【摘要】：隨著依法治國和普法教育的不斷發(fā)展,如今法治教育已不可或缺,初中生的法治教育更是全社會關(guān)注的重點內(nèi)容,對初中生進(jìn)行法治教育不僅是初中生自我保護的需要,同時也是建設(shè)社會主義法治國家的需要。但就當(dāng)下初中生的法治教育來說,依然存在不少問題。本文主要采用了文獻(xiàn)研究法和案例分析法,從以下三個部分對初中生的法治教育進(jìn)行闡述。本文第一部分論述了法律、法制、法治、法律教育、法制教育、法治教育的含義與區(qū)別,以及初中生法治教育的含義。同時也進(jìn)一步的闡述了法治教育的意義,是初中生形成正確法治觀念的需要,是規(guī)范初中生法律行為的需要,是建設(shè)社會主義法治國家的需要。本文第二部分對初中生法治教育的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了論述。主要包括:對初中生進(jìn)行法律意識教育;對初中生進(jìn)行法律知識教育;對初中生進(jìn)行權(quán)利與義務(wù)教育;對初中生進(jìn)行遵紀(jì)守法教育。通過法律意識、法律知識、權(quán)利義務(wù)、遵紀(jì)守法這四個方面,全面的闡述了初中生法治教育的內(nèi)容。本文第三部分闡述了對初中生進(jìn)行法治教育的策略。指出對初中生進(jìn)行法治教育應(yīng)該以課堂教育為中心、以學(xué)校教育為主渠道、以社會教育為補充、以家庭教育為紐帶。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of governing the country according to law and popularizing law education, the education of rule of law is now indispensable, and the education of rule of law for junior high school students is the focus of the whole society. It is not only the need for junior high school students to protect themselves by the rule of law, but also for junior high school students.At the same time, it is also the need of building a socialist country ruled by law.However, there are still many problems in the legal education of junior high school students.This article mainly uses the literature research method and the case analysis method, from the following three parts carries on the elaboration to the junior high school student's rule of law education.The first part of this paper discusses the meaning and difference of law, legal system, rule of law, law education, legal education, law education, and the meaning of junior high school students' rule of law education.At the same time, it also further expounds the significance of the rule of law education, which is the need for junior high school students to form a correct concept of the rule of law, the need to standardize the legal behavior of junior high school students, and the need to build a socialist country ruled by law.The second part of this paper discusses the content of junior high school students' rule of law education.Mainly include: to the junior high school students to carry on the legal consciousness education; to carry on the law knowledge education to the junior high school students; to carry on the rights and the compulsory education to the junior high school students; to carry on the discipline and the law education to the junior high school students.Through the four aspects of legal consciousness, legal knowledge, rights and obligations, abiding by the law, the content of junior high school students' rule of law education is expounded comprehensively.The third part of this article elaborated the junior high school student carries on the rule of law education strategy.It is pointed out that the rule of law education for junior high school students should focus on classroom education, take school education as the main channel, take social education as supplement, and take family education as the link.
