新高考背景下地理教師對(duì)學(xué)生職業(yè)指導(dǎo)教育的研究

【摘要】:按照我國21世紀(jì)中葉,基本實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化的目標(biāo)要求,培養(yǎng)數(shù)以億計(jì)的高素質(zhì)勞動(dòng)者和數(shù)以萬計(jì)的高素質(zhì)專門人才,是關(guān)系21世紀(jì)社會(huì)主義事業(yè)發(fā)展的全局性問題。在社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)不斷發(fā)展,對(duì)人才要求越來越高的今天,如何幫助高中學(xué)生認(rèn)識(shí)自我、了解職業(yè)、規(guī)劃人生,如何實(shí)現(xiàn)人生價(jià)值,將成為我國基礎(chǔ)教育關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。2014年9月,國務(wù)院頒發(fā)《關(guān)于深化考試招生制度改革的實(shí)施意見》,標(biāo)志著新高考正式啟動(dòng)。學(xué)生在進(jìn)入高中不久就將面臨人生第一次對(duì)未來發(fā)展至關(guān)重要的選擇,如何幫助學(xué)生正確把握學(xué)科特點(diǎn),分析大學(xué)專業(yè)及其未來就業(yè)去向和就業(yè)動(dòng)態(tài),幫助學(xué)生樹立正確人生觀、職業(yè)觀以及崇高人生理想,就成了普通高中需要面對(duì)的首要問題。加之國家和社會(huì)發(fā)展的迫切需要,職業(yè)指導(dǎo)教育在高中開展勢(shì)在必行,也是我國基礎(chǔ)教育發(fā)展的內(nèi)在要求和必然條件。本文研究從相關(guān)問題出發(fā),力圖通過探究提高職業(yè)指導(dǎo)教育的針對(duì)性和實(shí)用性,為我國高中職業(yè)指導(dǎo)教育的開展提供一定借鑒。論文共分為四部分,第一部分主要介紹論文的研究背景和意義,說明國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀以及本論文的研究目的和內(nèi)容,最后闡明論文寫作過程中的思路和所用到的方法,以及對(duì)文中涉及到的核心概念進(jìn)行界定。第二部分主要闡述文中所用到的理論基礎(chǔ),包括生涯發(fā)展理論和人職匹配理論。第三部分是關(guān)于新高考的分析,以先行試點(diǎn)的上海市和浙江省為例,說明新高考考試科目的具體設(shè)置和試行措施,包括考試科目的選定,分值的賦予以及考試時(shí)間的安排等。最后指出新高考的新特點(diǎn)和新理念,強(qiáng)調(diào)新高考“新”在什么地方。第四部分是地理教師進(jìn)行職業(yè)指導(dǎo)教育的探究,首先根據(jù)我國高中職業(yè)指導(dǎo)教育的現(xiàn)狀,說明地理教師進(jìn)行職業(yè)指導(dǎo)教育的必要性,并結(jié)合地理學(xué)科的特點(diǎn)和地理教師自身特色,分析地理教師進(jìn)行職業(yè)指導(dǎo)教育的獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢(shì)。努力探索適合當(dāng)前國情,適合地理教師的指導(dǎo)途徑,并舉出具體事例加以說明。最后對(duì)地理教師進(jìn)行職業(yè)指導(dǎo)教育提出要求,以保證職業(yè)指導(dǎo)教育在高中順利實(shí)施,持續(xù)發(fā)展,并取得一定成效。通過本文研究,希望引起大家對(duì)職業(yè)指導(dǎo)教育的高度重視,努力完善相關(guān)法律、法規(guī),不斷促進(jìn)職業(yè)指導(dǎo)教育在高中順利實(shí)施,使學(xué)生在接受職業(yè)指導(dǎo)教育后,能在高中這個(gè)關(guān)鍵階段科學(xué)選擇出適合自己的科目、專業(yè),規(guī)劃好自己的職業(yè)發(fā)展,在今后人生道路中有清晰目標(biāo),為社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)貢獻(xiàn)一份力量。
[Abstract]:In the middle of 21th century, China basically realized the goal of modernization and trained hundreds of millions of high-quality workers and tens of thousands of high-quality specialized personnel. In 21th century, the development of socialist cause is related to the overall problem. Today, when the social economy continues to develop and demands more and more talented people, how to help high school students understand themselves, understand their profession, plan their life, how to realize the value of life, Will become the focus of our country's basic education. September 2014, The State Council has issued "opinions on the implementation of deepening the Reform of the examination and enrollment system", which marks the official start of the new college entrance examination. Students will be faced with the first crucial choice in their life for the future development soon after entering high school. How to help students grasp the characteristics of the subject correctly, analyze the future employment and employment trends of university majors, and help students to set up a correct outlook on life, occupation and lofty ideals of life. In addition to the urgent need of national and social development, vocational guidance education is imperative in senior high schools. It is also an inherent requirement and necessary condition for the development of basic education in our country. This paper tries to improve the pertinence and practicability of vocational guidance education by exploring the relevant problems. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part mainly introduces the research background and significance of the paper, explains the current research situation at home and abroad, and the purpose and content of this paper. At last, it explains the ideas and methods used in the process of writing the thesis, as well as the definition of the core concepts involved in the paper. The second part mainly expounds the theoretical basis used in the paper. The third part is about the analysis of the new college entrance examination, taking Shanghai and Zhejiang Province as examples, to illustrate the specific design and trial measures of the new college entrance examination subjects, including the selection of the examination subjects. Finally, it points out the new features and new ideas of the new college entrance examination, and emphasizes where the new college entrance examination "new" lies. Part 4th is the exploration of geography teachers' vocational guidance education. First of all, according to the present situation of vocational guidance education in senior high school in our country, this paper explains the necessity of vocational guidance education for geography teachers, and combines the characteristics of geography and geography teachers. This paper analyzes on the unique advantages of vocational guidance education for geography teachers, tries hard to explore the guiding ways suitable for the current national conditions and geography teachers, and gives some concrete examples to illustrate them. Finally, it puts forward the requirements for geography teachers to carry out vocational guidance education. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of vocational guidance education in high school, sustainable development, and achieve certain results. Through this study, I hope to cause people to attach great importance to vocational guidance education, and strive to improve the relevant laws and regulations, To continuously promote the smooth implementation of vocational guidance education in senior high schools, so that students can scientifically choose subjects, major and plan their own career development at this critical stage of senior high school after receiving vocational guidance education. In the future, there are clear goals in the road of life, to contribute to the socialist modernization drive.
