【摘要】：黨的十八大正式提出以“三個倡導(dǎo)”為基本內(nèi)容的社會主義核心價值觀,是對社會主義核心價值體系的凝練和概括,它從國家長遠戰(zhàn)略和現(xiàn)實需要的角度出發(fā),以精簡的文字、規(guī)范的要求從國家、社會和個人三個層面,突出國家富強、社會和諧和個人健康發(fā)展的主題。中共中央特別強調(diào)指出,“培育和踐行社會主義核心價值觀要從小抓起、從學校抓起”。我國是傳統(tǒng)的農(nóng)業(yè)大國,農(nóng)業(yè)人口眾多的現(xiàn)狀決定了我國素質(zhì)教育的重點在農(nóng)村,農(nóng)村初級中學素質(zhì)教育作為國民教育的基礎(chǔ)環(huán)節(jié),它發(fā)展的高度,決定著中國教育發(fā)展和國民素質(zhì)的高度。究竟農(nóng)村初級中學社會主義核心價值觀教育的現(xiàn)狀怎樣?存在什么問題?該如何解決存在的問題?這一系列問題一直困擾著人們的思維,作為對這一類問題的回應(yīng),本文以學校教育為視角,對以楚雄州大姚縣三所中學為典型的社會主義核心價值觀教育進行了研究。本研究由四個部分組成。第一部分,筆者在借鑒前人研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,分析社會主義核心價值觀的內(nèi)涵和邏輯,進而分析農(nóng)村初級中學社會主義核心價值觀教育及其價值、特性和現(xiàn)實基礎(chǔ),為本文研究的深入打下了良好的基礎(chǔ)。第二部分,在實際調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,分析當前農(nóng)村初級中學社會主義核心價值觀教育現(xiàn)狀及成效。第三部分,對農(nóng)村初級中學社會主義核心價值觀教育存在的問題及影響因素進行分析,明確問題及原因所在。第四部分,針對目前農(nóng)村初級中學社會主義核心價值觀教育過程中存在的問題,立足學校和學生實際,從提高重視程度,完善學校管理;明確教育目標,細化教育內(nèi)容;充實教育主體,構(gòu)建教育體系;凝聚育人合力,拓寬育人渠道;創(chuàng)新測評方法,完善測評體系這五個方面為加強農(nóng)村初級中學社會主義核心價值觀教育提供了可操作性的建議。
[Abstract]:The Party's 18 National Congress formally put forward the socialist core values with the "three advocacy" as its basic content, which is a condensed and summary of the socialist core value system. It takes into account the long-term strategic and realistic needs of the country and takes the text of the socialist core as a concise text. The requirements of the norms focus on the national, social and individual aspects, highlighting the themes of national prosperity, social harmony and the healthy development of the individual. The CPC Central Committee has especially stressed that, "to cultivate and practice the core values of socialism, we must start from an early age." China is a traditional agricultural country. The present situation of large agricultural population determines that the focus of quality education in our country lies in the countryside. As the basic link of national education, the quality education of rural junior middle schools is highly developed. It determines the development of Chinese education and the height of national quality. What is the current situation of socialist core values education in rural junior middle schools? What's the problem? How to solve the existing problems? This series of questions has been puzzling people's thinking, as a response to this kind of problems, this article takes the school education as the angle of view. This paper studies the education of socialist core values, which is typical of three middle schools in Dayao County, Chuxiong Prefecture. The study consists of four parts. The first part, the author draws lessons from the previous research results. This paper analyzes the connotation and logic of socialist core values, and then analyzes the socialist core values education, its value, characteristics and realistic basis of rural junior middle schools, which lays a good foundation for the further study of this paper. On the basis of actual investigation, this paper analyzes the present situation and effect of socialist core values education in rural junior middle schools. The third part analyzes the existing problems and influencing factors of socialist core values education in rural junior middle schools. Part 4th, aiming at the problems existing in the process of socialist core values education in rural junior middle schools, based on the reality of schools and students, from improving the degree of attention, perfecting the school management, defining the educational objectives, Refine the content of education, enrich the main body of education, construct the educational system, combine the force of educating people, widen the channels of educating people, innovate the evaluation method, These five aspects provide operable suggestions for strengthening socialist core values education in rural junior middle schools.
