新鄉(xiāng)市校園足球布點(diǎn)學(xué)校評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的構(gòu)建研究

【摘要】:2013年5月新鄉(xiāng)市被列為河南省校園足球布點(diǎn)城市之一,此后,校園足球得到了進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,但是,由于時(shí)間短,出現(xiàn)了較多的問(wèn)題,并且各試點(diǎn)學(xué)校關(guān)于校園足球的工作并沒(méi)有一個(gè)可操作性的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)去予以評(píng)價(jià)。因此,本論文通過(guò)對(duì)新鄉(xiāng)市校園足球布點(diǎn)學(xué)校以及主管部門(mén)進(jìn)行調(diào)查,并由相關(guān)足球方面的專家進(jìn)行參與,研究構(gòu)建新鄉(xiāng)市校園足球的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,為校園足球主管部門(mén)調(diào)研校園足球開(kāi)展情況提供參考,也為新鄉(xiāng)市校園足球的進(jìn)一步開(kāi)展提供一些可參考的理論依據(jù)。本研究采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、專家訪談法、特爾菲法、層次分析法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法和邏輯分析法,在對(duì)新鄉(xiāng)市校園足球整體情況調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,研究構(gòu)建新鄉(xiāng)市校園足球的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系并在新鄉(xiāng)市校園足球布點(diǎn)學(xué)校進(jìn)行試測(cè)評(píng),最后得出以下結(jié)論:1、新鄉(xiāng)市校園足球聯(lián)賽結(jié)構(gòu)、校內(nèi)活動(dòng)、條件保障上還存在著一定的問(wèn)題,不斷提升校園足球開(kāi)展的水平,建立科學(xué)完善的評(píng)價(jià)體系是必要的。2、構(gòu)成新鄉(xiāng)市校園足球布點(diǎn)學(xué)校評(píng)價(jià)體系的一級(jí)指標(biāo)有五個(gè)分別是:校外競(jìng)賽、校內(nèi)活動(dòng)、師資隊(duì)伍、足球文化和工作保障,其中校內(nèi)活動(dòng)是評(píng)價(jià)各布點(diǎn)學(xué)校的最重要的指標(biāo)。3、構(gòu)成新鄉(xiāng)市校園足球布點(diǎn)學(xué)校評(píng)價(jià)體系二級(jí)指標(biāo)一共有26個(gè),分別是:校外競(jìng)賽、年度成績(jī)、注冊(cè)情況、比賽行為、球員輸送、校外聯(lián)賽、年度成績(jī)、注冊(cè)情況、校本課程、足球教學(xué)、活動(dòng)時(shí)數(shù)、參加人數(shù)、校內(nèi)比賽、足球校隊(duì)、足球活動(dòng)、訓(xùn)練營(yíng)、各級(jí)宣傳、師資培訓(xùn)、年齡結(jié)構(gòu)、學(xué)歷結(jié)構(gòu)、激勵(lì)措施、刊物發(fā)表、組織機(jī)構(gòu)、規(guī)章制度、經(jīng)費(fèi)、設(shè)施及裝備。4、新鄉(xiāng)市校園足球布點(diǎn)學(xué)校評(píng)價(jià)體系指標(biāo)權(quán)重分配為:一級(jí)指標(biāo)中校外競(jìng)賽占16分,校內(nèi)活動(dòng)占42分,師資隊(duì)伍占10分,足球文化占6分,工作保障占26分;二級(jí)指標(biāo)體系每一項(xiàng)也有相對(duì)應(yīng)的分值,各布點(diǎn)學(xué)校可以對(duì)照各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行實(shí)際操作、自評(píng)或互評(píng)等。5、新鄉(xiāng)市校園足球布點(diǎn)學(xué)校根據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)體系試測(cè)評(píng)發(fā)現(xiàn),小學(xué)校園足球開(kāi)展情況比初中好。6、新鄉(xiāng)市校園足球布點(diǎn)學(xué)校對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)體系試測(cè)評(píng)得分不高主要因?yàn)?第一,精力用于校外競(jìng)賽的部分過(guò)多;第二,校內(nèi)活動(dòng)開(kāi)展不足,足球校本課程沒(méi)有開(kāi)發(fā),每節(jié)足球課沒(méi)有保證;第三,經(jīng)費(fèi)沒(méi)有落實(shí),對(duì)校園足球指導(dǎo)員、體育教師激勵(lì)政策不足;第四,校園足球的校、區(qū)、市、國(guó)家級(jí)的宣傳力度不夠。根據(jù)以上結(jié)論,提出相應(yīng)的建議如下:1、新鄉(xiāng)市校園足球各布點(diǎn)學(xué)校能夠?qū)φ赵撛u(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,將本校校園足球發(fā)展落到實(shí)處。2、各布點(diǎn)校園足球發(fā)展要將更多的精力放在校內(nèi)足球活動(dòng)上,尤其是足球的課堂教學(xué)。3、各布點(diǎn)學(xué)校校加大對(duì)于校園足球宣傳的力度。4、新鄉(xiāng)市校園足球領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組以及各布點(diǎn)學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)要將經(jīng)費(fèi)落實(shí)。5、各布點(diǎn)學(xué)校要加大足球校本課程的開(kāi)發(fā)。
