中學(xué)語文教師兼做班主任的利弊研究

【摘要】:目前我國大約有450萬名中學(xué)班主任,他們由科任教師兼任,兼顧著教書和育人的雙重責(zé)任,影響著兩億多的學(xué)生。在這群中學(xué)科任班主任隊伍中,語文科任教師的比例較大,影響著更大的中學(xué)生群體。但由于班主任工作壓力大、語文教學(xué)任務(wù)繁重,很多一線語文教師不愿、不敢兼做班主任,導(dǎo)致語文教師兼做班主任的劣勢被進一步放大,優(yōu)勢則被完全輕視。實際上,中學(xué)語文教師兼做班主任利大于弊,且較之于其他科任教師,語文教師兼做班主任更具有優(yōu)勢,這些優(yōu)勢來自語文教師角色和班主任角色的相互融合。本文在對魏書生、任小艾、李鎮(zhèn)西等優(yōu)秀語文班主任教育專著和教育隨筆進行研讀的基礎(chǔ)之上,結(jié)合一線中學(xué)語文班主任日常教育工作中的具體案例和實際調(diào)查,肯定語文教師兼做班主任的獨特優(yōu)勢,并深入分析探討中學(xué)語文教師兼做班主任的利與弊,以期鼓勵一線語文教師勇于并樂于兼做班主任,更好地趨利避害,進而實現(xiàn)語文教學(xué)和班主任工作的雙贏。全文共分為四部分,第一部分緒論,首先交代選題緣由、文獻綜述、研究方法和創(chuàng)新點。第二部分,圍繞中學(xué)語文教師角色與班主任角色的關(guān)系展開了調(diào)查研究,揭示中學(xué)語文教師兼做班主任具有獨特的優(yōu)勢,推翻語文教師不適合兼做班主任的現(xiàn)實心理認知。第三部分以教育敘事的方式,從語文教師角色和班主任角色的密切關(guān)系出發(fā),積極探討中學(xué)語文教學(xué)和班主任工作的相互推進作用,論證解釋中學(xué)語文教師兼做班主任擁有獨特優(yōu)勢的原因。第四部分對中學(xué)語文教師兼做班主任的不足進行了梳理,并在此基礎(chǔ)上探討如何發(fā)揮中學(xué)語文教師兼做班主任的優(yōu)勢克服不利因素。最后一部分為結(jié)語,總結(jié)語文教師兼做班主任的獨特優(yōu)勢,直面不足,從而更好實現(xiàn)語文教學(xué)和班主任工作的共贏,同時也希望給一線中學(xué)語文班主任提供經(jīng)驗借鑒。
[Abstract]:At present, there are about 4.5 million middle school class teachers in our country. They are concurrently appointed by science teachers, taking into account the dual responsibilities of teaching and educating people, and affecting more than 200 million students. In this group of middle school science teachers, the proportion of Chinese teachers serving as class teachers is relatively large. But because of the heavy pressure of the head teacher and the heavy task of Chinese teaching, many front-line Chinese teachers do not want to be teachers in charge of the class, so they do not dare to be the teachers in charge of the class, which further magnifies the inferiority of the Chinese teachers and the teachers in charge of the class. In fact, the advantages of being a Chinese teacher in a middle school are greater than those of a teacher in charge of a class, and they are more advantageous than teachers in charge of other subjects. These advantages come from the fusion of the roles of the Chinese teachers and the teachers in charge of the class. Based on the study of Wei Shusheng, Ren Xiaoai, Li Zhenxi and other excellent Chinese class teacher education monographs and educational essays, Combining with the concrete cases and actual investigation in the daily education work of the Chinese class teacher in the first line middle school, this paper affirms the unique advantages of the Chinese teacher and the class teacher, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the Chinese teacher and the class teacher in the middle school. The purpose of this paper is to encourage the first-line Chinese teachers to be brave and willing to be class teachers, so as to achieve a win-win situation in Chinese teaching and class teacher work. The whole paper is divided into four parts, the first part is the introduction, the first part explains the reasons for selecting the topic and the literature review. The second part, focusing on the relationship between the role of middle school Chinese teachers and the role of class teachers, reveals the unique advantages of middle school Chinese teachers and class teachers. The third part is based on the close relationship between the role of Chinese teachers and the role of class teachers in the way of educational narration. This paper probes into the interaction between Chinese teaching in middle school and class teacher's work, and proves and explains the reasons why middle school Chinese teacher and class teacher have unique advantages. The fourth part combs the deficiency of middle school Chinese teacher and class teacher. On this basis, it discusses how to exert the advantages of middle school Chinese teachers and class teachers to overcome the unfavorable factors. The last part is the conclusion, which summarizes the unique advantages of Chinese teachers and class teachers, and directly faces the shortcomings. In order to better achieve the win-win language teaching and class teacher work, but also hope to provide experience for the first line middle school Chinese class teacher.
