【摘要】：濃厚的興趣能激發(fā)學生的求知欲。為了改善中職生們英語學習的現(xiàn)狀,培養(yǎng)他們學習英語的興趣十分有必要。國內(nèi)外關(guān)于學習興趣的研究很多,但大多探究學習興趣與學習成績的關(guān)系、激發(fā)學生英語學習興趣的教學策略等,鮮有通過行動研究探討培養(yǎng)中職生英語學習興趣的有效教學策略。本研究首先調(diào)查中職生們對英語學習不感興趣的原因,然后通過行動研究探究哪些教學策略能夠有效激發(fā)中職生們英語學習的興趣,以及如何實施這些教學策略以保持他們英語學習的興趣。本研究以歸因理論、強化理論、成就動機理論和克拉申的“情感過濾假說”為理論基礎(chǔ),試圖回答兩個研究問題:(1)哪些教學策略能有效培養(yǎng)中職生的英語學習興趣?(2)這些教學策略如何實施能有效保持中職生的英語學習興趣?行動研究為期18周。研究對象為中山市技工學校人力資源管理專業(yè)一年級的56名學生。在兩輪的行動研究中,共實施了6種教學策略。研究工具為課堂觀察、訪談和問卷調(diào)查收集數(shù)據(jù)。通過數(shù)據(jù)分析,行動研究發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)在課堂上實施游戲教學策略,課堂情境教學策略,教材選擇策略,激勵策略或教學評價策略能有效激發(fā)中職生的英語學習興趣。(2)在課堂上組織學生開展競賽游戲,角色扮演活動,組織學生進行小組學習能有效實施以上策略,激發(fā)并維持他們的英語學習興趣。教師的及時鼓勵、表揚、肯定和獎勵也能有效保持學生學習英語的興趣。此外,降低教學內(nèi)容的難度,讓學生自主選擇學習內(nèi)容,采用綜合評價方式等對保持學生學習英語的興趣也起到有效的作用。本研究為中職英語教學提供了一些啟示。第一,中職英語教師在課堂教學中應(yīng)運用恰當?shù)慕虒W策略來開展教學。第二,無論在教學中采用何種教學策略或方法,都應(yīng)為培養(yǎng)學生學習英語的興趣服務(wù)。第三,通過游戲、情境學習、激勵、教材選擇或綜合評價有利于培養(yǎng)中職生學習英語的興趣。
[Abstract]:Strong interest can stimulate students' thirst for knowledge.In order to improve the present situation of English learning, it is necessary to cultivate their interest in learning English.There are many studies on learning interest at home and abroad, but most of them explore the relationship between learning interest and academic achievement, and the teaching strategies to stimulate students' interest in English learning.There are few effective teaching strategies to cultivate students' interest in English learning through action research.The present study first investigates the reasons why vocational students are not interested in English learning, and then, through action research, explores which teaching strategies can effectively stimulate the students' interest in English learning.And how to implement these teaching strategies to maintain their interest in English learning.This study is based on attribution theory, reinforcement theory, achievement motivation theory and Krashen's "emotion filter hypothesis".Try to answer two research questions: (1) which teaching strategies can effectively cultivate the students' interest in English learning? (2) how can these teaching strategies be implemented to effectively maintain the students' interest in English learning?The action study lasted 18 weeks.The subjects of this study were 56 first-year students majoring in human resource management in Zhongshan Technical School.In the two rounds of action research, a total of six teaching strategies were implemented.Research tools for classroom observation, interviews and questionnaires collected data.Through data analysis, the action research found that: 1) implement game teaching strategy, classroom situational teaching strategy, textbook selection strategy in class.Motivating strategies or teaching evaluation strategies can effectively stimulate the students' interest in English learning. (2) organizing students to carry out competition games, role-playing activities, and organizing students to study in groups can effectively implement the above strategies.Stimulate and maintain their interest in English learning.Teacher's prompt encouragement, praise, affirmation and reward can also effectively maintain students' interest in learning English.In addition, reducing the difficulty of teaching content, allowing students to choose their own learning content and adopting comprehensive evaluation also play an effective role in keeping students' interest in learning English.This study provides some enlightenment for secondary vocational English teaching.First, English teachers in secondary vocational schools should use appropriate teaching strategies in classroom teaching.Second, no matter what teaching strategies or methods are used in teaching, they should serve to cultivate students' interest in learning English.Thirdly, through games, situational learning, motivation, textbook selection or comprehensive evaluation, it is helpful to cultivate students' interest in learning English.
