【摘要】：數(shù)學(xué)競賽是發(fā)現(xiàn)和培養(yǎng)數(shù)學(xué)人才的有效手段之一。我國的中學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)競賽活動飛速發(fā)展,蒸蒸日上,在國際數(shù)學(xué)奧林匹克大賽中成績優(yōu)異,令世人稱贊[1]8。數(shù)學(xué)競賽在數(shù)學(xué)教育研究中是一個熱點問題,然而對于數(shù)學(xué)競賽的研究一般只涉及到數(shù)學(xué)競賽活動本身,從宏觀層面對數(shù)學(xué)競賽進(jìn)行政策討論和建議,從學(xué)生這一群體來進(jìn)行有關(guān)數(shù)學(xué)競賽方面研究的并不多見。本研究通過對河北省2002年至2016年獲得高中數(shù)學(xué)聯(lián)賽(省賽區(qū))一等獎的學(xué)生(后簡稱獲獎學(xué)生)進(jìn)行的調(diào)查與分析,深入了解和發(fā)掘獲獎學(xué)生的成長經(jīng)歷,總結(jié)他們獲得成功的統(tǒng)一性規(guī)律,找出這些學(xué)生在成長過程中最具影響的因素以及體現(xiàn)出來的一些共性特征,在此基礎(chǔ)上來分析這些被賦予了特殊希望的學(xué)生。筆者從多角度、多方位對本研究展開論述。首先,對研究的背景、目的及意義、具體內(nèi)容、研究方法與框架、創(chuàng)新之處和理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行了介紹;其次,研究了國內(nèi)外的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),并進(jìn)行評述;再次,對數(shù)學(xué)競賽的歷史、關(guān)于數(shù)學(xué)競賽現(xiàn)狀的思考、高中數(shù)學(xué)競賽的目的、當(dāng)代數(shù)學(xué)精英的成長經(jīng)歷等情況進(jìn)行了簡單的介紹;此外,本文通過問卷調(diào)查和個案訪談對獲獎學(xué)生進(jìn)行調(diào)查與研究,分別對獲獎學(xué)生的基本情況、家庭情況、學(xué)校情況、學(xué)業(yè)情況和對數(shù)學(xué)競賽的認(rèn)識情況等方面展開詳細(xì)討論,探尋其發(fā)展規(guī)律,研究其成長的軌跡和獲得成功的因素。最終,結(jié)合理論研究、數(shù)據(jù)的整理與內(nèi)容的分析,筆者得出本研究的一些結(jié)論,主要包括:(1)良好的家庭背景是學(xué)生取得成功的先決條件;(2)學(xué)校的競賽氛圍是學(xué)生取得成功的重要保障;(3)優(yōu)秀的師資力量是學(xué)生取得成功的主要因素;(4)良好的個人品質(zhì)是學(xué)生取得成功的根本原因。并在此基礎(chǔ)上,為數(shù)學(xué)競賽活動的開展和數(shù)學(xué)人才的培養(yǎng)提出可操作性的建議。
[Abstract]:Mathematics competition is one of the effective means to discover and train mathematics talents. The mathematics competition in middle school in our country has developed rapidly and flourished, and it has made the world praise its outstanding achievements in the international mathematics Olympic games. [1. Mathematics competition is a hot issue in mathematics education research, but the study of mathematics competition only involves the mathematics competition activity itself, and carries on the policy discussion and the suggestion to the mathematics competition from the macroscopic level. There are few studies on mathematics competition from the students. This study is based on the students who won the first prize of the senior high school mathematics league from 2002 to 2016 in Hebei province (. The investigation and analysis are carried out by the award-winning students. Deeply understand and explore the experience of the students, sum up their success in the unity of the law, find out these students in the growth process of the most influential factors and reflect some common characteristics. On the basis of the analysis of these students who have been given special hope. The author discusses this study from various angles and from various perspectives. First of all, the research background, purpose and significance, specific content, research methods and framework. The innovation and theoretical basis are introduced. Secondly, the related literature at home and abroad is studied and reviewed. Thirdly, it introduces the history of mathematics competition, the current situation of mathematics competition, the purpose of mathematics competition in senior high school, the growth experience of modern mathematics elite and so on. In addition, this paper carries on the investigation and the research through the questionnaire survey and the case interview to the award-winning student, respectively to the award-winning student's basic situation, the family situation, the school situation. The academic situation and the understanding of mathematical competition are discussed in detail to explore its development law, to study its growth track and factors of success. Finally, combined with theoretical research. Data collation and content analysis, the author reached some conclusions of this study, including: 1) A good family background is a prerequisite for students to achieve success; 2) the competition atmosphere of the school is an important guarantee for the success of the students; 3) excellent teachers are the main factors of students' success; 4) good personal quality is the fundamental reason for students' success. On the basis of this, some operable suggestions are put forward for the development of mathematics competition activities and the cultivation of mathematics talents.
