江西省中小學廣播體操開展現(xiàn)狀及對策研究

【摘要】:中小學廣播體操在我國開展已有十多年(1998--2016),是學校課間體育活動不可或缺的部分。中小學廣播體操以增強學生體質(zhì)、培養(yǎng)身心健康發(fā)展為目標。通過中小學廣播體操的開展,對提升學生的審美觀、培養(yǎng)學生良好的鍛煉習慣、提高學習效率等有重要影響,已成為培養(yǎng)學生自我鍛煉習慣的主要形式之一,F(xiàn)行中小學廣播體操的編排設(shè)計科學合理,符合中小學生身心發(fā)展規(guī)律,但實踐中中小學廣播體操開展卻不盡如人意;诖,本文運用問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法、實地考察法、邏輯分析法等方法,對江西省11個市部分中小學的廣播體操開展的現(xiàn)狀情況進行了調(diào)查,研究認為江西省中小學廣播體操開展實際的整體現(xiàn)狀良好,但實施過程中仍存在著一些問題:1、中小學生對參與廣播體操的積極性不高;2、學生參與廣播體操注重外在形式忽略了練習質(zhì)量;3、在硬件方面,部分中小學體育場地設(shè)施難以保障廣播體操的開展;4、缺乏比賽等形式的交流活動,制約了中小學廣播體操質(zhì)量提高;5、學校體育教師專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不完善,難以滿足中學廣播體操教學訓練的實際需求;廣播體操在中小學實際開展中難以做到系統(tǒng)性、連續(xù)性。針對江西省中小學廣播體操目前存在的問題,提出了相應的對策:1、提高學生自身對廣播體操的認知,促進學生練習的積極性;2、加大中小學校體育場地設(shè)施建設(shè),保障學生廣播體操順利開展;3、加強比賽交流,提高練習質(zhì)量;4、優(yōu)化體育教師專業(yè)知識結(jié)構(gòu),提高廣播體操的教學訓練水平;5、從宏觀方面上:讓自編操成為廣播體操的輔助形式,有助于廣播體操開展的系統(tǒng)性和連續(xù)性。
[Abstract]:Radio gymnastics in primary and secondary schools has been carried out in our country for more than ten years from 1998 to 2016, and it is an indispensable part of school sports activities between classes. The goal of radio gymnastics in primary and secondary schools is to strengthen students' physique and develop their physical and mental health. It accords with the law of physical and mental development of primary and middle school students, but it is not satisfactory in practice. Based on this, this paper uses the methods of questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics, field investigation, logic analysis, etc. The present situation of radio gymnastics in some primary and secondary schools in 11 cities of Jiangxi Province is investigated, and it is concluded that the actual overall situation of radio gymnastics in primary and middle schools in Jiangxi Province is good. However, in the process of implementation, there are still some problems: 1. The enthusiasm of primary and middle school students to participate in radio gymnastics is not high. Students pay attention to the external form of radio gymnastics and neglect the quality of exercise. In the aspect of hardware, Some sports facilities in primary and secondary schools are difficult to guarantee the development of radio gymnastics and lack of communication activities in the form of competition, which restricts the improvement of the quality of radio gymnastics in primary and secondary schools and the imperfect professional structure of school PE teachers. It is difficult to meet the actual needs of the teaching and training of radio gymnastics in middle schools, and it is difficult to achieve systematization and continuity in the actual development of radio gymnastics in primary and secondary schools. This paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures: 1, to improve the students' own cognition of radio gymnastics, to promote the enthusiasm of students to practice, to increase the construction of sports facilities in middle and primary schools, to ensure the smooth development of students' radio gymnastics, and to strengthen the exchange of competitions. To improve the quality of practice, optimize the structure of PE teachers' professional knowledge, improve the teaching and training level of radio gymnastics. From the macro aspect: let self-compiling exercise become the auxiliary form of broadcast gymnastics, which is helpful to the system and continuity of the development of broadcasting gymnastics.
