【摘要】:教師專業(yè)發(fā)展包括教師的職業(yè)認(rèn)同度,教師的專業(yè)知識(shí)和技能與教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展的需求。20世紀(jì)60年來(lái)以來(lái),以美國(guó)為代表的西方國(guó)家興起了教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的研究,教師專業(yè)發(fā)展已經(jīng)成為一種新趨勢(shì)。我國(guó)也于20世界90年代開(kāi)始對(duì)其進(jìn)行研究,然而當(dāng)時(shí)我國(guó)用于教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的研究在很大程度上以提高教師的專業(yè)知識(shí)和技能為目標(biāo),忽略了教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的內(nèi)在需求。雖然國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的相關(guān)的研究比較多,但關(guān)于高中英語(yǔ)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展和個(gè)人因素對(duì)其的影響方面的調(diào)查研究仍然不夠多。本文旨在調(diào)查高中英語(yǔ)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,著重研究教師的個(gè)人因素,如性別,年齡,職稱,教育背景對(duì)高中英語(yǔ)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的影響。本次研究問(wèn)題如下:1.錦州市高中英語(yǔ)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀如何?2.錦州市高中英語(yǔ)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的基本情況及個(gè)人因素對(duì)其專業(yè)發(fā)展有什么樣的影響,如:性別,年齡,職稱,教育背景?研究由來(lái)自遼寧省錦州市6所高級(jí)中學(xué)150名教師參加,研究數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)自調(diào)查問(wèn)卷和訪談。在數(shù)據(jù)處理方面用SPSS軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析,最后在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行分析研究。研究結(jié)果表明:首先,錦州市高中英語(yǔ)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀可以從以下三方面來(lái)分析:從教師職業(yè)的信念和態(tài)度上來(lái)看,高中英語(yǔ)教師熱愛(ài)教育事業(yè),對(duì)工作充滿信心,但也有一部分教師對(duì)工作環(huán)境不滿意;從教師專業(yè)知識(shí)和專業(yè)能力上來(lái)看,高中英語(yǔ)教師都認(rèn)為他們的英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)法知識(shí)、閱讀能力較好,而大部分教師語(yǔ)音語(yǔ)調(diào)、口語(yǔ)交際能力仍需提高。從科研方面來(lái)看,高中英語(yǔ)教師中只有少數(shù)人進(jìn)行科研,需提高科研的熱情和能力;從教師專業(yè)發(fā)展需求上來(lái)看,高中英語(yǔ)教師自我專業(yè)發(fā)展意識(shí)強(qiáng)烈,急需提高理論素質(zhì)和科研能力。其次,教師個(gè)人因素對(duì)專業(yè)發(fā)展的影響顯著,性別,年齡,職稱,教育背景對(duì)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的不同方面有不同的影響。女性的職業(yè)認(rèn)同度高于男性,并且它隨年齡增加而增高,研究生學(xué)歷的教師職業(yè)認(rèn)同度高于其他教師。性別對(duì)教師的專業(yè)知識(shí)和技能沒(méi)有顯著影響,它隨著學(xué)歷和職稱的升高而增強(qiáng)。擁有碩士學(xué)歷的教師專業(yè)發(fā)展需求最高,而年齡大的教師偏低。
[Abstract]:Teachers' professional development includes teachers' professional identity, teachers' professional knowledge and skills, and teachers' professional development. Since the 20th century, research on teachers' professional development has emerged in western countries, represented by the United States. Teachers' professional development has become a new trend. Our country began to study it in 90s. However, at that time, the research of teachers' professional development in our country aimed to improve teachers' professional knowledge and skills to a large extent. Ignoring the inherent needs of teacher professional development. Although there are more studies on teacher professional development at home and abroad, However, there is still not enough research on the professional development of senior English teachers and the influence of personal factors on them. This paper aims to investigate the present situation of English teachers' professional development in senior high school, focusing on the teachers' personal factors, such as gender, age, etc. The influence of professional title and educational background on the professional development of English teachers in senior high school. The research questions are as follows: 1. What is the current situation of English teachers' professional development in Jinzhou? 2. What influence does the professional development of English teachers in Jinzhou City have on their professional development, such as gender, age, professional title and educational background? The study was conducted by 150 teachers from 6 senior middle schools in Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province. The data were collected from questionnaires and interviews. The data were analyzed with SPSS software in data processing. The results show that: first of all, the present situation of English teachers' professional development in Jinzhou City can be analyzed from the following three aspects: from the perspective of teachers' beliefs and attitudes, High school English teachers love education and have confidence in their work, but some teachers are not satisfied with the working environment. From the point of view of teachers' professional knowledge and professional ability, senior English teachers all think that they have English grammar knowledge. Reading ability is good, but most teachers' pronunciation and intonation, oral communication ability still need to be improved. From the aspect of scientific research, only a small number of English teachers in senior high school carry out scientific research, and need to improve their enthusiasm and ability of scientific research; In terms of teachers' professional development needs, high school English teachers have a strong sense of self-professional development and need to improve their theoretical quality and scientific research ability. Secondly, teachers' personal factors have a significant impact on professional development, such as gender, age, professional title, etc. Educational background has different effects on different aspects of teachers' professional development. Women's professional identity is higher than that of men's, and it increases with age. The degree of professional identity of teachers with graduate degree is higher than that of other teachers. Gender has no significant influence on teachers' professional knowledge and skills. Older teachers are on the low side.
