海南省定安縣中學(xué)青年教師專業(yè)發(fā)展需求調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的過程是教師不斷地?cái)U(kuò)充新知識(shí)、提升能力的過程,其專業(yè)素質(zhì)在不斷提升中達(dá)到專業(yè)成熟。但定安縣大部分的中學(xué)青年教師對(duì)如何提升自己的專業(yè)水平是不明確的,因而系統(tǒng)研究中學(xué)青年教師專業(yè)發(fā)展需求(1),將有助于青年教師明確自身的差距,確定學(xué)習(xí)的目標(biāo)方向。本調(diào)查希望了解海南省定安縣中學(xué)青年教師專業(yè)發(fā)展需求的實(shí)際情況與特點(diǎn),并在調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行科學(xué)分析。對(duì)于教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展需求,教育行政機(jī)構(gòu)和學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)往往偏重其中的一些因素(如專業(yè)知識(shí)與技能),但是忽視其他因素(環(huán)境支持)的需求。在實(shí)踐中大家往往側(cè)重一線教師所提出的實(shí)際問題和困難,認(rèn)為只須有專業(yè)知識(shí)和技能的培訓(xùn)就能達(dá)到教師專業(yè)實(shí)質(zhì)發(fā)展的效果,忽略了支持教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的支持條件。本研究為海南省相關(guān)教師教育機(jī)構(gòu)決策提供參考,為定安縣中學(xué)青年教師專業(yè)發(fā)展需求進(jìn)行本土化的研究與分析,有利于提升定安縣中學(xué)教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量。本論文主要由四個(gè)部分組成。第一部分闡述了論文的研究背景和意義、研究方法、相關(guān)概念的界定、以及教師專業(yè)發(fā)展需求研究綜述。第二部分介紹了中學(xué)青年教師專業(yè)發(fā)展需求調(diào)查問卷的設(shè)計(jì)情況,通過對(duì)海南省定安縣中學(xué)青年教師目前基本情況、專業(yè)理念與師德的提高需求、專業(yè)知識(shí)與專業(yè)能力的培訓(xùn)需求、支持教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的外部環(huán)境的需求等情況的了解,揭示了定安縣中學(xué)青年教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的多層次需求,呈現(xiàn)了定安縣中學(xué)青年教師專業(yè)發(fā)展需求的調(diào)查結(jié)果。第三部分分析了定安縣中學(xué)青年教師專業(yè)發(fā)展需求情況。從中學(xué)青年教師自身素質(zhì)、對(duì)外部環(huán)境條件這兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行分析,認(rèn)為教育行政機(jī)構(gòu)及管理層對(duì)于教師專業(yè)發(fā)展對(duì)外部環(huán)境條件的需求相對(duì)忽視,但中學(xué)青年教師看重外部環(huán)境條件對(duì)專業(yè)發(fā)展的支持,希望得到環(huán)境的配套支助。第四部分通過對(duì)定安縣中學(xué)青年教師專業(yè)發(fā)展需求的深入分析,提出幾點(diǎn)建議:一是擴(kuò)大青年教師職業(yè)提升空間,激發(fā)其專業(yè)發(fā)展自主性;二是關(guān)注教師課堂教師專業(yè)指導(dǎo)需求,提高教師培訓(xùn)的實(shí)踐意義;三是完善脫產(chǎn)進(jìn)修等教師培訓(xùn)政策,為中學(xué)青年教師專業(yè)發(fā)展提供保障。
[Abstract]:The process of teachers' professional development is the process of teachers constantly expanding new knowledge and improving their ability. Their professional quality has reached professional maturity in the process of continuous improvement. However, most of the young middle school teachers in Dingan County are not clear about how to improve their professional level. Therefore, a systematic study of the professional development needs of young teachers in middle schools will help young teachers to make their own differences clear. The purpose of this investigation is to understand the actual situation and characteristics of the professional development needs of young middle school teachers in Dingan County, Hainan Province, and to carry out scientific analysis on the basis of the investigation. Educational administrations and school leaders tend to focus on some of these factors (such as expertise and skills, but ignore the needs of others (environmental support). In practice, they tend to focus on practical problems and difficulties raised by front-line teachers. It is considered that only the training of professional knowledge and skills can achieve the effect of teachers' professional substantive development and neglect the supporting conditions to support the professional development of teachers. This study provides a reference for the decision-making of relevant teacher education institutions in Hainan Province. This paper is mainly composed of four parts. The first part expounds the background and significance of the research. The research and analysis of the professional development needs of the young teachers in Dingan County is beneficial to the improvement of the teaching quality of the middle school in Dingan County. The second part introduces the design of the questionnaire on the professional development needs of young middle school teachers. Through understanding of the current basic situation of young teachers in middle schools in Dingan County, Hainan Province, the need for improving professional concepts and ethics, the training needs for professional knowledge and professional abilities, and the needs of the external environment to support teachers' professional development, It reveals the multi-level demand for the professional development of young middle school teachers in Dingan County. The third part analyzes the professional development needs of young middle school teachers in Dingan County. Through the analysis of external environmental conditions, it is concluded that the demands of educational administrative institutions and management for teachers' professional development are relatively ignored, but young middle school teachers attach importance to the support of external environmental conditions for professional development. The fourth part through the in-depth analysis of the needs of the professional development of young teachers in Dingan County, put forward several suggestions: first, expand the space for young teachers to promote their professional development, stimulate their autonomy of professional development; The second is to pay attention to teachers' professional guidance needs of classroom teachers and to improve the practical significance of teacher training; third, to improve the teacher training policy, such as off-duty training, so as to provide guarantee for the professional development of young teachers in middle schools.
