廣西中小學(xué)校園足球師資培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:國(guó)家號(hào)召開(kāi)展校園足球活動(dòng),為了通過(guò)開(kāi)展校園足球提高學(xué)生身體素質(zhì)、提高足球人口,同時(shí)又能發(fā)現(xiàn)可塑造的足球愛(ài)好者。但是在開(kāi)展校園足球活動(dòng)時(shí),校園足球師資嚴(yán)重缺乏。為了開(kāi)展好校園足球活動(dòng),教育部辦公廳提出,大力加強(qiáng)校園足球師資力量,要求各省加強(qiáng)校園足球師資培訓(xùn)工作,保證校園足球師資質(zhì)量,確保校校有足球師資,保障校園足球活動(dòng)的順利開(kāi)展。但是在培訓(xùn)中仍然存在各種問(wèn)題。本文通過(guò)運(yùn)用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法,實(shí)地考察法,訪談法、文獻(xiàn)資料法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法相結(jié)合,以“廣西中小學(xué)校園足球師資培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展對(duì)策研究”為題,研究主要從以下五個(gè)方面進(jìn)行分析:1.培訓(xùn)目標(biāo);2.培訓(xùn)對(duì)象;3.培訓(xùn)課程內(nèi)容;4.培訓(xùn)方式及手段;5.培訓(xùn)證書(shū)核發(fā)要求。研究得出一下結(jié)論:1.目前廣西中小學(xué)校園足球師資培訓(xùn)雖然能根據(jù)國(guó)家級(jí)校園足球師資培訓(xùn)指導(dǎo)方案所提出的培訓(xùn)目標(biāo)進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)工作,但是末能夠根據(jù)參訓(xùn)對(duì)象的需求進(jìn)行細(xì)化培訓(xùn)目標(biāo),設(shè)置階段性目標(biāo)、層次性目標(biāo),使校園足球師資培訓(xùn)可持續(xù)有效的發(fā)展。同時(shí)也缺少課程目標(biāo),未能理清培訓(xùn)的總體目標(biāo)與培訓(xùn)課程的階段目標(biāo)的關(guān)系,未能兼顧好培訓(xùn)的數(shù)量與質(zhì)量問(wèn)題。2.培訓(xùn)對(duì)象的學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)、學(xué)習(xí)目的明確、學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)端正,但足球基礎(chǔ)參差不齊;年齡結(jié)構(gòu)較合理;學(xué)歷主要是以本科、大專為主,職稱結(jié)構(gòu)以初中級(jí)為主;培訓(xùn)對(duì)象以男性教師及體育專業(yè)教師為主,少數(shù)女性教師及非體育專業(yè)教師為輔;獲得參加培訓(xùn)的機(jī)會(huì)來(lái)源是以學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排及市、縣、區(qū)教育局安排為主,教師重復(fù)參加校園足球師資培訓(xùn)活動(dòng)所占比例多;從事足球教學(xué)活動(dòng)的教師及已經(jīng)開(kāi)展校園足球訓(xùn)練競(jìng)賽活動(dòng)的學(xué)校比例占多數(shù);培訓(xùn)對(duì)象希望培訓(xùn)時(shí)間段安排在工作期間和寒暑假。3.培訓(xùn)課程內(nèi)容的針對(duì)性不夠,創(chuàng)新性不足,培訓(xùn)課程與培訓(xùn)時(shí)間的比例不合理;培訓(xùn)課程內(nèi)容脫離實(shí)際情況,內(nèi)容的層次性、連續(xù)性不夠顯著。在實(shí)施培訓(xùn)的過(guò)程當(dāng)中,培訓(xùn)師在實(shí)施培訓(xùn)時(shí)對(duì)課程內(nèi)容有傾向性,各行其事,培訓(xùn)進(jìn)程不一。4.目前校園足球師資培訓(xùn)的培訓(xùn)方式以短期集中式培訓(xùn)為主,培訓(xùn)形式以教學(xué)班為主;在進(jìn)行分班時(shí),未能根據(jù)培訓(xùn)對(duì)象的基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行合理的分班。培訓(xùn)方式傳統(tǒng),形式單一,存在局限性。培訓(xùn)手段以多媒體課件演講進(jìn)行理論授課、技術(shù)、戰(zhàn)術(shù)實(shí)踐學(xué)習(xí)以基礎(chǔ)的教、學(xué)、練為主豐富性不足,缺乏創(chuàng)意,造成培訓(xùn)對(duì)象在培訓(xùn)學(xué)習(xí)的過(guò)程中的學(xué)習(xí)積極性不高。5.目前校園足球師資培訓(xùn)的考核方式的以考勤、培訓(xùn)心得為主。培訓(xùn)工作考核方式過(guò)于簡(jiǎn)單,缺少考核量化體系,培訓(xùn)證書(shū)的頒發(fā)的缺乏嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)性。針對(duì)以上問(wèn)題提出發(fā)展對(duì)策:1.校園足球師資培訓(xùn)須遵循的培訓(xùn)原則:(1)培訓(xùn)須堅(jiān)持以人為本原則。(2)培訓(xùn)須堅(jiān)持以實(shí)際出發(fā)為原則。(3)培訓(xùn)須堅(jiān)持發(fā)展性原則。(4)培訓(xùn)須以傳授理念為原則。2.制定合理的足球師資培訓(xùn)方案:(1)結(jié)合培訓(xùn)對(duì)象的需求設(shè)置科學(xué)的培訓(xùn)目標(biāo)。(2)根據(jù)培訓(xùn)對(duì)象足球基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行合理的選拔及分班。(3)以培訓(xùn)對(duì)象為中心,設(shè)置針對(duì)性的、層次性的培訓(xùn)課程內(nèi)容。(4)多種培訓(xùn)方式相結(jié)合,靈活運(yùn)用培訓(xùn)手段。(5)制定合理的考核方式,建立科學(xué)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)牡燃?jí)證書(shū)制度。
[Abstract]:The call of the country to carry out the campus football activities, in order to improve the students' physical quality by carrying out campus football, improve the football population, at the same time found that the shaping of football fans. But in the campus football activities, campus football serious shortage of teachers. In order to carry out the campus football activities, the general office of the Ministry of education, strengthen the campus football teachers and asked the provinces to strengthen the campus football training of teachers to ensure the quality of teachers, the campus football school football teachers, to ensure security, the campus football activities carried out smoothly. But there are still various