中學(xué)化學(xué)創(chuàng)新教育的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查及對(duì)策分析

【摘要】:創(chuàng)新是國(guó)家發(fā)展、民族進(jìn)步的核心,教育是實(shí)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)的重要渠道。新課程改革的指導(dǎo)下,在中學(xué)階段實(shí)施創(chuàng)新教育是實(shí)現(xiàn)素質(zhì)教育的重要路徑,是現(xiàn)代教育改革的必然要求,也是未來(lái)教育改革的照明燈,更是教育工作者面臨的一項(xiàng)緊迫任務(wù)。中學(xué)化學(xué)學(xué)科作為基礎(chǔ)教育的重要組成部分之一,對(duì)創(chuàng)新人才的培養(yǎng)有不可推卸的責(zé)任和義務(wù)。本文研究?jī)?nèi)容主要包括以下幾個(gè)方面:第一章在介紹創(chuàng)新教育的研究背景和研究現(xiàn)狀基礎(chǔ)上,重點(diǎn)分析實(shí)施創(chuàng)新教育的必要性。在中學(xué)階段實(shí)施創(chuàng)新教育有利于中學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展,也能夠?yàn)橹袑W(xué)生成長(zhǎng)成才奠定良好基礎(chǔ),是新課程改革的必然要求,也是社會(huì)發(fā)展的必然選擇。第二章對(duì)創(chuàng)新與創(chuàng)新教育的定義及特征做出解釋,在對(duì)創(chuàng)新教育理論、腦科學(xué)發(fā)展理論、建構(gòu)主義學(xué)習(xí)理論、實(shí)用主義學(xué)習(xí)理論和人本主義理論進(jìn)行闡述的基礎(chǔ)上得到:在教學(xué)過(guò)程應(yīng)該共同開(kāi)發(fā)學(xué)生的左腦和右腦,使學(xué)生右腦和左腦均衡地發(fā)展,這樣才能最大程度地發(fā)揮和利用大腦系統(tǒng)的整體功能,學(xué)生創(chuàng)新思維得以開(kāi)發(fā),學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力的培養(yǎng)才能得到保障,創(chuàng)新教育的實(shí)施才能真正地成功。為了深入了解新課程改革背景下,在中學(xué)化學(xué)教學(xué)中,創(chuàng)新教育的實(shí)施及學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力狀況,第三章分別選取昆明市兩所中學(xué)的初中學(xué)生和高中學(xué)生為調(diào)查對(duì)象,就中學(xué)化學(xué)教學(xué)中創(chuàng)新教育的現(xiàn)狀及影響學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力的因素等進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,通過(guò)對(duì)比分析得出在中學(xué)化學(xué)教學(xué)中,還存在創(chuàng)新教育的實(shí)施不到位、對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)的方法和手段欠缺、學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力不強(qiáng)等問(wèn)題。第四章基于前面分析得出的創(chuàng)新教育的實(shí)施不到位及學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力不強(qiáng)等問(wèn)題,探討在中學(xué)化學(xué)教學(xué)中如何實(shí)施創(chuàng)新教育。通過(guò)對(duì)比分析創(chuàng)新意識(shí)、創(chuàng)新思維和創(chuàng)新能力邏輯關(guān)系得出,創(chuàng)新意識(shí)是實(shí)施創(chuàng)新教育的前提,可以從學(xué)生的興趣及教師觀(guān)念的轉(zhuǎn)變等諸多方面來(lái)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新意識(shí);創(chuàng)新思維是創(chuàng)新教育的核心,可以從發(fā)散思維及辨證思維等方面來(lái)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新思維;而創(chuàng)新能力是實(shí)施創(chuàng)新教育的具體表現(xiàn),創(chuàng)新能力的培養(yǎng)途徑較多,結(jié)合化學(xué)學(xué)科的特殊性,應(yīng)該以化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)為基礎(chǔ),從培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的動(dòng)手操作和實(shí)驗(yàn)探究能力等入手,以促進(jìn)學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力的提高。本文從教師的教學(xué)方法、教師觀(guān)念和學(xué)生興趣的培養(yǎng),學(xué)生發(fā)散思維、辯證思維、逆向思維和形象思維以及學(xué)生質(zhì)疑能力、觀(guān)察能力和實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)手能力等諸多方面對(duì)創(chuàng)新教育的實(shí)施和創(chuàng)新能力的培養(yǎng)作了分析和探討,必將對(duì)創(chuàng)新人才的培養(yǎng)有一定的借鑒和參考作用。當(dāng)然,創(chuàng)新教育的實(shí)施是一個(gè)相當(dāng)漫長(zhǎng)的系統(tǒng)工程,它應(yīng)該貫穿于人的整個(gè)教育過(guò)程中,從幼兒園一直到大學(xué)、碩士及博士階段,乃至整個(gè)人生的一輩子。因此,無(wú)論是創(chuàng)新教育的理論基礎(chǔ)研究還是實(shí)施創(chuàng)新教育的途徑和方法探究,都還需要我們深入系統(tǒng)地開(kāi)展。
[Abstract]:Innovation is the core of national development, national progress, education is an important channel to realize the cultivation of innovative talents. Under the guidance of the new curriculum reform, the implementation of innovative education in the middle school stage is an important way to realize quality education, is the inevitable requirement of modern education reform, but also the future of teaching lights of educational reform, it is an urgent task for education workers face. Middle school chemistry is an important part of basic education, can not shirk its responsibility and obligations for the cultivation of creative talents. The main contents of this paper include the following aspects: the first chapter introduces the research on innovation education background and research status quo on the basis of analysis of the necessity of implementing innovative education on comprehensive. The development in the middle school stage the implementation of innovative education is conducive to students, also can lay a good foundation for students' growth and success of the new curriculum reform is bound to For, but also the inevitable choice of social development. Through the comparative analysis of innovation consciousness, innovation ability and creative thinking logic relation, innovation consciousness is the premise of implementing innovative education, from the interest of students and teachers' conception change the aspects of cultivating students' innovative consciousness; innovative thinking is the core of innovation education, from the aspects of divergent thinking and dialectical thinking to cultivate students Creative thinking; and innovative ability is the concrete manifestation of the implementation of innovative education, more ways of cultivating innovative ability, combined with the particularity of chemistry, chemistry experiment should be based, starting from the students' hands-on and experimental inquiry ability, to promote students' innovative ability.
