初中生靈敏素質(zhì)特色操創(chuàng)編及實(shí)證研究

【摘要】:靈敏素質(zhì)是滿足身體基本運(yùn)動(dòng)的綜合素質(zhì),初中階段是鍛煉和提高靈敏素質(zhì)的黃金期,而2010年第三次《國民體質(zhì)測試(學(xué)生部分)》結(jié)果顯示出現(xiàn)當(dāng)代初中生身體條素質(zhì)差、體質(zhì)虛弱、運(yùn)動(dòng)能力不足,F(xiàn)今很多地區(qū)的初中學(xué)校體育課上對學(xué)生的身體素質(zhì)鍛煉主要看重的是體育中考項(xiàng)目成績的提高,對于力量、柔韌、速度與耐力的練習(xí)很多,但很容易忽略靈敏素質(zhì)的練習(xí),把靈敏素質(zhì)的獲得寄托在其他運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目的練習(xí)上,靈敏素質(zhì)作為五大身體素質(zhì)之一,卻沒有得到相等的重視程度。筆者以初中生身體素質(zhì)現(xiàn)狀為出發(fā)點(diǎn),依據(jù)《國家學(xué)生體質(zhì)健標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》對初中生體育運(yùn)動(dòng)的考核要求,遵循靈敏素質(zhì)發(fā)展的敏感期,創(chuàng)編出一套動(dòng)作簡單易學(xué)、風(fēng)格新穎、內(nèi)容時(shí)尚的靈敏素質(zhì)特色操,以用于提高初中生的靈敏素質(zhì),豐富靈敏素質(zhì)練習(xí)方式,為創(chuàng)新靈敏素質(zhì)練習(xí)方法提供了新思路。筆者從文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、實(shí)驗(yàn)法、對比分析法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法對本文進(jìn)行研究與撰寫,主要分析靈敏素質(zhì)特色操創(chuàng)編的原則、特點(diǎn)、框架結(jié)構(gòu)與注意事項(xiàng),經(jīng)過各步驟的詳細(xì)分析和專家導(dǎo)師的審核與指導(dǎo),然后進(jìn)行推廣教學(xué)與實(shí)證研究。實(shí)證研究以成都市西北中學(xué)為實(shí)驗(yàn)對象,共有100名受試者接受調(diào)查與研究,主要進(jìn)行的是靈敏素質(zhì)特色操的介紹與指導(dǎo)、教學(xué)與訓(xùn)練、靈敏素質(zhì)的前測與后測以及數(shù)據(jù)的采集與分析。在教學(xué)過程中,根據(jù)靈敏素質(zhì)的特點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)了階段式教學(xué)訓(xùn)練方法,各階段有不同的教學(xué)目標(biāo)與要求,運(yùn)用不同的教學(xué)方法與學(xué)習(xí)方法,完成一個(gè)階段后再進(jìn)行下一階段的教學(xué)訓(xùn)練,避免動(dòng)作自動(dòng)化后靈敏素質(zhì)進(jìn)步停滯不前的現(xiàn)象發(fā)生,減輕學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)和鍛煉的壓力,提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量。在靈敏素質(zhì)測試中分為前測和后測,前測數(shù)據(jù)作為與后測數(shù)據(jù)對比分析的基礎(chǔ),并得出初中生經(jīng)過靈敏素質(zhì)特色操的練習(xí)后,靈敏素質(zhì)的進(jìn)步率高達(dá)90%,其數(shù)據(jù)效標(biāo)有效性合理,可信度達(dá)標(biāo),運(yùn)動(dòng)負(fù)荷量適當(dāng),滿足了科學(xué)健身的要求。本次實(shí)證研究得到了受試者們的一致好評,受試者們反映靈敏素質(zhì)特操很有意義,簡單易學(xué),而且風(fēng)格獨(dú)特,比傳統(tǒng)練習(xí)方式更容易提起練習(xí)的興趣。該校的體育組王老師對本次實(shí)證研究也給予了很大的指導(dǎo)與幫助,他指出學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)靈敏素質(zhì)特色操的過程中學(xué)習(xí)興趣很濃厚,課后也會(huì)主動(dòng)練習(xí),但在該校中女老師很少,對于操類教學(xué)主要以廣播操和課間操為主,靈敏素質(zhì)特色操可以作為課余體育鍛煉的一種新思路,豐富和創(chuàng)新了學(xué)校大課間活動(dòng)的方式。
[Abstract]:The sensitive quality is the comprehensive quality to satisfy the basic movement of the body, the junior middle school stage is the golden period of training and improving the sensitive quality, and in 2010, the third National physique Test (part of the students) results show that the physical quality of the contemporary junior middle school students is poor. Physical fitness is weak and athletic ability is inadequate. In physical education classes in many regions of junior high schools, students' physical fitness exercises are mainly focused on the improvement of the results of the physical examination items. There are a lot of exercises for strength, flexibility, speed and endurance. However, it is easy to ignore the practice of the sensitive quality, and place the acquisition of the sensitive quality on the exercise of other sports, which is one of the five major physical qualities. The author, based on the current situation of junior high school students' physical fitness, followed the sensitive period of the development of the sensitive quality according to the requirements of the National Standards of physical Fitness for Junior High School students. To create a set of easy to learn actions, novel style, fashionable content of sensitive quality exercises to improve the sensitivity of junior high school students, rich sensitive quality exercises, The author studied and wrote this paper from the methods of literature, questionnaire, experiment, comparative analysis and mathematical statistics, and mainly analyzed the principles of creative exercises with sensitive qualities. Characteristics, framework structure and points for attention, after detailed analysis of each step and the examination and guidance of expert mentors, then the promotion of teaching and empirical research. The empirical study takes Chengdu Northwest Middle School as the experimental object. A total of 100 subjects were investigated and studied. The main subjects were the introduction and instruction, teaching and training, pre-test and post-test of sensitive quality and data collection and analysis. According to the characteristic of sensitive quality, this paper designs the method of teaching and training in stages. Each stage has different teaching objectives and requirements, and different teaching methods and learning methods are used to complete one stage and then carry on the next stage of teaching and training. To avoid the phenomenon of agility and stagnation after action automation, to reduce the pressure of students' study and exercise, and to improve the teaching quality, which can be divided into pre-test and post-test in the test of sensitive diathesis. The pre-test data is used as the basis of comparison and analysis with the post-test data, and it is concluded that the improvement rate of the sensitive quality of junior high school students is as high as 90 after the practice of the characteristic exercises of sensitive quality. The validity of the data standard is reasonable, the reliability is up to the standard, and the exercise load is appropriate. It meets the requirements of scientific fitness. This empirical study has been well received by the subjects, who reflect sensitive qualities, which are very meaningful, easy to learn, and unique in style. It is easier to bring up the interest in practice than the traditional way of practicing. Mr. Wang, the physical education group of the school, has also given a lot of guidance and help in this empirical study. He points out that students are very interested in learning characteristic exercises with sensitive qualities. They also take the initiative to practice after class, but there are very few female teachers in the school. For the teaching of gymnastics, it is mainly broadcast exercises and class exercises. The characteristic exercises with sensitive qualities can be regarded as a new way of taking physical exercise after school. Enriches and innovates the school big recess activity way.
