安陽(yáng)市區(qū)初級(jí)中學(xué)體育教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀及對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,國(guó)民生活水平的不斷提升,人們?cè)郊又匾暽硇乃刭|(zhì)的發(fā)展,尤其是青少年的體質(zhì)健康更是引起廣大學(xué)校和家長(zhǎng)的重視。為貫徹落實(shí)《中共中央國(guó)務(wù)院關(guān)于加強(qiáng)青少年體育增強(qiáng)青少年體質(zhì)的意見(jiàn)》和《全民健身?xiàng)l例》,河南省教育廳關(guān)于2014年河南省學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康狀況調(diào)研結(jié)果做出通報(bào),中學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康依然存在諸多問(wèn)題,主要有:中學(xué)生身體素質(zhì)各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)呈下降趨勢(shì)、視力不良率增加以及超重率有所上升等。然而,中學(xué)生的體質(zhì)健康問(wèn)題是一個(gè)綜合問(wèn)題,究其原因:一是學(xué)生不愿意鍛煉,二是學(xué)生缺乏鍛煉的外圍環(huán)境保障,三是當(dāng)今電子信息時(shí)代下,各種娛樂(lè)設(shè)施擠占了學(xué)生鍛煉的時(shí)間空間。學(xué)校體育工作開(kāi)展情況與學(xué)生身心健康發(fā)展?fàn)顩r有著直接的關(guān)系,青少年的體質(zhì)健康需要良好的體育教育,國(guó)家政策加強(qiáng)了對(duì)學(xué)生身心素質(zhì)發(fā)展的重視,也正是體育教學(xué)工作發(fā)展的良好契機(jī)。2016年國(guó)務(wù)院辦公廳發(fā)布《關(guān)于強(qiáng)化學(xué)校體育促進(jìn)學(xué)生身心健康全面發(fā)展的意見(jiàn)》(以下簡(jiǎn)稱《意見(jiàn)》),目的希望能夠更好的推進(jìn)學(xué)校體育改良和深化學(xué)校體育工作,以學(xué)校為載體,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生體育鍛煉的積極性與終身體育意識(shí),從而建立學(xué)生正確的人生觀、價(jià)值觀和世界觀!兑庖(jiàn)》強(qiáng)調(diào),全方位提升體育教育的質(zhì)量,切實(shí)發(fā)揮體育在培養(yǎng)和踐行社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀、推進(jìn)素質(zhì)教育中的綜合作用。未來(lái)五年內(nèi),大幅度提升體育教學(xué)質(zhì)量,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生身體鍛煉的行為習(xí)慣,促進(jìn)體質(zhì)健康水平和運(yùn)動(dòng)技能的提高,規(guī)章意識(shí)、團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作和堅(jiān)強(qiáng)意志顯著加強(qiáng),基本形成體系健全、制度完善、充滿活力、注重實(shí)效的中國(guó)特色學(xué)校體育發(fā)展格局。通過(guò)對(duì)河南省安陽(yáng)市區(qū)初級(jí)中學(xué)體育教學(xué)的開(kāi)展情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,找出存在的問(wèn)題與不足,提出優(yōu)化策略與方法。通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)資料法收集與本課題相關(guān)的圖書(shū)及期刊雜志等相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料,采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法和實(shí)地訪談法進(jìn)行調(diào)研,運(yùn)用邏輯分析法對(duì)調(diào)查現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,得出結(jié)論如下:1.安陽(yáng)市區(qū)初級(jí)中學(xué)男教師人數(shù)多于女教師,年齡呈年輕化趨勢(shì),年輕教師的授課經(jīng)驗(yàn)欠缺,體育教師學(xué)歷結(jié)構(gòu)比較合理,缺少培訓(xùn)機(jī)會(huì)。2.受到應(yīng)試教育環(huán)境的影響,大多數(shù)學(xué)校和家庭過(guò)度關(guān)注文化課,忽視了培養(yǎng)學(xué)生運(yùn)動(dòng)興趣和終身體育的意識(shí)。3.體育教學(xué)內(nèi)容以籃球、排球、足球和田徑類(lèi)項(xiàng)目為主,缺乏民族傳統(tǒng)體育運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目,教學(xué)內(nèi)容不夠全面。4.中學(xué)的校本課程開(kāi)發(fā)得不到重視,不能滿足學(xué)生的需求,影響學(xué)生體育課學(xué)習(xí)的積極性。5.教學(xué)組織形式單一,場(chǎng)地基本滿足教學(xué)需求,仍需進(jìn)一步完善,器材實(shí)用性低。6.教學(xué)過(guò)程中教學(xué)方法的采用以傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)法為基礎(chǔ),教學(xué)手段單一,沒(méi)有充分利用現(xiàn)代電子化手段。7.學(xué)校體育教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)相對(duì)簡(jiǎn)單,評(píng)價(jià)方法單一,學(xué)生成績(jī)的進(jìn)步幅度并沒(méi)有在評(píng)價(jià)內(nèi)容中體現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our economy and the continuous improvement of national living standard, people pay more and more attention to the development of physical and mental quality, especially the physical health of young people, which has aroused the attention of the majority of schools and parents.In order to implement the "opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on strengthening the physical Fitness of teenagers" and the "regulations on National Fitness", the Education Department of Henan Province issued a report on the results of the investigation on the physical health status of students in Henan Province in 2014.There are still many problems in middle school students' physical health, such as: the index of middle school students' physical fitness is decreasing, the rate of vision defect is increasing, and the rate of overweight is increasing.However, the problem of middle school