problems in training. By using the method of questionnaire investigation, on-the-spot investigation method, interview method, literature method, the combination of mathematical statistics. On the topic of "campus football training of teachers in primary and secondary schools in Guangxi current situation and development countermeasure research", the research mainly carries on the analysis from the following five aspects: 1. training Target; 2. training objects; 3. training courses; 4. training methods and means; 5. training certificate issued. Researches draw a conclusion: 1.. The Guangxi school football training is training under the guidance of the national campus football training program the training target, but to end the detailed training objectives according to the needs of the object, set the stage goal, target level, the campus football training the sustainable and effective development. Also the lack of curriculum objectives, relationship between the overall goals and training course training failed to clarify the stage goal, failed to take into account the problem of quality and quantity of good training.2. training object learning objectives, learning objective clearly, motivation, but the football foundation uneven; the age structure is reasonable; education is mainly to undergraduate, college, professional title structure at the beginning Intermediate; training objects to male teachers and physical education teachers, minority female teachers and non professional sports teachers as a supplement; get the chance for training in school leadership arrangement and is the source of city, county, District Education Bureau arrangement, teachers repeatedly participate in the campus football teacher training activities proportion; engaged in football teaching activities the teachers and carry out the campus football training and competition activities accounted for most of the school; training object to training time arrangements during work and summer vacation.3. training courses are lack of pertinence, lack of innovation, training courses and training time and the proportion is not reasonable; the contents of training courses from the actual situation, level of content. Continuity is not significant. The traditional way of training, form a single, there are limitations. Training methods to multimedia courseware for teaching speech theory, technology, tactics and practice of learning based on the teaching, learning, practicing mainly lack of rich, lack of creativity, training in the training process caused by the object of learning in learning enthusiasm is not high at present.5. campus football teacher training assessment methods to test frequently, training experience. Training evaluation is too simple, lack of quantitative evaluation system, lack of rigor training certificate issued. In view of the above problems and put forward countermeasures: training principle 1. campus football training teachers must follow: (1) the training must adhere to the people-oriented principle. (2) the training required Adhere to the principle of reality. (3) the training must adhere to the principle of development. (4) to teach football training concept of the development of teacher training scheme is reasonable for the principle of.2.: (1) considering the set of scientific training needs of the training objectives. (2) according to the training object selection and placement of basic football reasonable. (3) to the training object as the center, set up targeted, the level of training course content. (4) the combination of various training methods, flexible use of training method. (5) establish reasonable assessment methods, set up scientific level certificate system.
