行以來(lái)已經(jīng)進(jìn)行了多次改革,種種改革措施取得了一定的成效。但是在實(shí)施過(guò)程中,目前的初中畢業(yè)升學(xué)體育考試方案也存在著一些問(wèn)題和不足,主要表現(xiàn)在學(xué)生得分偏高與學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康現(xiàn)狀不符,統(tǒng)一測(cè)試項(xiàng)目中同類(lèi)項(xiàng)目難度設(shè)計(jì)差異較大,考試人性化不足,亟待進(jìn)行改革和完善。為此本文以上海市初中畢業(yè)升學(xué)體育考試為研究對(duì)象,采用文獻(xiàn)資料法,問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法,專(zhuān)家訪談法,測(cè)定法,數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等研究方法,研究結(jié)果表明:上海市初中畢業(yè)升學(xué)體育考試中分值為全國(guó)最低的30分,其中日常分為15分,占總分比例較高;上海市初中畢業(yè)升學(xué)體育考試中存在的主要問(wèn)題是監(jiān)管制度不到位,難以保證日�？己嗽u(píng)分的公正性、真實(shí)性;上海市初中畢業(yè)升學(xué)體育考試統(tǒng)一測(cè)試的四類(lèi)項(xiàng)目體現(xiàn)了多樣化選擇的原則,但是考試人性化不足,肥胖等特殊學(xué)生可選測(cè)項(xiàng)受限;上海市初中畢業(yè)升學(xué)體育考試統(tǒng)一測(cè)試中定性類(lèi)項(xiàng)目(體操類(lèi)項(xiàng)目)存在過(guò)度保護(hù)現(xiàn)象,總體評(píng)分過(guò)高。根據(jù)以上研究結(jié)果,提出了相關(guān)的對(duì)策建議:調(diào)整體育考試成績(jī)構(gòu)成比例,降低日�？己顺煽�(jī)分值;充分發(fā)揮區(qū)縣體質(zhì)健康監(jiān)測(cè)中心作用,利用雙休日公布多個(gè)測(cè)試時(shí)間段,使學(xué)生日常考核成績(jī)常態(tài)化;日�？己顺煽�(jī)分值中體育課學(xué)習(xí)評(píng)價(jià)內(nèi)容由學(xué)校提供成績(jī)分值,《學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》成績(jī)分值由各區(qū)縣體質(zhì)監(jiān)測(cè)中心根據(jù)歷年學(xué)校上報(bào)數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)一負(fù)責(zé)予以評(píng)定,以防止弄虛作假現(xiàn)象;統(tǒng)一考試中考試項(xiàng)目要人性化,多樣化。當(dāng)前耐力素質(zhì)項(xiàng)目對(duì)部分特殊體型的學(xué)生難度很大,唯一的替換項(xiàng)目200米游泳又受場(chǎng)地器材的限制較多,可以增加4分鐘跳繩項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行選擇。
[Abstract]:Shanghai, as the earliest area in the country to carry out physical examination, has been more than 30 years.Since the introduction of the physical Education examination for Junior High School graduation, the Party has fully implemented the educational policy of the Party, strengthened school sports work, improved the quality of physical education teaching and sports activities, and strengthened students' physique.It also plays an important role in evaluating students' comprehensive quality and feedback the effect of students' exercise.Since the implementation of Shanghai Junior High School graduation examination Scheme, many reforms have been carried out, and various reform measures have achieved certain results.However, in the process of implementation, there are also some problems and deficiencies in the current physical examination program of junior high school graduation and advanced education, which is mainly reflected in the fact that the students' scores are on the high side and the present situation of students' physical health is not consistent.In the unified test project, the difficulty design of the same project is quite different, and the examination is not humanized enough, so it needs to be reformed and perfected urgently.For this reason, this article takes Shanghai Junior High School graduation physical Education examination as the research object, adopts the literature method, the questionnaire survey method, the expert interview method, the measurement method, the mathematical statistics method and so on research method.The results show that: the score of Shanghai junior high school graduation physical education examination is the lowest 30 points in the country, among which the daily score is 15 points, accounting for a higher proportion of the total score;The main problem in the physical examination of junior high school graduation in Shanghai is that the supervision system is not in place and it is difficult to ensure the fairness and authenticity of daily examination and grading.The four kinds of items in uniform test of Shanghai junior high school graduation physical education examination embody the principle of diversified selection, but the examination is not humanized enough, and the special students, such as obesity, are limited in the choice of test items.In the unified test of Shanghai junior high school entrance examination, the qualitative items (gymnastics items) are over-protected and the overall score is too high.Based on the above research results, the paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions: adjusting the proportion of sports examination scores, reducing the score score of daily examination, giving full play to the function of district and county physique health monitoring center, and making use of the double weekend to announce many test periods,Normalizing the students' daily assessment results;The content of physical education study evaluation is provided by the school, and the score of students' physique health is evaluated by the physique monitoring center of each district and county according to the data reported by the school.In order to prevent the phenomenon of fraud; unified examination items to humanize, diversification.At present, endurance diathesis is very difficult for some students with special physique, the only alternative item is 200m swimming and is limited by the equipment of the track, so it is possible to add 4 minutes rope skipping to choose.
