【摘要】：中小學(xué)生是祖國(guó)的未來(lái),改革中小學(xué)生的《體育與健康》課程能夠有效提高中小學(xué)生對(duì)《體育與健康》課程的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。本題通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)資料、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)和邏輯歸納等研究方法以郴州市蘇仙區(qū)、北湖區(qū)11所學(xué)校的1245名師生為調(diào)查對(duì)象,研究郴州市中小學(xué)《體育與健康》的教學(xué)改革情況。結(jié)果顯示:郴州市中小學(xué)校大部分開(kāi)展了《體育與健康》課程教學(xué)改革,在執(zhí)行新課標(biāo)方面絕大多數(shù)都執(zhí)行了新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求;在教學(xué)目標(biāo)的選取上以追求學(xué)生掌握基本運(yùn)動(dòng)技能居多,一定程度上忽略了學(xué)生體育興趣的培養(yǎng)和體育鍛煉習(xí)慣的養(yǎng)成;在教學(xué)內(nèi)容的選擇上較過(guò)去更多樣化,但大多數(shù)體育教師選擇《體育與健康》課程內(nèi)容時(shí)對(duì)學(xué)生的身心特點(diǎn)以及體育興趣未做充分的考慮,體育教學(xué)內(nèi)容的選擇受考試達(dá)標(biāo)項(xiàng)目和學(xué)校場(chǎng)地器材影響較大;郴州市中小學(xué)校場(chǎng)地器材基本能滿足師生教學(xué)的要求,但也有一部分學(xué)校依然缺乏場(chǎng)地器材的情況,急需給予建設(shè)完善;在對(duì)學(xué)生《體育與健康》課程的期末評(píng)價(jià)上主要是以教師考評(píng)的方式,評(píng)價(jià)主體較單一。制約郴州市中小學(xué)體育教學(xué)改革發(fā)展的因素有:《體育與健康》課程在中小學(xué)地位較低;體育教師的福利待遇令人尷尬;學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視程度不夠,體育課被“邊緣化”;體育教師教學(xué)態(tài)度需改變,改善《體育與健康》課“缺吸引力”等問(wèn)題。對(duì)策:樹(shù)立新的《體育與健康》課程理念,加大新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的實(shí)施力度;吸收政府撥款、社會(huì)資本、個(gè)人捐款等資金投入體育基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),因地制宜,創(chuàng)造體育器材,改善郴州市中小學(xué)體育教學(xué)物質(zhì)環(huán)境;加大教師的培訓(xùn)力度,提高教師的綜合素養(yǎng)和執(zhí)教能力;組建校長(zhǎng)負(fù)責(zé)制的中小學(xué)體育教學(xué)改革小組,加大執(zhí)法及領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力度的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Primary and middle school students are the future of our country. The reform of physical education and health course of primary and middle school students can effectively improve the interest of primary and middle school students in the course of physical education and health. The methods of mathematical statistics and logical induction were based on 1245 teachers and students in 11 schools in Suxian District, Chenzhou City. This paper studies the teaching reform of physical Education and Health in primary and middle schools in Chenzhou. The results show that most of the primary and secondary schools in Chenzhou have carried out the teaching reform of PE and Health course. In the implementation of the new curriculum standards, most of them have carried out the requirements of the new curriculum standards, in the selection of teaching objectives to pursue the students to master basic sports skills, to a certain extent neglected the cultivation of students' interest in physical education and the formation of physical exercise habits; The choice of teaching content is more diversified than in the past, but most PE teachers do not give enough consideration to the students' physical and mental characteristics and their interest in physical education when they choose the content of P.E. and Health. The selection of physical education content is greatly affected by the items of meeting the test standards and the school site equipment. In Chenzhou, primary and secondary schools can basically meet the teaching requirements of teachers and students, but some schools still lack the site equipment. In the final evaluation of the students' physical Education and Health course, it is mainly in the form of teachers' evaluation. The factors restricting the reform and development of PE teaching in Chenzhou are as follows: the status of PE and Health in primary and secondary schools is low; the welfare treatment of PE teachers is embarrassing; the school leaders pay less attention to it. Physical education class is "marginalized", PE teachers' teaching attitude needs to be changed, and "lack of attractiveness" of PE and Health course should be improved. Countermeasures: setting up a new concept of PE and Health Curriculum and strengthening the implementation of New Curriculum Standards; To absorb government funds, social capital and personal donations into the construction of sports infrastructure, to create sports equipment, to improve the physical environment of physical education in primary and secondary schools in Chenzhou, and to increase the training of teachers, To improve the teachers' comprehensive accomplishment and teaching ability, to set up the reform group of physical education in primary and middle schools under the principal responsibility system, and to strengthen the countermeasures of enforcing the law and leading force.
