初中生物學(xué)教師職業(yè)倦怠現(xiàn)狀及對策研究

【摘要】:隨著城市的快速發(fā)展,生活節(jié)奏不斷加快,教師的生活壓力也隨之增大,長此以往便會出現(xiàn)職業(yè)倦怠。對初中生物學(xué)教師職業(yè)倦怠的研究具有重要意義,不僅能為一線教師提供幫助,更有利于第八次基礎(chǔ)教育課程改革的實(shí)施。本文綜合運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)分析法、問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法等,對煙臺市初中生物學(xué)教師職業(yè)倦怠的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,并以此為基礎(chǔ)開展對策研究。通過數(shù)據(jù)分析,教師職業(yè)倦怠處于輕度水平,情感枯竭、去個性化、低效能感也均處于輕度水平。教師職業(yè)倦怠現(xiàn)狀方面,得到以下結(jié)論:第一,男性高于女性,主要?dú)w結(jié)于自身和學(xué)科因素,原因是生物學(xué)知識更新較快,但男性卻更加安于現(xiàn)狀,忙于處理人際關(guān)系;第二,班主任低于非班主任,主要?dú)w結(jié)于社會因素,原因是班主任是班級的最高管理者,更加受到學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和家長的重視;第三,學(xué)歷低的高于學(xué)歷高的,主要?dú)w結(jié)于學(xué)科因素,原因是對于生物學(xué)知識體系的掌握還不夠完善以及邏輯思維能力相對較弱;第四,職稱低的高于職稱高的,主要?dú)w結(jié)于學(xué)校因素,原因是教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足,忙于備課和教研活動,同時還要應(yīng)對學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的檢查;第五,35歲及以下和46-50歲之間的高于36-45歲之間和51歲及以上的;主要?dú)w結(jié)于學(xué)校因素,原因是隨著教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的積累,無論是備課、參加教研活動還是應(yīng)對領(lǐng)導(dǎo)檢查,都能夠更加自入,職業(yè)倦怠隨之減少,但當(dāng)教齡達(dá)到20年以上時,由于身體各方面機(jī)能下降,職業(yè)倦怠迅速上升,如果此時能夠調(diào)入教輔崗位,職業(yè)倦怠降到最低水平。第六,城區(qū)學(xué)校高于鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)學(xué)校,主要?dú)w結(jié)于社會和學(xué)科因素。原因是家長更加注重孩子綜合素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng),結(jié)合生物學(xué)的學(xué)科特性,教師必然要花費(fèi)更多的時間和精力準(zhǔn)備。第七,任教年級越高,職業(yè)倦怠越高,主要?dú)w結(jié)于社會和學(xué)校因素。原因是初三學(xué)年要進(jìn)行生物學(xué)會考。所以,無論是家長還是學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)在這個階段都會更加重視教學(xué)。第八,任教班級越多,職業(yè)倦怠越高,主要?dú)w結(jié)于社會和自身因素。原因是學(xué)生越多,教師承擔(dān)家長寄托的希望越多,自身壓力也就越大。教師職業(yè)倦怠的緩解對策:樹立高尚的教師情懷,強(qiáng)烈的教育責(zé)任;提高生物學(xué)認(rèn)同感,增強(qiáng)教師幸福感;多種方式并舉,釋放緊張情緒。重視男性教師,優(yōu)化教學(xué)環(huán)境;老中青相結(jié)合,教師隊(duì)伍共成長。開展教師日常培訓(xùn),鼓勵繼續(xù)教育;利用現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)術(shù)共享。保障教師收入穩(wěn)步增長。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the city, the pace of life is quickening, the pressure of teachers' life is also increasing, and the job burnout will appear in the long run.The research on the burnout of biology teachers in junior high school is of great significance, which can not only provide help for the first-line teachers, but also be beneficial to the implementation of the eighth elementary education curriculum reform.Based on literature analysis, questionnaire survey and interview, this paper investigates and analyzes the present situation of burnout of biology teachers in junior middle school in Yantai city, and carries out countermeasure research on the basis of it.Through data analysis, teachers' job burnout is at a mild level, emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and low efficacy are also in a mild level.In terms of teachers' job burnout, the following conclusions are drawn: first, men are higher than women, mainly due to their own and disciplinary factors, the reason is that biological knowledge is rapidly updated, but men are more content with the status quo and are busy dealing with interpersonal relationships; second,A teacher in charge of a class is lower than a non-head teacher, mainly due to social factors. The reason is that the teacher in charge of the class is the top manager of the class and is more valued by school leaders and parents. Third, those with lower academic qualifications than those with higher academic qualifications are mainly attributed to disciplinary factors.The reasons are that the knowledge system of biology is not perfect enough and the ability of logical thinking is relatively weak. Fourth, those with lower titles than those with high titles are mainly attributed to school factors. The reasons are insufficient teaching experience and busy preparing lessons and teaching and research activities.At the same time, they also have to deal with the examination of school leaders; the fifth group between 35 and below and between 46 and 50 is higher than those aged between 36 and 45 and 51 and above. This is mainly attributed to the school factor, which is due to the accumulation of teaching experience, whether preparing lessons,Participation in teaching and research activities or coping with leadership checks were more self-directed, resulting in a decrease in job burnout. However, when the teaching years reached more than 20 years, job burnout rose rapidly because of the decline in all aspects of the body.If this time can be transferred to teaching auxiliary position, job burnout to the lowest level.Sixth, urban schools are higher than township schools, mainly due to social and disciplinary factors.The reason is that parents pay more attention to the cultivation of their children's comprehensive quality, combined with the characteristics of biology, teachers must spend more time and energy preparing.Seventh, the higher the teaching grade, the higher the job burnout, mainly attributed to social and school factors.The reason is that the biology examination will be conducted in the third year of junior high school.Therefore, both parents and school leaders will pay more attention to teaching at this stage.Eighth, the more class teaching, the higher job burnout, mainly attributed to social and self-factors.The reason is that the more students, the more teachers assume the hope of parents, the greater the pressure on themselves.The measures to alleviate teachers' job burnout include setting up noble teachers' feelings and strong educational responsibilities, improving biological identity, enhancing teachers' happiness, and releasing tension in a variety of ways.Pay attention to male teachers and optimize teaching environment.Carry out daily training for teachers, encourage continuing education, and use modern educational technology to realize academic sharing.Ensuring steady growth of teachers' income.
