【摘要】：寫作是語文教學的重要組成部分,寫作能力的高低是衡量中學生語文綜合能力的一個重要標準。寫作訓練是為了學生更好地掌握寫作技能而進行的有計劃、有步驟的學習和練習。寫作訓練在中學語文教學中占有舉足輕重的地位。敦化市第一中學重視寫作訓練,教師注重寫作素養(yǎng)的提高,定期開展教師培訓和賽課活動。注重學生的全面發(fā)展,為學生提供了多種平臺展示學生習作,如創(chuàng)辦校園季刊《小荷》雜志,發(fā)表學生習作;開設校園廣播,朗讀分享學生優(yōu)秀作品;發(fā)揮黑板報傳播作用,粘貼學生獲獎作品;多媒體設施,圖文并茂、事半功倍。寫作訓練氛圍良好,教師還注重采用多種教學方法提升學生的寫作能力。教師注重層遞訓練,分層練習,使學生的寫作訓練更加系統(tǒng)、準確并具有針對性。學生的文章在語言、選材、結構、立意等方面均有提升和突破,作文水平有所提高。但是敦化市第一中學在寫作訓練中也存在一定問題,這主要表現(xiàn)在教師作文訓練方法不夠靈活,教師對知識轉化為能力不夠重視,習作評改針對性不強,部分學生寫作缺乏真情創(chuàng)新等方面。針對敦化市第一中學的教學環(huán)境及寫作訓練的具體情況,在寫作訓練上應進一步改進。首先,應該加強寫作訓練指導的系統(tǒng)性,這主要從三個方面抓起。一是加強寫作訓練的層遞性,循序漸進。把寫作訓練目標序列化,按照新課標中對作文訓練的要求,合理分配學生寫作訓練比例。二是提高寫作訓練的針對性,注意訓練學生搜集素材,構思立意、列綱起草、修改加工的能力以及寫作手法的指導,包括表達方式、寫作方法和修辭手法等。三是注重寫作與閱讀的關聯(lián)性,通過閱讀幫助學生寫作方法及寫作技巧,以閱讀促進寫作,互相結合,提高整體效果并彌補課時不足等問題。其次,應注重提高學生寫作訓練的自主性,調動學生的學習主動性和積極性,培養(yǎng)學生在生活中積累寫作素材;增強學生自主學習的能力,提高學生的寫作興趣,讓學生在學習中自我決定、自我選擇、自我調控、自我評價反思;加強學生個性化寫作訓練,引導學生觀察生活、捕捉生活中的細節(jié)進行細致入微的描繪。第三,提升作文評改的有效性,構建多元評改方式,創(chuàng)建人文評價機制,同時,作文訓練后的評改要及時。隨著學校、教師和學生對寫作訓練水平的提高,敦化市第一中學的寫作一定會取得更大的進步。

The first middle school in Dunhua attaches importance to writing training, and teachers pay attention to the improvement of writing literacy. Regular teacher training and class competition activities. Pay attention to the overall development of students, provide students with a variety of platforms to display students' work, such as the establishment of the campus quarterly magazine "Little Holland" magazine, published student exercises; opened campus radio, Reading and sharing students' excellent works; giving play to the role of the blackboard newspaper in spreading and pasting students' winning works; multimedia facilities, full of pictures and texts, with twice the result with half the effort. Good writing training atmosphere, Teachers also pay attention to improving students' writing ability by adopting various teaching methods. Teachers pay attention to hierarchical training and stratified practice, so that students' writing training is more systematic, accurate and targeted. Students' articles are in language, material selection and structure. However, there are some problems in the writing training of the No. 1 middle school in Dunhua, which is mainly reflected in the lack of flexibility of the composition training methods of the teachers. Teachers do not pay enough attention to the ability of knowledge transformation, the pertinence of the evaluation of the exercises is not strong, and some students' writing lacks the true emotion innovation and so on. In view of the teaching environment and writing training of the first middle school in Dunhua City, We should further improve the writing training. First, we should strengthen the systematicness of the writing training instruction, which is mainly started from three aspects. First, we should strengthen the transitivity of the writing training, step by step, serialize the writing training objectives. According to the requirements of composition training in the new curriculum standard, the proportion of students' writing training should be rationally allocated. Secondly, the pertinence of writing training should be improved, attention should be paid to training students to collect materials, come up with ideas, and draw up outline. The third is to pay attention to the relationship between writing and reading, to help students write methods and skills through reading, and to promote writing by reading. Secondly, we should pay attention to improving the autonomy of students' writing training, arousing students' initiative and enthusiasm in learning, and training students to accumulate writing materials in their daily life. Enhance students' ability to learn independently, enhance students' interest in writing, let students decide, choose, self-control, self-evaluate and reflect in their study, strengthen students' individualized writing training, guide students to observe life, Third, to enhance the effectiveness of composition evaluation, to build multiple evaluation methods, to create a humanistic evaluation mechanism, and at the same time, to improve the quality of composition training in a timely manner. Teachers and students to improve their writing training level, Dunhua No. 1 Middle School will make greater progress in writing.
