芬蘭基礎教育的成就、挑戰(zhàn)與改革——基于PISA2015的分析

【摘要】:芬蘭的基礎教育舉世矚目,芬蘭學生屢次在國際學生評估項目(PISA)中斬獲佳績,這得益于芬蘭綜合學校的改革、教師教育的發(fā)展以及對教育公平與效率的卓越追求。然而,PISA2015測試結(jié)果表明芬蘭基礎教育仍面臨諸多挑戰(zhàn)。21世紀,芬蘭基礎教育又一次選擇了革新,具體措施包括改革綜合學校、頒布新的國家核心課程、實行LUMA國家發(fā)展計劃、開展新的教師教育發(fā)展計劃等,旨在提高芬蘭青少年的21世紀技能。
[Abstract]:Basic education in Finland has attracted worldwide attention, and Finnish students have repeatedly achieved good results in the International Student Assessment Program (PISAA), thanks to the reform of Finnish comprehensive schools. The development of teacher education and the pursuit of educational equity and efficiency. However, the results of the PISA2015 test show that basic education in Finland still faces many challenges in the 21st century, and that basic education in Finland has once again chosen to innovate, including through the reform of comprehensive schools. The new national core curriculum, the implementation of the LUMA National Development Plan and the new teacher Education Development Program are aimed at improving the skills of Finnish adolescents in 21th century.
