高中英語教師職業(yè)倦怠現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查及其對策

【摘要】:教師職業(yè)倦怠作為影響教師個人職業(yè)發(fā)展和教育質(zhì)量提高的一個重要因素,多年來一直受到了心理學(xué)家和外語教育工作者們的重點(diǎn)關(guān)注。自從上世紀(jì)70年代以來,由臨床心理學(xué)家Freudenberger首先提出了職業(yè)倦怠的概念,職業(yè)倦怠是由于人們個體面臨超負(fù)荷的工作量而引起的身體上與情感上的耗竭。教師職業(yè)倦怠不僅危害著教師的身體和精神上的健康,同時對教師與同事和學(xué)生之間的關(guān)本研究以羅杰斯提出的人本主義理論;馬斯洛提出的層次需求理論為理論基礎(chǔ),針對該理論作者提出的研究問題如下:(1)當(dāng)前高中英語教師的職業(yè)倦怠水平如何(2)是什么原因引起了高中英語教師職業(yè)倦怠(3)應(yīng)該采取哪些措施去緩解高中英語教師的職業(yè)倦怠。在這種條件下,筆者在國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究的基礎(chǔ)之上,對當(dāng)前高中英語教師職業(yè)倦怠狀況進(jìn)行了實證研究與分析。通過調(diào)查問卷的分發(fā),92名教師的基本信息得到了收集,對其中20名教師進(jìn)行了訪談,根據(jù)對所收集數(shù)據(jù)的分析,筆者得出了以下主要的發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)高中英語教師整體倦怠水平不高,著重來講,教師在情感耗竭和去個性化維度上水平較高,但是低成就感方面水平很低。(2)影響高中英語教師職業(yè)倦怠的主要原因包括超負(fù)荷的工作量、復(fù)雜的師生關(guān)系與同事關(guān)系以及學(xué)生考試成績對教師能力水平之間的關(guān)系。(3)針對緩解高中英語教師職業(yè)倦怠水平,作者從社會、學(xué)校、教師個人三個方面出發(fā),發(fā)現(xiàn)三者之間應(yīng)該互相理解,互相協(xié)作才能更高效地解決存在于高中英語教師中職業(yè)倦怠的問題。在得到研究結(jié)果之后,筆者提出了一些能使教師免于遭受職業(yè)倦怠的解決方式和方法:(1)學(xué)校應(yīng)該減輕教師的工作量,從而使教師得到身體上和精神上的放松。(2)教師應(yīng)該處理好與班級學(xué)生以及辦公室同事、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)之間的和諧關(guān)系,以保證輕松愉快的工作氛圍。(3)社會、學(xué)校應(yīng)該對教師有合理的期待水平,教師個人也要提高自己的教學(xué)水平,克服自己的不足之處。作者也誠摯地希望這些發(fā)現(xiàn)和方法對于未來教師職業(yè)生涯的發(fā)展起到積極的推動作用。
[Abstract]:As an important factor affecting teachers' personal professional development and the improvement of educational quality, teacher burnout has been the focus of psychologists and foreign language educators for many years. The concept of job burnout was first put forward by clinical psychologist Freudenberger. Job burnout is the physical and emotional exhaustion caused by the individual being faced with overloaded workload. Teacher burnout not only endangers the teacher's physical and mental health. At the same time, the research between teachers, colleagues and students is based on Rogers' theory of humanism and Maslow's theory of hierarchical demand. According to the author of this theory, the research questions are as follows: 1) what is the current level of high school English teachers' job burnout? (3) what causes the high school English teachers' job burnout? 3) what measures should be taken to alleviate the high school English teaching? Teacher's job burnout. Under these conditions, On the basis of relevant studies at home and abroad, the author makes an empirical study and analysis on the current job burnout of English teachers in senior high school. The basic information of 92 teachers is collected through the distribution of questionnaires. Based on the analysis of the collected data, the author draws the following main findings: 1) the overall burnout level of English teachers in senior high school is not high. Teachers' level of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization is high, but the level of low achievement is very low. 2) the main causes of high school English teachers' job burnout include overloaded workload. The relationship between the complicated teacher-student relationship and the co-worker relationship, and the relationship between the students' test scores and the teachers' ability level, is aimed at alleviating the burnout level of English teachers in senior high school. The author sets out from three aspects: society, school and teacher. It is found that the three should understand each other and cooperate with each other in order to solve the problem of job burnout in senior high school English teachers more efficiently. The author puts forward some ways and means to save teachers from job burnout: (1) the school should reduce the workload of teachers. So that teachers get physical and mental relaxation. 2) Teachers should handle the harmonious relationship with class students and office colleagues and leaders so as to ensure a relaxed and happy working atmosphere. Schools should have a reasonable level of expectation for teachers, and teachers themselves should also improve their teaching standards. The author sincerely hopes that these findings and methods will play a positive role in the development of future teachers' career.