students' physical health is a comprehensive problem. The reasons are as follows: first, students do not want to exercise; second, students lack the external environmental protection of exercise; and third, in the electronic information age,All kinds of recreational facilities take up time and space for students to exercise.The development of school physical education has a direct relationship with the development of students' physical and mental health. The physical health of teenagers needs good physical education, and the state policy has strengthened the importance of the development of students' physical and mental quality.It is also a good opportunity for the development of physical education work. In 2016, the General Office of the State Council issued "opinions on strengthening physical Education in Schools to promote the overall Development of students' physical and Mental Health" (hereinafter referred to as "opinions"), in the hope that it can be better promoted.To improve and deepen the work of school physical education,Take the school as the carrier, train the student's enthusiasm of physical training and lifelong sports consciousness, thus establish the student's correct outlook on life, values and world outlook.Give full play to the comprehensive role of physical education in cultivating and practicing socialist core values and promoting quality education.In the next five years, the quality of physical education teaching will be greatly improved, the behavior habits of students' physical exercise will be cultivated, the level of physical health and sports skills will be improved, the awareness of regulations, unity and cooperation and strong will will be significantly strengthened, and a sound system will be basically formed.Perfect system, full of vitality, practical school sports development pattern with Chinese characteristics.Based on the investigation and study of physical education teaching in middle schools in Anyang City, Henan Province, the existing problems and shortcomings were found out, and the optimization strategies and methods were put forward.This paper collects books and periodicals and magazines related to this subject through the method of literature and materials, adopts the method of questionnaire investigation and field interview, analyzes the present situation of the investigation by using logical analysis method, and draws the conclusions as follows: 1.The number of male teachers in Anyang urban junior middle school is more than that of female teachers, the age is younger, the teaching experience of young teachers is short, the structure of PE teachers' academic qualifications is reasonable, and the training opportunities are lacking. 2.Under the influence of examination-oriented education environment, most schools and families pay too much attention to cultural classes and neglect to cultivate students' awareness of sports interest and lifelong physical education.Sports teaching contents are mainly basketball, volleyball, football and track and field events, lack of traditional national sports, teaching content is not comprehensive. 4.The development of school-based curriculum in middle school can not be paid attention to, and can not meet the needs of students, which affects the enthusiasm of students'PE study.The teaching organization form is single, the site basically satisfies the teaching demand, still needs to be further consummated, the equipment practicability is low. 6. 6.In the teaching process, the teaching method is based on the traditional teaching method, the teaching method is single, and the modern electronic method is not fully utilized.The evaluation of school physical education teaching is relatively simple, the evaluation method is single, and the improvement range of students' achievement is not reflected in the evaluation content.
