中學(xué)生非正式群體及其越軌行為研究

【摘要】:中學(xué)生生活在或大或小的各類群體中,這些群體有的是以班級(jí)、年級(jí)、團(tuán)支部等正式組織的形式存在,也有的是以興趣小組、“哥們兒”圈子等非正式群體的形式存在。非正式群體在滿足了中學(xué)生日益多元化的各種需要的同時(shí),也深刻影響著中學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)生活與身心發(fā)展,中學(xué)生非正式群體既有積極作用也有消極作用,如果引導(dǎo)不當(dāng)容易誘發(fā)群體性的越軌行為。對(duì)中學(xué)生非正式群體及其越軌行為進(jìn)行深入細(xì)致的研究,對(duì)于加強(qiáng)中學(xué)生非正式群體的教育引導(dǎo)及有效控制,減輕其對(duì)中學(xué)生的消極影響具有重要的理論價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。中學(xué)生非正式群體越軌行為是指中學(xué)生非正式群體因違反道德風(fēng)尚、校規(guī)校紀(jì)、法律法規(guī)所產(chǎn)生的具有消極性、群體性特點(diǎn)的越軌行為。目前,中學(xué)生非正式群體越軌行為已從一種個(gè)體的、孤立的教育現(xiàn)象逐漸發(fā)展為一個(gè)普遍的、嚴(yán)重的社會(huì)問題。中學(xué)生非正式群體越軌行為不但危害了中學(xué)生個(gè)體的身心健康成長,也影響到規(guī)范社會(huì)秩序的建立。根據(jù)亞文化理論、差別交往理論、重要他人理論等相關(guān)社會(huì)學(xué)理論分析,中學(xué)生非正式群體越軌行為產(chǎn)生的原因既有中學(xué)生身心發(fā)展不平衡、中學(xué)生挫折—攻擊心理強(qiáng)、自控力不足、生活方式不良等主體因素,也有傳統(tǒng)社會(huì)控制力減弱、越軌情境因素增加等客觀環(huán)境因素。防范中學(xué)生非正式群體越軌行為的發(fā)生,需要全社會(huì)各方面的綜合治理。首先,應(yīng)從加強(qiáng)班集體建設(shè);重視對(duì)核心人物的教育與引導(dǎo);區(qū)別對(duì)待不同形式的中學(xué)生非正式群體等方面加強(qiáng)對(duì)中學(xué)生非正式群體的管理引導(dǎo)工作。其次,從中學(xué)生要樹立提高自我控制能力的意識(shí),學(xué)會(huì)正確處理人際關(guān)系,自覺樹立法律保護(hù)意識(shí)等方面積極引導(dǎo)中學(xué)生提高自我控制和自我保護(hù)意識(shí)。最后,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)傳統(tǒng)社會(huì)控制,消除誘發(fā)越軌行為的情境影響來營造良好的育人環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:Middle school students live in all kinds of groups, big or small. Some of these groups exist in the form of formal organizations such as classes, grades, League branches, etc. There are also informal groups in the form of interest groups, "buddies" circles and other informal groups. While meeting the needs of increasing diversity among middle school students, informal groups also have a profound impact on the study, life, physical and mental development of middle school students. The informal group of middle school students has both positive and negative effects. If the guidance is improper, it is easy to induce the deviant behavior of the group. This paper makes a thorough and detailed study on the informal group of middle school students and their deviant behavior. To strengthen the educational guidance and effective control of the informal group of middle school students, It has important theoretical value and practical significance to reduce the negative influence on middle school students. The informal group deviant behavior of middle school students refers to the negative effect of the informal group of middle school students because of violating the moral custom, the school rules and regulations, and the laws and regulations. At present, the informal group deviant behavior of middle school students has gradually developed from an individual and isolated educational phenomenon to a universal one. Serious social problems. Informal group deviant behavior of middle school students not only endangers the physical and mental health of middle school students, but also affects the establishment of standard social order. The analysis of relevant sociological theories, such as important others theory, shows that the causes of deviant behavior of informal groups of middle school students are the imbalance of students' physical and mental development, the strong frustration and attack psychology of middle school students, the lack of self-control, the bad life style and so on. There are also some objective environmental factors, such as the weakening of traditional social control and the increase of deviant situational factors. To prevent the occurrence of deviant behavior of the informal groups of middle school students, it is necessary to comprehensively control all aspects of the whole society. First, we should strengthen the class collective construction; We should pay attention to the education and guidance of the key characters, treat different forms of informal groups of middle school students, and strengthen the management and guidance of the informal groups of middle school students. Secondly, we should establish the consciousness of improving the ability of self-control in the middle school students. Learn to deal with interpersonal relationships correctly, consciously establish awareness of legal protection, and actively guide middle school students to improve their awareness of self-control and self-protection. Finally, traditional social control should be strengthened. Eliminate the situational influence of inducing deviant behavior to create a good educational environment.
