朱熹“人本教育”對當(dāng)代語文教育的啟示

【摘要】:朱熹是南宋時(shí)期的一位教育家、思想家和哲學(xué)家,在繼承發(fā)揚(yáng)前人教育思想的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合自己數(shù)十年的教育實(shí)踐和教育經(jīng)驗(yàn)加以改革,形成了自己特有的教育思想,其教育思想對后世產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)的影響。本文從研究朱熹的“人本教育”入手,進(jìn)而論述我國當(dāng)代語文教學(xué)中所存在的不足。文章主要分為三個(gè)部分:第一部分,主要對朱熹“人本教育”理念的研究。朱熹“人本教育”的理念主要是通過的他的教育內(nèi)容和教育方法體現(xiàn)的,朱熹針對不同年齡階段學(xué)生的身心發(fā)展特點(diǎn),制定了不同的教育內(nèi)容,小學(xué)階段的內(nèi)容主要集中在兒童的禮儀規(guī)范和倫理道德這兩個(gè)方面,大學(xué)教學(xué)的內(nèi)容主要以“修身、治人”為主。為了使這些內(nèi)容對學(xué)生產(chǎn)生最大影響,朱熹在授課時(shí)要求學(xué)生按一定順序自我完成對文本的分析,在學(xué)生分析文本的過程中,他會(huì)適時(shí)的給予學(xué)生啟發(fā)和糾正,使學(xué)生在獨(dú)立思考和老師引導(dǎo)的基礎(chǔ)上,獲得知識(shí),完善自我,從而明白自身的獨(dú)特價(jià)值和意義。第二部分,主要是對當(dāng)代語文教育現(xiàn)狀的分析。在教育過程中,由于學(xué)校和家長對分?jǐn)?shù)的過度重視,導(dǎo)致老師在閱讀教學(xué)中重知識(shí)的傳授,輕人文解讀;在寫作教學(xué)的過程,只注重應(yīng)試模板的訓(xùn)練,忽視學(xué)生真實(shí)情感的抒發(fā);導(dǎo)致很多青少年學(xué)生徒有大量的書本知識(shí),卻缺乏最基本的道德品質(zhì)。第三部分,本章筆者主要是從朱熹“人本教育”理念入手,對以上語文教學(xué)中的不好現(xiàn)象提出的一些改善建議,即人的全面發(fā)展應(yīng)以德為先、德育教育與人的持續(xù)性發(fā)展相連、教師在教學(xué)中應(yīng)注重人文性的滲透、人文性的滲透應(yīng)尊重學(xué)生的個(gè)別差異性。期望教師能借鑒朱熹人本教育理念里的精髓部分,把我們的語文教育發(fā)展成注重以人為本,充滿人性,充滿創(chuàng)造力的注重學(xué)生身心發(fā)展的學(xué)科。
[Abstract]:Zhu Xi was an educator, thinker and philosopher in the Southern Song Dynasty. On the basis of inheriting and carrying forward his predecessors' educational thought, Zhu Xi reformed his educational practice and experience for decades and formed his own unique educational thought. His educational thought has a profound influence on later generations. This paper begins with the study of Zhu Xi's "Humanism Education", and then discusses the shortcomings of contemporary Chinese teaching in China. The article is divided into three parts: the first part, The main research on Zhu Xi's idea of "humanism education". The concept of "humanistic education" is mainly embodied through his educational contents and methods. Zhu Xi aims at the characteristics of the physical and mental development of students of different ages. Different educational contents have been formulated. In primary school, the contents are mainly focused on the two aspects of children's etiquette and ethics, and the contents of college teaching are mainly "self-cultivation," In order to make these contents have the greatest impact on the students, Zhu Xi asked the students to complete the analysis of the text in a certain order. In the course of the students' analysis of the text, he will give the students timely inspiration and correction. On the basis of independent thinking and teachers' guidance, students can acquire knowledge and perfect themselves, so as to understand their own unique value and significance. The second part is the analysis of the present situation of contemporary Chinese education. Due to the excessive attention paid by schools and parents to scores, teachers pay more attention to the teaching of knowledge than to the interpretation of humanities in reading teaching, pay attention to the training of exam-oriented templates only in the process of writing teaching, and neglect the expression of students' real feelings. As a result, many young students only have a lot of book knowledge, but lack the most basic moral quality. Part three, the author of this chapter is mainly from Zhu Xi's "humanistic education" concept, Some suggestions are put forward to improve the bad phenomena in Chinese teaching above, that is, the overall development of people should be based on morality, moral education should be linked with the continuous development of people, and teachers should pay attention to the penetration of humanism in teaching. The permeation of humanism should respect the individual differences of students. It is expected that teachers can learn from the quintessence of Zhu Xi's humanistic education concept, and develop our Chinese education into a people-oriented, full of human nature. A creative discipline that focuses on the physical and mental development of students.
