【摘要】：本文通過對當前初中生課外閱讀狀況進行問卷調(diào)查獲得中學(xué)生課外閱讀現(xiàn)狀的第一手資料,通過對問卷回收分析發(fā)現(xiàn)課外閱讀教學(xué)存在的種種問題,如不受重視,指導(dǎo)有余管理不足等現(xiàn)狀提出相對應(yīng)的管理策略。由于國內(nèi)對于課外閱讀教學(xué)的管理研究資料較少,本文意在探索有效的課外閱讀教學(xué)的管理策略從而激發(fā)學(xué)生對于課外閱讀濃厚的興趣,同時使學(xué)生提高課內(nèi)閱讀、作文水平。本文結(jié)構(gòu)如下：第一部分：緒論介紹選題的背景；運用問卷調(diào)查法和個別訪談法與文獻研究法向結(jié)合,試圖探尋初中語文課外閱讀現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題；分別對語文教學(xué)管理、課堂教學(xué)管理和課外閱讀管理進行研究述評,發(fā)現(xiàn)課外閱讀教學(xué)管理方向的專著、期刊、論文都比較少。第二部分：對管理、語文教學(xué)管理和課外閱讀管理等相關(guān)概念進行綜述和界定,以奠定論文的理論基礎(chǔ),確保后續(xù)的研究有理可循。第三部分：對初中生課外閱讀現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查分析,采用問卷調(diào)查和訪談法互補進行,對羊山中學(xué)的學(xué)生及教師進行調(diào)查,調(diào)查可以反映出初中生課外閱讀的真實情況,根據(jù)這些實際情況分析產(chǎn)生問題的原因,為后文策略的提出提供依據(jù)。第四部分：提出初中語文課外閱讀教學(xué)的管理策略,從三個方面進行論述：1.營造優(yōu)良的閱讀環(huán)境。為了造優(yōu)良的閱讀環(huán)境,本文提出了三點建議策略：分階段選擇有價值的閱讀材料；分層次建設(shè)班級圖書角；分小組定期布置閱讀任務(wù)。2.設(shè)計多樣的閱讀方式：閱讀過程中遇到了精彩的文段摘抄下來并且自己寫一段文字去評價；針對某些有代表性的優(yōu)美文段進行仿寫練習。3.構(gòu)建有效的評價機制。這—部分主要強調(diào)運用過程性評價的方式對學(xué)生的課外閱讀進行評價,如開展閱讀交流會活動；適當引入競爭機制,開展各類閱讀、背誦、朗誦比賽等；以及為學(xué)生制作一個課外閱讀成果檔案袋等方式構(gòu)建評價機制。第五部分：對全文的結(jié)論總結(jié)。指出課外閱讀管理的最終目的在于提高學(xué)生的語文運用能力。
[Abstract]:Through the questionnaire survey on the current situation of extracurricular reading of junior high school students, this paper obtains first-hand information about the present situation of extracurricular reading of middle school students, and finds out the problems in extracurricular reading teaching, such as not being paid attention to, This paper puts forward the corresponding management strategies in the current situation, such as insufficient guidance and management. Because of the lack of management research materials for extracurricular reading teaching in China, The purpose of this paper is to explore effective management strategies of extracurricular reading teaching so as to stimulate students' strong interest in extra-curricular reading and at the same time to improve students' reading and composition level. The structure of this paper is as follows: the first part: introduction to the background of the topic selection; By combining questionnaire survey and individual interview with literature research, this paper attempts to explore the present situation and existing problems of Chinese reading in junior high school, and reviews the Chinese teaching management, classroom teaching management and extracurricular reading management, respectively. It is found that there are few monographs, periodicals and papers in the management direction of extracurricular reading teaching. Part two: summarize and define the related concepts such as management, Chinese teaching management and extracurricular reading management, so as to lay the theoretical foundation of the thesis. The third part: the investigation and analysis of extracurricular reading status of junior high school students, using questionnaires and interviews to carry out a complementary survey of students and teachers in Yangshan Middle School. The investigation can reflect the real situation of the junior high school students' extracurricular reading. According to these actual conditions, the paper analyzes the causes of the problems, and provides the basis for the later strategies. Part 4th: put forward the management strategy of reading teaching outside the junior middle school Chinese class. In order to create a good reading environment, this paper puts forward three suggestions: selecting valuable reading materials in stages, constructing class reading corner in different levels; Design a variety of reading methods: in the process of reading encountered wonderful excerpts from the text and write a paragraph of their own to evaluate; Third, construct an effective evaluation mechanism for some representative beautiful passages. This part mainly emphasizes the use of process evaluation to evaluate students' extracurricular reading, such as reading exchange activities; Appropriate introduction of competitive mechanisms to carry out all kinds of reading, recitation, recitation competitions and so on; In part 5th, the author summarizes the conclusion of the paper and points out that the ultimate purpose of extracurricular reading management is to improve the students' ability to use Chinese.
